Einzelne Bögen 1 werden in einer hier nicht gezeigten
Digitaldruckmaschine, Bogen- oder Rollendruckmaschine

Beilage 6 an eine vorbestimmte Stelle auf eines der Hefte
3, 4, 5 in der zweiten Sammelstation 12 gelegt werden.
Sind alle Hefte 3, 4, 5 einer Zeitung 7 fertig gesammelt,
wird der Heftestapel 15 in einer zweiten Falzstation 13
mittig gefalzt. Die so fertiggestellten Zeitungen 7, 8, 9
werden geordnet, z.B. in Schuppenformation oder auf einen
Stapel, abgelegt und mit einer Wegfördereinrichtung 16

vA zwischen 50 bis 150 m/min, vorzugsweise zwischen 50 bis
80 m/min. Ein ankommender Bogen 1 wird daher mit etwa
derselben Geschwindigkeit durch die Aufnahmeelemente 19
aufgenommen. Nach dem Verlassen des vorgelagerten
Prozesses erfolgt eine Beschleunigung auf eine
Geschwindigkeit vB, um einen gewissen Vorsprung gegenüber
dem nachfolgenden Bogen zu erarbeiten. vB beträgt etwa das
zwei- bis dreifache der Geschwindigkeit vA vorzugsweise
zwischen 150 und 200 m/min. Das Ablegen des Bogen an der
Ablageposition 24 erfolgt schliesslich mit reduzierter
Geschwindigkeit vC, um den Bogen 1 sorgfältig und an der
richtigen Position abzulegen, ohne dass dabei die Kanten
des dünnen Zeitungspapiers beschädigt werden. vC beträgt
vorzugsweise etwa 120 bis 150 m/min. Durch die variable
Fördergeschwindigkeit gelingt es, grosse Bögen, die
typischerweise im Format von grösser als DIN A 2 (Breite
typischerweise zwischen 420 und 508 mm; Länge zwischen 580
und 760 mm) vorliegen, aus dünnem Zeitungspapier schnell,
aber dabei schonend zu transportieren und kantengenau
abzustapeln. Die ungleichmässige Geschwindigkeit des
Aufnahmeelements 19 entlang seiner Umlaufbahn kann
beispielsweise durch einen Servoantrieb realisiert werden.A
Mehrere aufeinander gelegte Bogen 1 bilden ein Heft 2. Zu
dessen Abtransport in den nachfolgenden Arbeitsprozess,
d.h. in die erste Falzstation 11, wird unmittelbar nach
dem Eintreffen des letzten Bogens 1 eines Heftes 2 das
fertige Heft 2 aus der ersten Sammelstation 10
abtransportiert. Die Geschwindigkeit des Abtransportes ist
dabei vorzugsweise höher als die vorher geschilderte
Geschwindigkeit vA, damit sich der zuerst einlaufende Bogen
eines weiteren Heftes und das auslaufende Heft in der
ersten Sammelstation 10 nicht gegenseitig stören. Eine
Wegfördereinrichtung 20, transportiert das komplette Heft
mit einer Geschwindigkeit vD aus der ersten Sammelvorrichtung
10. Die Wegfördereinrichtung 20 umfasst hier
zwei Transportriemen oder Förderbänder 20a, 20b, die
zwischen sich einen Spalt zur Aufnahme des Heftes 2
bilden. Alternativ können auch Greifer eingesetzt werden.
Unmittelbar vor oder während des Transports durch die
Wegfördereinrichtung 20, 20' werden die einzelnen Blätter
1 eines Heftes 2 vorzugsweise miteinander temporär
verbunden, damit sich diese während des Transportes zur
Falzstation 11 nicht verschieben. Diese temporäre
Verbindung geschieht vorzugsweise durch elektrostatisches
Laden mittels einer Ladevorrichtung 21. Die Aufladung wird
beim oder nach dem Falzen in kürzester Zeit wieder
abgebaut. Alternativ können zum gemeinsamen Transport alle
Blätter eines Heftes mit Nadeln durchstochen werden
("crimpen"). Um das Heft ohne Verschiebung der Bögen
zueinander dem nachfolgenden Falzwerk zu übergeben, wird
die erste Falzstation 11 vorzugsweise direkt am Ausgang
der ersten Sammelstation 10 angeordnet. Alternativ kann
die Falzstation 11 auch in die erste Sammelstation 10
integriert werden, vorzugsweise indem der in der
Ablageposition 24 liegende komplette Bogenstapel mit einem
mittig zum Bogenstapel angeordneten Schwertfalzwerk direkt
an Ort und Stelle gefalzt und damit auch aus der
Ablageposition 24 befördert wird, z.B. nach unten oder

Heftestapel 15 können kontrolliert vorgefertigte Beilagen
6, 6' zugeführt werden, die als Einzelblätter oder
ebenfalls in Heftform vorliegen, z.B. vorgedruckte Hefte
oder Werbedrucksachen. Der fertige Heftestapel 15 umfasst
alle Hefte 3, 4, 5 der Zeitung sowie alle dafür
vorgesehenen Beilagen 6, 6'. Er wird in einer zweiten
Falzvorrichtung 13 einmal in der Mitte senkrecht zu den
Falzen der einzelnen Hefte 3, 4, 5 gefalzt. Die fertige

Claims (15)

- The method as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein sheets (1) of a sheet stack (2) are releaseably connected to one another, preferably by means of staples, by piercing with needles, or by means of electrostatic charging, in order to be conveyed away.
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one further printed product (6, 7') is fed to the second collecting station (12) and positioned on a section (3, 4, 5) deposited there.
- The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the at least one further printed product (6, 6') is fed such that it comes to rest on a predetermined section (3, 4, 5).
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein sheets (1) of a width of from 420 to 508 cm and of a length of from 580 to 760 cm are processed.
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein a finished sheet stack (2) is conveyed away from the first collecting station (10) at a speed which is greater than the speed of the sheets (1) fed to the first collecting station (10).
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein a sheet (1) is braked before being deposited in the first collecting station (10).
- The method as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein a finished sheet stack (2) is folded as it is conveyed out of the first collecting station (10).

- The apparatus as claimed in one of claims 11 to 13, which comprises a second folding station (13) for folding a section stack (15).
