Claims (12)
- Système de radio-télécommande (10), en particulier pour véhicules automobiles (12), comportant un premier émetteur-récepteur (16) associé à un dispositif de commande (14) portable, pour la communication avec un deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) associé en particulier à un véhicule automobile (12) via une voie hertzienne (20) bidirectionnelle dont la portée (R1) pour des signaux d'ordre (22) émis par le premier émetteur-récepteur (16) est plus grande que pour des signaux de rétro-appel (24) émis par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18), une unité de commande et/ou d'évaluation (30) étant conçue de telle sorte que les ordres (22) reçus par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) sont alors évalués dans cette unité de commande et/ou d'évaluation (30) pour constater s'ils doivent être attribués à une première catégorie (A) d'ordres (22) dont l'exécution est autorisée aussi au cas où la distance (a1) mutuelle est plus grande, correspondant à la portée (R1) plus grande, des deux émetteurs-récepteurs (16, 18), ou à une deuxième catégorie (B) d'ordres (22) dont l'exécution n'est autorisée que lorsque le dispositif de commande (14) se trouve à l'intérieur d'une portée (R2) plus petite, en ce qu'un ordre (22) reçu par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) et qui a été associé à la première catégorie d'ordres (A) est exécuté directement via l'unité de commande et/ou d'évaluation, et un signal de rétro-appel (24) respectif n'est émis par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) que lorsque l'ordre (22) reçu a été associé à une deuxième catégorie d'ordres (B), et en ce qu'à la réception d'un rétro-appel (24), le premier émetteur-récepteur (16) émet un signal de confirmation, à la réception duquel par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) l'ordre (22) concerné, associé à une deuxième catégorie d'ordres (B), est exécuté.

caractérisé en ce que
il est prévu plusieurs deuxièmes catégories d'ordres (B) associées à des portées (R2) différentes plus petites, et les portées (R2) plus petites de la voie hertzienne (20), pour les rétro-appels (24) émis par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) à la réception d'ordres correspondants, sont choisies différemment en fonction de celle de ces deuxièmes catégories d'ordres (B) à laquelle l'ordre reçu respectif doit être associé. - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
au deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18) peuvent être branchées différentes antennes (32, 34). - Système de télécommande selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
différentes antennes (34, 32) sont prévues pour la plus grande portée (R1) et pour une portée (R2) respective plus petite de la voie hertzienne (20). - Système de télécommande selon la revendication 3 ou 4,

il est prévu plusieurs antennes (32) déterminées pour une portée (R2) plus petite respective de la voie hertzienne (20). - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,

il est prévu une ou plusieurs antennes (32) déterminées pour une portée (R1) plus grande respective de la voie hertzienne (20). - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les antennes (32, 34) sont agencées à différentes positions. - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de commande (14) portable comprend une unité de commande et/ou d'évaluation, un tableau de commande, une ou plusieurs antennes et/ou similaires. - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la forme et/ou la taille respective et respectivement la portée (R1, R2) des plages de réception et d'émission (B1, B2) concernées sont déterminées au moins en partie par la nature des antennes (32, 34) et/ou par des paramètres comme en particulier la puissance d'émission et/ou similaire. - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la fréquence (f1) des signaux (22) émis par le premier émetteur-récepteur (16) est différente de la fréquence (f2) des signaux (24) émis par le deuxième émetteur-récepteur (18). - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
il fait partie d'un système d'accès sans clé. - Système de télécommande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
