Abstract
Es wird eine Abgasbehandlungsanordnung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit wenigstens einer Abgasausstoßöffnung 9 vorgeschlagen, welche mehrere brennkraftmaschinennahe Abgaskatalysatoren 29, von denen ein jeder wenigstens einen zylindrischen Katalysatorträgerkörper 42 umfaßt, einen Rohrflansch 17 zur unmittelbaren Ankopplung an die Abgasausstoßöffnung 9 und ein an den Rohrflansch 17 gekoppeltes Katalysatorhalterohr 27, welches einen ersten Rohrbereich 31, in dem der Katalysatorträgerkörper 42 aufgenommen ist, und einen an den ersten Rohrbereich 31 anschließenden zweiten Rohrbereich 39 zum Abführen von in dem Katalysatorträgerkörper 42 behandeltem Abgas aufweist. Die Abgasbehandlungsanordnung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der erste Rohrbereich 31 einen größeren Innendurchmesser D1 aufweist als der zweite Rohrbereich 39. Der Katalysatorträgerkörper 42 ist mittels Hülsen 47 und/oder Drahtgeflechtmanschetten 59 gegenüber dem ersten Rohrbereich 31 abgestützt. An exhaust gas treatment arrangement for an internal combustion engine having at least one exhaust gas discharge opening 9 is proposed, which comprises a plurality of engine catalytic converters 29, each comprising at least one cylindrical catalyst carrier body 42, a pipe flange 17 for direct coupling to the exhaust gas discharge opening 9 and a catalyst holder pipe 27 coupled to the pipe flange 17 comprising a first tube portion 31, in which the catalyst carrier body 42 is received, and a second tube portion 39 adjoining the first tube portion 31 for discharging exhaust gas treated in the catalyst carrier body 42. The exhaust gas treatment arrangement is characterized in that the first tube region 31 has a larger inner diameter D1 than the second tube region 39. The catalyst carrier body 42 is supported by sleeves 47 and / or wire mesh sleeves 59 opposite the first tube region 31.
