Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a perforated needle for knitting machines for Production of knitted fabrics according to the preamble of the main claim.
Such hole needles are in the state of the art in the most diverse Embodiments known. Efficiency tests with Carbon or carbon fibers, however, have led to problems since the latter are often torn off. This was u.a. thereon attributed to the fact that the deflection of the carbon fiber through the eyelet is relatively strong.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to improve the above-mentioned perforated needle in such a way that they are in particular for the production of electricity Knitted fabric with entrained carbon fiber is suitable and fiber tears largely avoids.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a surprising manner This is achieved in that the construction of a hole needle as a conventional sewing machine needle selects one longitudinally to Needle axis extending to the eyelet thread groove. Furthermore the hole needle according to the invention has a rounded Tip, which is easy by grinding the tip can produce, causing damage to the carbon fibers be avoided by such tips. According to the invention the running properties are improved by that the deflection of the fiber flow is significantly reduced.
From a procedural point of view, it would be obvious to a person skilled in the art be that the inventively constructed hole needle offset by 90 ° horizontally inserted into the knitting machine must be for the desired reduced deflection of the Fiber course is achieved. The hole needle according to the invention enable for the first time the fast and easy action a plurality of carbon fibers in a carrier material, which consists in particular of plastic such as PE or PA.
In the following, a preferred embodiment is based the figures for better understanding of the invention explained in more detail.
Es zeigt:
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 1
- a schematic section of an arrangement of different needles in a knitting machine according to the prior art; and
- Fig. 2
- a comparable with the Fig. 1 schematic representation in which the hole needle according to the invention is used.
In Fig. 1, a
The same is the case with the perforated needle according to the
