Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Richtmaschine (1) zum Richten von Profilen, wie gewalzte Träger, die ober- und unterhalb der Passlinie in Transportrichtung des Richtgutes mehrere auf zueinander parallelen, angetriebenen Richtwellen (2a, 2b; 21a, 21b; 22a, 22b) angeordnete Werkzeuge (11) aufweist, von denen vorzugsweise die oberen Richtwellen (2a; 21a; 21b) zur Einstellung des Richtspaltes einstellbar sind, wobei die Richtwellen (2a; 21a, b) einzeln anstellbar sind und ihnen jeweils an beiden Seiten ein an die Richtwellenenden (8,9; 21a,b) angreifendes Anstellmittel (6, 7; 23a, 23b) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Richtbetrieb zumindest das von der Antriebsseite (I) entfernte, bedienungsseitige Anstellmittel (6; 23a) mit einer zur Richtkraft (FR) gegenläufigen Kraft (FA) beaufschlagt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei der das das Werkzeug (11) tragende Richtwellenende (8, 9) fliegend gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das antriebsseitige Anstellmittel (7) druck- und das werkzeugseitige Anstellmittel (6) zugbelastet wird.
