Abstract
Description
Der Gassack befindet sich zwischen dem ersten Arm des Winkelhebels und dessen Unterlage. Als Gassack wird ein Behälter aus flexiblem Material bezeichnet, das entweder dehnbar sein muss oder in Falten gelegt werden kann. Das Material für diesen Sack kann je nach Bedarf beliebig gewählt werden und beispielsweise ein gasdichtes Kunststoffmaterial sein. Gegebenenfalls kann der Gassack auch als Spritzgußteil hergestellt werden. Er kann eine gleichbleibende oder unterschiedliche Wandstärke besitzen. In gut geeigneter Weise besitzt er vorgeformte Falten in Zieharmonika-Form, z.B. zusammen mit einem glatten Boden und einer glatten Decke. Statt dessen kann er z.B. auch eine Hülle besitzen die nach dem Luftballon-Prinzip durch das sich ausdehnende Gas "aufgeblasen" wird. Wie bereits oben erwähnt, kann der Hebel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung breit sein, um einem relativ großen Gassack Platz zu bieten. Der Sack kann dann beispielsweise eine annähernd zylindrische, walzenähnliche oder eine quaderähnliche Form aufweisen.
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Injizieren einer Flüssigkeit aus einem vollständig geschlossenen Flüssigkeitsreservoir in einen dieses Reservoir vollständig umgebenden Raum mit zumindest teilweise flexibler Wandung, mit einem Winkelhebel (3,7) und einem dehn- oder entfaltbaren Gassack (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Winkelhebel mit seinem Drehpunkt (6) mit einer Unterlage (8,9) verbunden ist,der Gassack so zwischen dem ersten Arm (7) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (9) angeordnet ist, daß er bei zunehmendem Umfang als Kraft an dem Arm des Winkelhebels angreift und dessen Winkel zur Unterlage vergrößert, und der Gassack weiterhin eine offene Gasverbindung (5) aufweist, die mit einem Gasreservoir verbunden werden kann und derart dimensioniert ist, daß das im Gassack enthaltene Gas bei einem plötzlichen Druckabfall im Gasreservoir und im den Gassack umgebenden Raum zu wesentlichen Anteilen im Gassack verbleiben muß und dessen Umfang vergrößert, undein Bereich (2) zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (8) vorgesehen ist, durch den der Raum, in den die Flüssigkeit injiziert werden soll, derart hindurchgelegt werden kann, daß sich das vollständig geschlossene Flüssigkeitsreservoir ebenfalls zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (8) befinden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage ein zweiter Winkelhebel (8,9) ist, dessen Drehpunkt sich am selben Ort befindet wie der Drehpunkt (6) des ersten Winkelhebels (3,7) und mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der beiden Winkelhebel (3,7 und 8,9) einteilig geformt ausgebildet ist und im Bereich seines Drehpunktes Buchsen (11,12) aufweist, die durch eine Achse verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme der beiden Winkelhebel (3,7 und 8,9) aus einem starren oder im wesentlichen starren Kunststoffmaterial bestehen und im Drehpunkt durch ein einstückig mit ihnen verbundenes, flexibles Kunststoffteil miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend das vollständig geschlossene Flüssigkeitsreservoir (1), dessen Flüssigkeit in den es umgebenden Raum (2) mit zumindest teilweise flexibler Wandung injiziert werden soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flüssigkeitsreservoir eine Wandung aufweist, die leicht zum Platzen oder Reißen gebracht werden kann, und so zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (8) angeordnet ist, dass eine auf den Arm (3) des Winkelhebels ausgeübte Kraft als Last auf die Wand des Flüssigkeitsreservoirs einwirkt und sie zum Platzen oder Reißen bringt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flüssigkeitsreservoir vollständig mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung des Flüssigkeitsreservoirs eine Sollreißstelle aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flüssigkeitsreservoir (1) mit der Innenwand des ihn umgebenden Raums (2) verbunden und die Außenwand des umgebenden Raums (2) mit dem zweiten Arm (3) des Winkelhebels und/oder der Unterlage (8) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen Kleb-, Siegel- oder Schweißverbindungen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung des Flüssigkeitsreservoirs (1) und mindestens der Teil der flexiblen Wandung des umgebenden Raums (2), der sich zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (8) befindet, aus oder unter Verwendung von Polyethylen hergestellt sind und/oder der Winkelhebel (3,7) und gegebenenfalls auch die Unterlage (8,9) aus Polypropylen hergestellt ist/sind.
- Verfahren zum Injizieren einer Flüssigkeit aus einem vollständig geschlossenen Flüssigkeitsreservoir in einen dieses Reservoir vollständig umgebenden Raum mit zumindest teilweise flexibler Wandung, bei demdas Flüssigkeitsreservoir (2) vollständig mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und zusammen mit zumindest einem.Teil der Wandung des dieses Reservoir vollständig umgebenden Raums zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) eines Winkelhebels (3,6,7) und einer über dessen Drehpunkt (6) mit diesem Arm verbundenen Unterlage (8) einer Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung weiterhin einen zwischen einem ersten Arm (7) des Winkelhebels und der Unterlage (9) angeordneten dehn- oder entfaltbaren, Gas enthaltenden Gassack (4) aufweist, der bei zunehmendem Umfang als Kraft an ersten Arm (7) des Hebels angreifen und dessen Winkel zur Unterlage vergrößern kann und über eine offene Gasverbindung (5) mit einem Gasreservoir (10) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Gasverbindung derart dimensioniert ist, daß das im Gassack enthaltene Gas bei einem plötzlichen Druckabfall im Gasreservoir und in dem den Gassack umgebenden Raum zu wesentlichen Anteilen nicht durch sie entweichen kann, und anschließenddas Gasreservoir und der den Gassack umgebende Raum einem plötzlichen Druckabfall unterworfen werden, der eine Vergrößerung des Umfangs des Gassacks und damit eine Vergrößerung des Winkels zwischen dem ersten Arm (7) des Hebels und der Unterlage (9) und eine entsprechende Verringerung des Winkels zwischen dem zweiten Arm (3) des Hebels und der Unterlage (8) bewirkt, durch die die Wandung das Flüssigkeitsreservoirs (1) zum Platzen oder Reißen gebracht wird.
