Claims (11)
- Device (1) for packaging and dispensing under pressure a product such as a cosmetic product, comprising a container (2) containing the product under pressure, the said container being equipped with a tilt valve (5) and with a dispensing head (10) for operating the valve (5) and dispensing the product through at least one dispensing orifice (11), which dispensing head comprises means (14, 15) for fixing it to the container, the said device being characterized in that the dispensing orifice (11) is in a portion of the dispensing head that is axially immobile relative to the container (2), the said immobile portion being coupled to a stem (3) of the said valve via a channel (13) in such a way that the valve (5) can only be made to operate in response to pressure applied laterally to the said valve (5).
- Device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the container (2) is of axis X, the said dispensing orifice (11) being situated in the container axis X.
- Device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the container (2) is of axis X, the said dispensing orifice (11) not being situated in the said axis X.
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the dispensing head (10) is mounted on the container by a snap-fit connection.
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the dispensing head (10) has at least one pressure surface (12) for valve (5) operation, the said pressure surface(s) (12) being able to bend about an area of the dispensing head (10) situated in the vicinity of the dispensing orifice.
- Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the dispensing head (10) has at least one pressure surface (12) for valve operation, the said pressure surface(s) (12) being able to bend about an area (19) of the dispensing head remote from the dispensing orifice (11).
- Device (1) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the pressure surface(s) (12) is/are connected via a coupling element (16) to a portion of the dispensing head in which is formed a channel (13) leading to the dispensing orifice (11), the said portion being able to engage, especially by a force fit, with the valve stem (3).
- Device (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the pressure surface(s) (12) is/are able to pass, especially by pivoting about an axis, from a first position, termed the moulded position, in which a coupling element (16) is at a distance from a portion of the dispensing head containing a channel (13) leading to the dispensing orifice (11), to a second position, termed the working position, in which the said coupling element (16) is able, in response to pressure applied laterally to the said valve (5) on a pressure surface (12), to come into engagement with the said dispensing head portion and operate the valve (5).
- Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it includes a cap (6) that can be placed removably over the said dispensing head.
- Device (1) according to Claim 9, characterized in that the lid (6) includes a member (7) able to make a leaktight contact with the dispensing orifice (11).
- Use of a device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product, such as a hair, personal hygiene, make-up, care or sunscreen product.
