Abstract
Description
Manche Getränke sind nur ausschließlich mit Gasdruck zapfbar.
Um Manipulationen des Reglers durch den Verbraucher auszuschließen, ist der Arbeitsdruck fest eingestellt. Auch müssen wegen der Gasart (z.B. N2 oder CO2) unterschiedliche Patronen und Regler verwendet werden. Das hat zur Folge, dass der jeweilige Behältertyp nur für einen Getränketyp verwendet werden kann. In einer Variante ist der Behälter komplett in Kunststoff eingeschäumt. Dadurch ist die Kühlung des Inhalts sehr erschwert bzw. dauert sehr lange.
Auch diese Ausschankeinrichtung hat den großen Nachteil, dass das Getränk im Fass schlecht kühlbar ist, weil die verfügbare Kühlfläche praktisch nur aus der unteren Fasshälfte besteht. Dicht über der Mittennaht beginnt schon der Gasraum. In besonderer Weise nachteilig ist die gezeigte bauchige Form mit zusätzlichen Rollsicken, die eine effektive Anlage von üblicherweise ringförmig zylindrischen Kühlakku-Mänteln verhindern. Die runde Bauform hat weiter den Nachteil, dass das Fass z.B. bei liegendem Autotransport zussätzliche Haltemittel gegen Wegrollen erfordert. Der Zusammenbau der Ausschankreinrichtung bestehend aus Fass und den Einzelteilen der Zapfeinrichtung erfordert einen relativ großen Aufwand und ausgesprochene Sachkenntnis.

Claims (7)
- Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung zum druckgasbetriebenen Ausschank von auf Trinktemperatur temperierten Getränken wie Bier, Wein und Softdrinks, z.B. mit CO2-Druckgas, die im wesentlichen aus einem vorzugsweise zylindrischen Behälter (1), der durch eine glockenförmige Trennwand (10) in einen bodenseitig angeordneten Getränketeil (2) und einen deckelseitig angeordneten ringförmigen Druckgasteil (3) unterteilt ist, einem oberen Getränke- und Gasventil (4) mit Steigrohr am Getränketeil (2), einem Gasventil (5) am Druckgasteil (3) und einem beide Ventile (4, 5) verbindenden abnehmbaren Zapfkopf (6) sowie je einem Fuß- und Kopfring (7, 8) besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (9) des Behälters (1) nahezu die gleiche axiale Länge aufweist wie die Trennwand (10), die kleiner ist als die axiale Länge des unteren Teils (11) des Behälters (1), wobei die aneinanderstoßenden drei Ränder des mit nahezu gleichem Durchmesser ausgebildeten oberen Teils (9) und unteren Teils (11) sowie der Trennwand (10) in einer gemeinsamen Schweißnaht (12) miteinander verbunden und beide Behälterteile (9, 11) mit Sicherheitsberststellen (24a, 24b) ausgestattet sind, und zumindest der Außen-Durchmesser (13) des Kopfrings (8) an keiner Stelle den Außen-Durchmesser (14) des Behälters überschreitet, wobei der Kopfring (8) eine erste Passstelle (15) aufweist, die den Zapfkopf (6) mit integriertem Druckregler (16) ausschließlich lagegenau zum Gasventil (5) positioniert, und eine zweite Passstelle (17) aufweist, die den Kopfring ausschließlich lagegenau am Gasventil (5) positioniert. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Passstelle (17) ein vertikales Rippenpaar an der Innenseite des Kopfrings (8) ist. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fußring (7) einen Verbindungsring (18a) zum Behälter (1) mit einem maximalen Außen-Durchmesser in der Größe des Behälter-Durchmessers (14) und eine nahezu quadratische Außenform mit abgerundeten Ecken (19) seiner Bodenstandsfläche (20) aufweist, wobei die Weite ("W") der Bodenstandsfläche nicht größer als der Behälter-Durchmesser (14) und sein Radius ("R") etwa 0,2 x W - 0,35 x W beträgt. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fußring (7) mit der quadratischen Bodenstandsfläche (20) achsenorientiert zur Position des Zapfkopfes (6) ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Drehlage über einen Formschluss aus mindestens einem am Behälterunterteil (11) fixierten Arretierungselement (22) und mindestens einer entsprechenden Aussparung (23) am Fußring bestimmt ist. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenstandsfläche (20) des Fußrings (7) und die Oberseite (21) des Kopfrings (8) eine gemeinsame Stapel-Passform bilden. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich eines Rippenpaares der zweiten Passstelle (17) des Kopfrings (8) eine nur von der Seite des Behälter-Oberteils (9) zugängliche Tasche zur Aufnahme eines Transponders (17) angeordnet ist. - Getränke-Ausschankeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Oberseite des Behälter-Oberteils (9) eine dauerhafte menschenund maschinenlesbare Kennzeichnung (28) aufgebracht ist.
