Description
Nachteilig ist bei diesen pneumatisch beaufschlagten Bogenführungseinrichtungen, daß bei höherem Flächengewicht oder bestimmten Elastizitäten der Bedruckstoffe, wie zum Beispiel bei Karton oder Blech, die Bogenführung in ihrem Wirkungsgrad reduziert wird. Durch die Reiativbewegung bei feststehendem Gummituch-/ Formzylinder und gefördertem Bedruckstoff erhöht sich die Abschmiergefahr und die Druckqualität kann dadurch beeinträchtigt werden.
Eine erste Oberfläche bzw. Oberflächenschicht besteht dabei aus Chrom oder Aluminium oder enthält zumindest einen Anteil davon.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung besteht eine Oberfläche bzw. Oberflächenschicht aus organischen-anorganischen Hybridpolymeren, welche auf einem aus Aluminium bestehenden oder zumindest Aluminium enthaltenden Substrat angeordnet ist.
Bei Ausbildung einer Platte/Folie mit einer Chromoberfläche bzw. zumindest Chrom enthaltenden Oberfläche ist eine derartige Platte/Folie auch mit Spiegelglanz polierter Oberfläche ausführbar.
Zur zusätzlichen Unterstützung der Bogenführung sind Blasvorrichtungen vor bzw. nach dem Druck-/ Lackspalt anordbar, welche den Transport der Bedruckstoffe auf dem Bogenführungszylinder unterstützen.

Dem zweiten Lackwerk 16 folgt in Förderrichtung 5 ein Ausleger 18, welcher den bogenförmigen Bedruckstoff mittels umlaufenden Kettensystemen 19 in bekannter Weise einem Auslegerstapel 9 zuführt und dort ablegt.
Beispielsweise ist auf dem Formzylinder 2 als Platte/Folie 11 eine Flachdruckplatte für den feuchtmittelfreien Offsetdruck mit einer vollflächig ausgebildeten, farb-/ lackabstoßenden Silikongummischicht angeordnet. Alternativ ist die Platte/Folie 11 als Hochdruckform ausgebildet.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist dem Formzylinder 2 eine zusätzliche Einrichtung zugeordnet, mit welcher das Trennmittel auf die auf dem Formzylinder 2 fixierte Platte bzw. Folie 11 mit farb-/lackabstoßender Beschichtung übertragbar ist. Beispielsweise eignet sich hierzu eine in Achsrichtung über die Breite des Formzylinders 2 sich erstreckende Sprüheinrichtung, deren Sprühdüsen auf den Formzylinder 2 gerichtet sind, so daß das Trennmittel auf die Platte/Folie 11 übertragbar ist.
Der Einsatz von Trennmittel verhindert eine mögliche Farb- bzw. Lackrückspaltung vom bedruckten/lackierten Bedruckstoff an die Platte bzw. Folie. Weiterhin wirkt das Trennmittel einer möglichen Verschmutzung von Platte/Folie durch Farb/Lackrückspaltung entgegen. Damit sind sonst notwendige Reinigungsvorgänge reduzierbar.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist der die Platte/Folie 11 tragende Formzylinder 2 (bzw. Gummituchzylinder 12) innerhalb des Zylindermantels temperierbar.

Claims (18)
- Druckmaschine mit nicht am Druck-/ Lackierprozeß beteiligten Druck-/Lackwerken mit Dosiersystem und wenigstens einer Auftragwalze, bei denen Gummituch-/ Formzylinder vom jeweils zugeordneten Bogenführungszytinder in Druck ab - Stellung verbringbar sind, und einer Bogenführungseinrichtung, um den bogenförmigen Bedruckstoff im Druck-/ Lackierspalt zu führen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Bogenführungseinrichtung auf dem Gummituch-/ Formzylinder (12, 2) eine Platte oder Folie (11) mit einer farb-/ lackabstoßenden Oberfläche angeordnet ist, dass der Gummituch-/ Formzylinder (12, 2) mit Maschinengeschwindigkeit antreibbar ist und ein im Greiferschluß fixierter Bedruckstoff mit der bedruckten und/ oder lackierten Seite dem Gummituch-/Formzylinder (12, 2) zugeordnet mittels Bogenführungszylinder (1) durch den Druck-/ Lackspalt (10) förderbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte bzw. Folie (11) eine Druckform/Druckfolie ist, welche eine Silikongummischicht an der Oberfläche aufweist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckform/Druckfolie (11) eine Flachdruckplatte ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckform/Druckfolie (11) eine Flachdruckplatte für den feuchtmittelfreien Offsetdruck ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) eine Hochdruckplatte ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rotierbare Gummituch-/Formzylinder (12, 2) in Druck ab-Stellung positionierbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rotierbare Gummituch-/Formzylinder (12, 2) mit definierter Druckbeistellung positionierbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) eine Oberfläche aus Chrom oder Aluminium bzw. anodisiertem Aluminium aufweist oder zumindest einen Anteil davon enthält. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) eine Oberfläche aus organischen-anorganischen Hybridpolymeren auf einem Aluminium-Substrat aufweist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) in den Rissen, Spalten oder Poren der Oberfläche aus Chrom oder Aluminium bzw. anodisiertem Aluminium Einlagerungen aus zumindest einem Fluorpolymer aufweist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Chrom gebildete Oberfläche der Platte/Folie (11) Spiegelglanz poliert ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) mit einem Trennmittel in Kontakt bringbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennmittel zumindest Silikon und/oder Wasser enthält. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennmittel über das Dosiersystem (4) und die Auftragwalze (3) auf die auf dem Formzylinder (2) fixierte Platte/Folie (11) übertragbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennmittel mittels einer in Achsrichtung über die Breite des Formzylinders (2) sich erstreckende Sprüheinrichtung auf die Platte/Folie (11) übertragbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte/Folie (11) temperierbar ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Platte/Folie (11) eine Kaltluft zuführende Temperiereinrichtung benachbart zugeordnet ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Platte/Folie (11) tragende Gummituch/Formzylinder (2) innerhalb des Zylindermantels temperierbar ist.
