Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective schématique d'un distributeur selon l'invention avec le poussoir commun représenté en vue éclatée et transparente,
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective schématique d'une variante de poussoir incorporant un orifice de sortie commun,
- la figure 3a est une vue en perspective transparente des têtes de distribution à l'état de repos à la sortie du moule,
- la figure 3b est une vue des têtes de distribution de la figure 2a contraintes de manière à amener les orifices de sortie côte à côte et apte à être montées sur les organes de distribution du distributeur,
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective transparente d'un embout d'orifice de sortie commun à rapporter sur les têtes de distributions, et
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective schématique des têtes de distribution avec l'embout de la figure 4 monté.
Claims (8)
- Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant deux organes de distribution (11, 21) montés sur deux réservoirs (10, 20), chaque organe de distribution étant pourvu d'une tête de distribution (12, 22) au travers de laquelle du produit s'écoule par appui sur un poussoir commun (3), caractérisé en ce que les deux têtes de distribution sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une entretoise souple (13).
- Distributeur de produit fluide selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque tête de distribution (12, 22) comprend un conduit de sortie (122, 222) pourvu à une extrémité d'un manchon de raccordement (121, 221) à l'organe de distribution (11, 12) et définissant à l'autre extrémité un orifice de sortie (123, 223), les deux conduits formant un angle entre eux par flexion de l'entretoise souple de manière à ce que les deux orifices de sortie soient adjacents.
- Distributeur de produit fluide selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les têtes de distribution sont moulées avec leurs conduits de sortie s'étendant parallèlement.
- Distributeur de produit fluide selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel le poussoir (3) comprend des moyens de blocage (31) pour immobiliser les têtes de distribution avec leurs orifices adjacents.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel un orifice de sortie commun (33) se raccorde sur les orifices de sortie (123, 223) des deux têtes.
- Distributeur de produit fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le poussoir (3) forme un orifice de sortie sur lequel se raccordent les orifices de sortie des deux têtes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un distributeur de produit fluide comprenant deux organes de distribution (11, 21) montés sur deux réservoirs (10, 20), chaque organe de distribution étant pourvu d'une tête de distribution (12, 22) au travers de laquelle du produit s'écoule par appui sur un poussoir commun (3), chaque tête de distribution comprend un conduit de sortie (122, 222) pourvu à une extrémité d'un manchon de raccordement (121, 221) à l'organe de distribution et définissant à l'autre extrémité un orifice de sortie (123, 223), les deux conduits formant un angle entre eux de manière à ce que les deux orifices de sortie soient adjacents, caractérisé en ce que les deux têtes de distribution étant reliées l'une à l'autre par une entretoise souple (13), les deux têtes sont moulées dans un même moule avec les deux conduits de sortie s'étendant parallèlement, les conduits étant ensuite contraints par déformation élastique de l'entretoise dans une position telle que leurs orifices sont adjacents, les têtes étant ensuite montées sur leurs organes de distribution respectifs.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les deux têtes sont bloquées en position angulaire par le poussoir (3).
