Claims (13)
- Dispositif mécanique de verrouillage de la porte (1) d'une caisse situé sur la face interne de cette porte comportant une serrure à clé (8) accessible depuis la face extérieure de la porte, une came (2) actionnant au moins une plaque de verrouillage (4, 4') et solidaire à l'axe de la serrure (7), caractérisé en ce que cette came (2) s'étend généralement parallèlement au plan de la porte (1) à une distance minimale nécessaire au jeu mécanique, ladite came (2) comporte au moins une partie d'entraínement en appui sur le bord de la plaque de verrouillage (4, 4'), cette dernière étant montée sur une pluralité de supports coulissants (5, 5') solidaires à la porte (1) et s'étend soit sur le même plan que la came (2), soit sur un plan supérieur au plan de ladite came (2).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 comprenant une serrure (8) dont la longueur du corps est supérieure à l'épaisseur de la porte (1), caractérisé en ce que la came (2) comporte dans sa zone centrale un capot (6) généralement cylindrique entourant le corps de la serrure (8), ledit capot (6) solidaire de la came est fixé à l'axe de la serrure (7) par sa face supérieure.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 comprenant une serrure (8) dont la longueur du corps est égale à l'épaisseur de la porte (1), caractérisé en ce que la première plaque (2) est fixée directement dans sa zone centrale à l'axe de la serrure (7) dépassant de la face interne de la porte (1).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux plaques de verrouillage (4, 4') situées dans un plan parallèle à la porte et disposées de part et d'autre de la serrure (8), lesdites plaques (4, 4') comportent des orifices allongés (9, 9') formant des glissières, traversés par des vis munies d'entretoises servant de supports (5, 5') les maintenant parallèles à la porte (1) à une distance minimale nécessaire au jeu mécanique.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la came (2) et les plaques de verrouillages (4, 4') sont situées dans le même plan, lesdites plaques (4, 4') sont reliées à au moins un ressort (30, 30') rappelant les plaques (4, 4') dans la position d'ouverture de la porte (1).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la came (2) est généralement elliptique.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les plaques de verrouillages (4, 4') sont situées dans un plan parallèle et supérieur à celui de la came (2) à une distance minimale nécessaire au jeu mécanique.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que la came (2) est munie de deux goupilles (3, 3') disposées de part et d'autre de l'axe de la serrure (7), dans une zone proche du bord de la came (2), et dirigées vers les plaques de verrouillages (4, 4'), lesdites goupilles (3, 3') sont engagées dans des glissières respectives (9, 9') dans chaque plaque de verrouillage (4, 4'), la longueur desdites goupilles (3, 3') dépassant de la came (2) est déterminée de façon à ce que leur extrémité soit située à fleur de la face supérieure des plaques de verrouillage (4, 4').
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la came (2) est généralement circulaire.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 7 à 9 actionné par la rotation de la clé dans la serrure (8), caractérisé en ce que les goupilles (3, 3') de la came (2) parcourent leur glissière (9, 9') respective dans les plaques de verrouillage (4, 4') tout en exerçant une force de poussée sur les plaques (4, 4') entraínant leur déplacement, lesdites glissières (9, 9') sont disposées de façon à assurer un mouvement de translation des plaques de verrouillage (4, 4') qui coulissent sur leurs supports (5, 5').
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 7 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la came (2) comporte deux goupilles supplémentaires (31, 31') situées dans la zone périphérique de la came (2) et de part et d'autre du centre de ladite came de façon à s'appuyer sur une portion de la tranche de chacune des plaques verrouillages (4, 4'), lesdites goupilles (31, 31') servant à maintenir en position verrouillées les plaques de verrouillage (4, 4') en cas d'enlèvement des premières goupilles (3, 3').
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 7 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la porte (1) comporte un premier ensemble constitué d'une goupille (40) sur laquelle sont fixées deux lames de ressort (32, 32') situé dans le voisinage de la came (2) et à proximité des deux plaques de verrouillage (4, 4'), chaque lame de ressort (32, 32') s'appuie sur une portion de la tranche de chacune des plaques de verrouillage (4, 4') en les maintenant dans la position verrouillée.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon les revendications 7 à 10 et 12 caractérisé en ce que la porte (1) comporte un second ensemble constitué d'une goupille (41) sur laquelle sont fixées deux lames de ressort (33, 33') situé en face du premier ensemble (40, 32, 32') symétriquement par rapport au centre de la came (2), les lames de ressort de chacun de ces ensembles (32, 32, 33, 33') s'appuient respectivement sur une portion de la tranche de chaque plaque de verrouillage (4, 4') en les maintenant dans la position verrouillée.
