Definitions
- the invention relates to a press arrangement of a machine for manufacturing and / or Finishing a paper, cardboard, tissue or other fibrous web with at least one, preferably elongated, formed by two press rolls Press nip through which a drainage belt runs next to the fibrous web, whereby the fibrous web after the press nip the press roll in contact with it wrapped around a drying belt slightly pressed against this press roller a subsequent drying group with a heated drying cylinder directly is taken over and in contact with the drying cylinder from the drying belt brought.
- the object of the invention is therefore the transfer between such Press arrangement and a following dryer group, especially at high To make machine speeds safe and stable as well as one to allow sufficient train build-up at the beginning of the dryer section.
- the object was achieved in that the fibrous web after the wrapping of the drying cylinder and the removal of the drying belt unsupported to one that is at least slightly spaced from the drying cylinder Takeover element of a subsequent unit of the machine is running, the Contact area of the takeover element at a higher speed than that The drying belt moves.
- the fibrous web is after the first Drying cylinders, if only slightly dryer and more stable than in the area of Press roll and second is the adhesion of the fibrous web to the press roll especially because of the pressure in the press nip, much greater than the liability the fibrous web on the first drying cylinder.
- the peeling off The fibrous web from the first drying cylinder is relatively unproblematic and the free one Train can thus be used to implement the necessary speed difference can.
- the light pressure of the drying belt ensures that Press roll the safe takeover of the fibrous web. Because of the only light The drying belt can at least apply pressure to build up a small train run slightly faster than the press roller.
- the drying belt can be easily sucked from a preferably vacuumed one Press the guide roller against the press roller.
- the pressure between the Drying belt and the press roller between 5 and 50 KN / m, preferably between 10 and 30 KN / m.
- the guide roller is preferably movable at least 50 mm away from the press roller.
- the guide roller a Has coating of elastic material. This also affects damage to the Fibrous web and the drying belt counter. By squeezing the Coating leads to an extension of the contact distance between the control and Press roll, which facilitates the takeover of the fibrous web.
- the Perforation is preferably formed by bores. To the sucked To enlarge the outer surface of the roll shell, the holes can be outside be lowered. A vacuum between 2 and 6 is sufficient in the guide roller mWs, preferably between 3 and 5 mWs.
- the transfer can be carried out easily can be realized in that the transfer element from a dryer fabric this subsequent second drying group is formed.
- the drying belt should be formed by a felt its surface coming into contact with the fibrous web preferably with is provided with a fine pile.
- the transfer of the fibrous web to the drying belt can still be done be improved, in particular stabilized, in that, in the direction of web travel gusset between the press roller and the drying belt into the gusset directed blow pipe is arranged.
- the compressed air of the blowpipe neutralizes the otherwise in the opening gusset negative pressure and supports the detachment of the fibrous web from the press roll, due to the support very high air pressures are possible on the fibrous web on the drying belt.
- a directed outwards from the center of the machine to the direction of web travel Air flow prevents the edges of the web from lifting off.
- the use is particularly suitable for press assemblies which the press roll in contact with the fibrous web has at least two Press rolls each form a press nip through which a drainage belt is guided becomes. So far, this has also been due to the fact that it was stronger due to several press nips Adhesion of the fibrous web to the press roller considerable problems. In particular experienced the fibrous web in conventional press systems at the Tapping point from the press roller a particularly high load because on at this point a force for detaching the paper web from the press roller spent and the paper web at the same time for further transport through the subsequent drying group must be biased.
- the two functions decrease from the Press roll and pretensioning separated, the maximum stress of the Fibrous web is significantly reduced.
- a first single-cylinder dryer group to remove the fibrous web from the drying cylinder no absorbent element in Form of a stabilizer or the like is required, can be used as a drying belt relatively dense tape with a smooth, fine surface can be used on the one hand, a slight pressing of the vacuumed to detach it from the press roller Guide roller to the press roller and on the other hand a relatively high vacuum in the Guide roller is possible without the rough surface of a normal drying belt to transfer the still plastic fibrous web.
- the transfer of the fibrous web from the first drying cylinder to the Takeover belt can be further improved in that in Gusset direction between the first drying cylinder and the Fibrous web is arranged in the gusset blowing tube.
- the press arrangement of a paper machine serves to drain the Fibrous web 1 and is formed here by several press nips through which at least one air-permeable and endlessly circulating drainage belt 5, 13, 16 is led to absorb the squeezed water.
- the fibrous web 1 is formed by the forming wire 14 in the direction of web travel 15 upstream formers for sheet formation on a drainage belt 13 of Hand over press arrangement.
- the handover is from one, from Drainage belt 13 wrapped, suction guide roller supported.
- the dewatering belt 13 guides the fibrous web 1 to one from Drainage belt 13 wrapped press roll 11.
- This press roll 11 is sucks and forms a press nip with two press rolls 2, 12. While the Fibrous web 1 together with a drainage belt 13, 16 on both sides runs through the first press nip, it is in the second press nip Transfer drainage belt 13 to the opposite press roll 2.
- This press roll 2 in turn forms a press roll 6 with a extended press nip.
- the press roller 6 has a flexible Roll jacket that in the area of the press nip with a pressing element concave pressing surface is guided.
- the extended press nip enables one intensive, yet gentle drainage of the fibrous web 1 the fibrous web 1 already has a relatively high strength and becomes more resistant against tensile stress.
- the fibrous web 1 wraps around the smooth press roll 2 who is in direct contact. Since the fibrous web 1 during the wrapping this press roll 2 runs through two press nips, is the liability to this Press roll 2 is relatively strong. For this reason, the fibrous web 1 from a drying belt 3 pressed against the press roll 2 of a following one Drying group taken over directly.
- a blow pipe 17 In order to detach the fibrous web 1 from the Supporting press roll 2 is located in the direction of web travel 15 Gusset between press roll 2 and drying belt 3 a blow pipe 17. This blow pipe 17 extends across and across the entire width of the fibrous web 1 and blows Compressed air at a relatively high pressure in the gusset.
- the drying belt 3 is against the press roller 2 via a suction guide roller 4 pressed.
- the guide roller 4 has a perforated roller jacket, the Interior is connected to a vacuum source.
- a negative pressure prevails in the roller jacket of the guide roller 4 in normal operation from 3 - 5 mWs.
- the guide roller 4 has an elastic coating, the Holes naturally go through this coating and additionally on the outside can be lowered.
- the elasticity also protects the fibrous web 1 and that Drying belt 3 from damage. It also creates the elastic coating under pressure a wider contact zone to the press roll 2.
- the drying belt 3 Although the guide roller 4 the drying belt 3 only with a pressure between 10 and 30 Presses KN / m against the press roll 2, the fibrous web 1 must be stamped be protected by the drying belt 3. This happens because the Drying belt 3 is formed by a felt, specifically a seam felt, the one with the Fiber web 1 coming into contact with a fine pile is provided.
- the guide roller 4 is designed to be pivotable away from the press roller 2.
- the Swivel path is between 20 to 80 mm, preferably between 30 and 50 mm.
- the dryer groups can be driven individually, so that over Speed differences between the press roll 2 and the drying belt 3 as well as the drying belt 3 and the drying wire 9 trains to compensate for Strains of the fibrous web 1 can be built up. Because of the pressure of the drying belt 3 to the press roller 2, the drying belt 3 moves to Protection of the intermediate fibrous web 1 only about 0.2 to 0.4% faster than the roller surface. However, this is sufficient under normal Production conditions.
- the fibrous web 1 After wrapping the first and only drying cylinder 7 of the first Drying group and the path of the endless rotating belt 3 runs the fibrous web 1 to a drying screen 9 spaced from the drying cylinder 7 the following drying group.
- the takeover of one of the Drying screen 9 wrapped, suction guide roller 8 supported. Since the Fibrous web 1 between the first drying cylinder 7 and the dryer fabric 9 unsupported, i.e. runs in free train, the dryer 9 to Expansion compensation of the still moist fibrous web 1 much faster than that Run drying belt 3.
- the web guide can be removed when the Fibrous web 1 from the first drying cylinder 7 from an underlying, machine-wide blow pipe can be supported and stabilized.
