Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- Maschine (1) mit einer zyklisch einsetzbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung (8) zur Bearbeitung eines Schwellen (5) und Schienen (6) aufweisenden Gleises (7) sowie mit einer berührungslos wirkenden Abtasteinrichtung (13) zum Erkennen einer Schwellenlage in Verbindung mit einer Wegmesseinheit (14) zur Erfassung eines von der Maschine (1) am Gleis (7) zurückgelegten Weges (s) und mit einer Steuereinheit (15) zur Zentrierung der Arbeitsvorrichtung (8) in Abhängigkeit von der abgetasteten Schwellenlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtasteinrichtung (13) als Distanzmesser (16) zur berührungslosen Erfassung von vertikalen Distanzmeßwerten (d) zwischen Abtasteinrichtung (13) einerseits und Schwellen (5) bzw. Schotter (17) des Gleises (7) andererseits ausgebildet ist, und daß die mit dem Distanzmesser (16) verbundene Steuereinheit (15) für eine fortlaufende und aufeinanderfolgende Unterteilung der wegabhängigen Meßstrecke jeweils in einen lediglich geringfügig voneinander abweichende Distanzmeßwerte (d) umfassenden Schwellenerkennungsabschnitt X und einen daran anschließenden, durch eine Folge von sprunghaft veränderten Distanzmeßwerten (d) gekennzeichneten Schottererkennungsabschnitt Y ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezüglich der Maschinenquerrichtung zwei voneinander distanzierte Distanzmesser (16) vorgesehen sind, denen jeweils eine eigene Prüfeinheit (23) zugeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Bearbeitung eines Gleises (7) mittels einer zyklisch einsetzbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung (8), wobei im Rahmen einer Maschinenvorfahrt der zurückgelegte Weg (s) gemessen und die Lage von Schwellen (5) berührungslos abgetastet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) entlang einer in Gleislängsrichtung über Schwellen (5) und Schotter (17) verlaufenden Meßlinie (21) kontinuierlich in vertikaler Richtung verlaufende Distanzmeßwerte (d) zwischen Maschine (1) und Schotter (17) bzw. Schwelle (5) ermittelt und gespeichert werden, wonachb) eine solcherart eruierte wegabhängige Meßkurve (18) in einen lediglich minimale Meßwertänderungen aufweisenden und den Beginn mit einer ersten Sprungstelle (A) registrierenden Schwellenerkennungsabschnitt (X) unterteilt wird, demc) jeweils unter Zuordnung einer zweiten Sprungstelle (B) ein Schottererkennungsabschnitt (Y) folgt, der durch eine aufeinanderfolgende Anzahl von sprunghaft veränderten, mit den Maximalwerten außerhalb der Minimalbandbreite (m) liegenden Distanzmeßwerten (d) gekennzeichnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Schwellenerkennungsabschnitt (X) definierenden minimalen und maximalen Distanzmeßwerte (d) zur Definition einer Minimalbandbreite (m) speicherbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Schwellenerkennungsabschnitt (X) definierende Abstand der beiden Sprungstellen (A,B) zueinander im Rahmen einer permanenten Plausibilitätsprüfung mit einem in einer Steuereinheit (15) gespeicherten, verschiedene Schwellenbreiten von im Gleis (7) möglicherweise vorkommenden verschiedenen Bauarten von Schwellen (5) umfassenden Schwellenakzeptanzbereich (SA) für die Schwellenbreite verglichen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine optische und/oder akustische Warneinrichtung (24) aktiviert wird, sobald die Plausibilitätsprüfung für den Schwellenerkennungsabschnitt (X) ein außerhalb des gespeicherten Schwellenakzeptanzbereiches (SA) liegendes Ergebnis zur Folge hat.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezüglich der Maschinenvorfahrtsrichtung vor der Abtasteinrichtung (13) ein in der Meßlinie (21) liegender Bereich der Schwelle (5) abgekehrt wird.
