Claims (8)
- Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung zum Abtrennen einer niedrig siedenden Kraftstofffraktion aus einem flüssigen Kraftstoff einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem den flüssigen Kraftstoff enthaltenden Kraftstoffbehälter sowie mit einem eine abgesaugte Kraftstofffraktion-Mischung zuführbaren Abscheider und einem die Kraftstofffraktion zuführbaren Speicher, ferner mit einer Kraftstoffdampf und Luft absaugenden Pumpe mit einem Pumpenantrieb,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (2) und der Pumpenantrieb (3) in einem Gehäuse (6) fest eingesetzt und gemeinsam mit dem Abscheider (4) und dem Speicher (5) eine Baueinheit bildend in dem Kraftstoffbehälter (8) herausnehmbar untergebracht sind. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (6) und zumindest die koaxial zueinander liegende Pumpe (2) sowie der Pumpenantrieb (3) zylindrische Form aufweisen, wobei das Gehäuse (6) die Pumpe (2) und den darunter liegenden Pumpenantrieb (3) unter Bildung eines ringförmigen Zwischenraumes (9) umgibt. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenraum (9) in seinem unten liegenden abscheidernahen Bereich einen ringförmigen Kraftstoffverteiler (10) und einen versetzt zu diesem liegenden ringförmigen Luftverteiler (11) mit jeweils kleinen Öffnungen aufweist. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
durch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Pumpe (2) umfangsseitig mit in den Zwischenraum (9) hineinragenden Kühlrippen (13) versehen ist und daß in diesem Zwischenraum (9) zwischen dem Gehäuse (6) und dem Pumpenantrieb (3) ein Wärmetauscher (12) angeordnet ist. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Zwischenraum (9) eine durch Rippen (17)gebildete Labyrinthabscheidung (16) zwischen der Pumpe (2)und dem oben liegenden abscheiderabgewandten Bereich des Gehäuses (6) vorgesehen ist. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (17) als Umlaufrippen in Abtropfrichtung gesehen wechselweise innenwandig an dem Gehäuse (6) und an einem über der Pumpe (2) liegenden Abschlußteil (19) außenwandig angebracht sind. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (6) mit oberhalb des maximalen Kraftstofffüllstandes im Kraftstoffbehälter (8) liegenden höhengleichen Öffnungen (15) versehen ist. - Kraftstofffraktioniereinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (6) an seinem dem Abscheider (4) abgewandten Ende einen Befestigungsflansch (7) aufweist, über den das Gehäuse (6) mit dem Abscheider (4) und dem Speicher (5) an dem Kraftstoffbehälter (8) in diesen senkrecht hineinragend befestigt ist.
