Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Innenleuchte, insbesondere zur Beleuchtung von Warenpräsentationsflächen nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1. Eineleuchte dieses Art ist aus des FR-A-2107 192 bekannt.
Warenpräsentationsflächen wie beispielsweise Kühltheken, Obstschütten, Verkaufsregale etc. werden in der Regel künstlich beleuchtet. Ziel ist es dabei, die Oberflächen möglichst gleichmäßig auszuleuchten, was aufgrund der üblichen langgezogenen Rechteckform der Verkaufsmöbel nur bedingt möglich ist oder mehrere Leuchten erfordert. So werden zum Teil Leuchten mit stehendem Leuchtmittel und rotationssymmetrischen Reflektoren eingesetzt, die jeweils eine kreisrunde leuchtende Fläche erzeugen. Dies bringt den Nachteil mit sich, daß in der Kreismitte hohe Spitzenbeleuchtungsstärken erzielt werden mit der Folge, daß die Waren verblassen und ausbleichen können, und außerdem bei breiten Lichtverteilungen ein großer Teil des kreisrunden Lichtkegels nicht auf die Verkaufsmöbel, sondern in den Kunden- und Bedienungsraum fällt. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, daß zur Ausleuchtung der üblichen langgezogenen Warenpräsentationsflächen eine Reihe von Leuchten mit geringen Leuchtenabständen von etwa 1 bis 1,2 m nebeneinander angeordnet werden müssen. Im Ergebnis ergibt sich ein schlechter Nutzbeleuchtungsgrad.
Alternativ werden auch Leuchten mit einem liegenden Leuchtmittel eingesetzt, die ovale leuchtende Flächen erzeugen. Diese stellen eine Verbesserung gegenüber den vorstehend diskutierten Leuchten mit stehendem Leuchtmittel dar. Es besteht aber nach wie vor das Problem, daß beim Einsatz von Lichtquellen hoher Lichtströme zu starke Lichtkonzentrationen und damit verbunden Warenbeschädigungen durch zu hohe Beleuchtungsstärken und Wärme auftreten können.
Als nachteilig wird außerdem angesehen, daß auch bei Leuchten mit liegendem Leuchtmittel Leuchtenabstände über 1,5 m kaum realisierbar sind, wenn mit einer hohen Beleuchtungsstärkegleichmäßigkeit ausgeleuchtet werden soll.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Innenleuchte der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß langgezogene Warenpräsentationsflächen örtlich gleichmäßig ausgeleuchtet werden können, große Leuchtenabstände realisierbar sind und ein hoher Nutzbeleuchtungswirkungsgrad erzielbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß bei einer Innenleuchte des eingangs genannten Art durch die kenzeichnenden Merkmale von Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Durch den Einsatz von Hochdruckgasentladungslampen ist die konzentrierte Erzeugung von hohen Lichtströmen möglich und damit ein hoher Leistungsumsatz auf kleinem Raum. Werden diese hohen Lichtströme in Längsrichtung der zu beleuchtenden Fläche über das optische System des Kastenreflektors, das eine Batwing-Lichtstärkeverteilung in der Längsrichtung der zu beleuchtenden Fläche erzeugt, verteilt, so können bei kleinen Leuchtengeometrien relativ große Leuchtenabstände von 2 m und mehr erzielt werden, so daß im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik nur eine geringe Anzahl von Leuchten erforderlich ist, wenn eine übliche langgestreckte Warenpräsentationsfläche, die beispielsweise durch die Aneinanderreihung von mehren Verkaufsmöbeln entsteht, ausgeleuchtet werden soll. Durch die vorgesehene Abschirmung werden dabei die unmittelbar nach unten abgegebenen Lichtströme des Leuchtmitttels reduziert, so daß sehr hohe Beleuchtungsstärkewerte direkt unter der Leuchte vermieden und somit die Ausbleichung oder Vergrauung der Ware durch zu viel Licht verhindert wird.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist das optische System des Kastenrefelketors so gestaltet, daß auch in Querrichtung der beleuchteten Fläche eine Begrenzung und Konzentration des Lichtes bewirkt wird mit dem Effekt, daß kaum Licht außerhalb der Verkaufmöbel gelenkt wird und somit ein hoher Nutzbeleuchtungswirkungsgrad erzielt wird.
Die Abschirmung sollte so beschaffen sein, daß sich eine gleichmäßige Beleuchtung im Bereich der zu beleuchtenden Fläche einstellt. Hierzu kann die Abschirmung durchaus auch Lichtdurchtrittsöffnungen aufweisen. Im übrigen kann die Abschirmung auch als Reflektor verwendet werden, wozu sie dann an ihrer zur Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe weisenden Seite eine reflektierende oder selektiv reflektierende Oberfläche aufweist.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Abschirmung als Winkelbauteil aus insbesondere Blech ausgebildet, dessen freie Schenkel zur offenen Unterseite des Kastenreflektors weisen und dessen Knickkante etwa parallel zur Achse der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe verläuft.
Im übrigen kann der oberhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe gelegene Bereich des Kastenreflektors als Kaltlichtspiegel ausgebildet sein.
Hinsichtlich weiterer vorteilhafter Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung wird auf die Unteransprüche sowie die nachfolgende Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegende Zeichnung verwiesen. In der Zeichnung zeigt

Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen eine Innenleuchte gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung, die insbesondere zur Ausleuchtung von langgestreckten, rechteckigen Flächen wie beispielsweise Tiefkühltruhenreihen, Obstschütten, Verkaufsregalen etc. eingesetzt werden kann. Die Innenleuchte umfaßt ein Gehäuse 1, in dem ein Kastenreflektor 2 üblicher Bauart mit einer offenen Unterseite gehalten ist. Innerhalb des Kastenreflektors 2 ist in liegender Brennlage eine Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 angeordnet.
Die Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 kann als Metallhalogendampflampe oder als Natriumdampfhochdrucklampe mit verbesserter Farbwiedergabe ausgebildet sein.
Die Seitenreflektoren 6 des Kastenreflektors 2 erzeugen in Längsrichtung einer zu beleuchtenden Fläche, d.h. quer zur Längsrichtung der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 eine Batwing-Lichtverteilung, wie sie in Figur 3 dargestellt ist. Das Maximum der Lichtstärke kann je nach Anforderung in einem winkelbereich von 35 bis 70 Grad liegen. Die Stirnseitenreflektoren 7 des Kastenreflektors 2 begrenzen und konzentrieren den Lichtaustritt in Querrichtung zum beleuchteten Verkaufmöbel.
Unterhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 ist eine Abschirmung 5 vorgesehen, die eine direkte Lichtabstrahlung auf den unmittelbar unterhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 gelegenen Bereich der leuchtenden Fläche verringern soll, um auf diese Weise zu hohe Lichtkonzentrationen, welche zur Warenbeschädigung führen können, zu vermeiden. Die Abschirmung 5 kann für einen Restlichtdurchlaß Durchgangsöffnungen aufweisen und besitzt an ihrer zur Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe weisenden Seite eine reflektierende Oberfläche, die auch selektiv reflektierend sein kann, um bestimmte Farbanteile herauszufiltern.
Der Bereich des Kastenreflektors 2 oberhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe 4 ist als Kaltlichtspiegel 3 ausgebildet, um die Wärmeabstrahlung zu vermindern.

Claims (6)

  1. Innenleuchte, insbesondere zur Beleuchtung von Warenpräsentationsflächen, mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem darin gehaltenen Kastenreflektor (2) mit einer offenen Unterseite und einer in dem Kastenreflektor (2) in liegender Brennlage positionierten Gasentladungslampe (4), wobei zur Erzielung einer länglichen leuchtenden Fläche die Gasentladungslampe quer zur Längsrichtung der leuchtenden Fläche angeordnet ist und der Kastenreflektor (2) eine Batwing-Lichtverteilung quer zur Lampenlängsachse erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasentladungslampe (4) eine Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe ist, daß die Batwing-Lichtverteilung symmetrisch ist und daß unterhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) eine Abschirmung (5) vorgesehen ist, die eine direkte Lichtabstrahlung auf den unmittelbar unterhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) liegenden Bereich der leuchtenden Fläche zumindest verringert.
  2. Innenleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (5) an ihrer zur Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) weisenden Seite eine reflektierende Oberfläche besitzt.
  3. Innenleuchte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (5) an ihrer zur Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) weisenden Seite eine selektiv reflektierende Oberfläche besitzt.
  4. Innenleuchte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (5) mehrere Lichtdurchtrittsöffnungen aufweist.
  5. Innenleuchte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (5) ein Winkelbauteil aus insbesondere Blech ist, dessen freie Schenkel zur offenen Unterseite des Kastenreflektors (2) weisen und dessen Knickkante etwa parallel zur Achse der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) verläuft.
  6. Innenleuchte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oberhalb der Hochdruck-Gasentladungslampe (4) gelegene Bereich des Kastenreflektors (2) als Kaltlichtspiegel ausgebildet ist.
