Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wiper device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a wiper system according to the preamble of claim 13.
- a wiper device with a mop plate which carries a wiper element or textile on the underside, are used.
- the wiping textile is usually rinsed more frequently in water, a wiper or cleaning liquid, a cleaning liquor or the like in between. It is then necessary in each case to squeeze out the wiping textile in order to remove excess liquid from the wiping textile and to obtain a desired residual moisture for the respective use.
- the present invention relates to a wiper device in which the wiper plate holding the wiper element or textile is pivotally connected to a handle.
- a gimbal joint is provided between the stem and the mop plate.
- Such a wiper device is very easy to handle and has proven itself in practice.
- the problem is the squeezing of the wiper, since due to the articulated connection with the stem, the mop plate can escape in an undesirable manner.
- a wiper device in which the wiper plate is gimbal-hinged connected to the handle, also referred to as articulated wiper device.
- a squeezing device for a hinged wiper device is known.
- the Auspreßvorraum is arranged on an associated container and has an inclined support surface, which is provided with openings. Spaced to the support surface and above this an abutment device is arranged so that when the handle is folded down the wiper plate with a longitudinal edge ahead between the support surface and the abutment means obliquely downwards is inserted.
- the stem In subsequent pivoting of the stem, the stem is supported on the abutment device and acts as a two-armed lever such that the mop plate with its underside pressed against the support surface and accordingly the mop textile is squeezed out.
- the disadvantage is that only relatively low Auspreß alloy can be exercised in the said arrangement due to unfavorable leverage and an impending tipping over of the container. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the wiper device can slide out of the squeezing when pressed out. This is favored, in particular, by a corresponding force component, which is directed counter to the insertion direction, and which the handle exerts on the mop plate during extrusion.
- the EP 0 122 675 B1 discloses an articulated wiper device and an associated squeezing device.
- the squeezing device has a curved, elastically deformable support surface and arranged spaced abutment elements.
- the wiper device has counter-elements which can be brought into engagement with the counter bearing elements in such a way that the wiper plate can be pressed against the bearing surface by pivoting a handle of the wiper device about a pivot axis extending parallel to the longitudinal extension of a wiper plate of the wiper device.
- the counter-element as a separate, coupled to a propeller shaft lever is formed, which in turn can be pivoted by pivoting the stem away from the mop plate, against the abutment elements.
- a pivotable from the handle mounted on the wiper plate hinge element on lateral extensions, which form counter-elements and can be supported on the counter-bearing elements.
- the structure of the squeezing device is relatively expensive. Slipping out of the wiper device or its wiper plate from the squeezing when squeezing is not excluded.
- the pressing requires a relatively precise handling of the wiper device, so that there is a risk that the counter-elements relatively easily slip on the counter-bearing elements.
- the teaching of the present invention is based on the problem to provide a wiper device with gimbal-hinged handle and a corresponding wiper system of wiper device and squeezing, in which or in which an effective pressing can be done safely with high force.
- the basic idea of the present invention is to secure a wiper plate of an articulated wiper device during extrusion of a wiping element or textile held by the wiper plate in a squeezing device against unintentional moving out of the squeezing device in a form-fitting manner.
- the invention provides to provide the mop plate and in particular its holding portion with an insertion inclined in the insertion, so that the mop plate with a wiper element or mop cloth between the support surface and a spaced abutment surface with simple handling and low force for subsequent extrusion of the Wiper element or textile on the bearing surface - possibly by clamping - can be inserted.
- the mop plate can be pressed by a corresponding pivoting of a stem of the wiper device against a support surface of the squeezing. Nevertheless, with simple handling, an unwanted moving out of the squeezing at least largely excluded.
- the support surface is inclined to the horizontal and the abutment means is disposed above the support surface in a lower region of the support surface. This allows easy insertion of the mop plate in the squeezing with a downward movement.
- Fig. 1 shows a wiper device 1, which has a stem 2 and a wiper plate 4 connected to the stem 2 via a hinge 3.
- the mop plate 4 is thus hingedly connected to the stem 2 or - in releasable joint 3 - connectable.
- the wiper plate 4 serves to hold a wiper element or textile 5, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 1 indicated.
- this may be a spongy wiper element 5 of porous material or the like.
- the wiper element 5 is at least a substantial part of textile material in the broadest sense, so that in this context only the wiper fabric 5 is mentioned in this context.
- the wiper textile 5 is at least substantially attached or attachable to a flat underside 6 of the mop plate 4.
- the wiper textile 5 may be fixedly connected to the mop plate 4.
- the wiping textile 5 - as in the illustration example - releasably connectable to the mop plate 4. This will be discussed in more detail in the description of a preferred construction of the wiper fabric 5.
- the underside 6 of the mop plate 4 is preferably at least substantially flat and continuous, so without openings, formed. This is conducive to a uniform squeezing of the wiper fabric 5.
- Fig. 1 and 3 It can be seen that the mop plate 4 on its side facing away from the bottom 6 7 at least one holding section 8, here several holding sections 8 in edge regions 9 of the mop plate 4 has.
- Each holding section 8 has an undercut 10 on the inside, ie on its side facing away from the outer edge of the mop plate 4, which has an extension component 11 which runs perpendicular to the upper side 7 of the mop plate 4 or to the main extension plane of the mop plate 4.
- the holding sections 8 thus project from the mop plate 4 in such a way that they can be engaged behind the undercuts 10.
- the undercuts 10 may be inclined to the top 7, but preferably the undercuts 10 form at least substantially a right angle with the adjoining top 7 of the mop plate. 4
- the holding sections 8 are arranged adjacent and parallel to longitudinal edges 12 of the mop plate 4.
- the wiper plate 4 has on its upper side 7 reinforcing ribs 14 which extend in the illustrated embodiment in the longitudinal direction, ie at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal edges 12 of the mop plate 4.
- reinforcing ribs 14 and other reinforcing elements can also be omitted.
- the holding sections 8 are arranged or formed on marginal reinforcing ribs 14.
- the holding sections 8 can also be arranged on a smooth at least in the edge regions 9 top 7 of the mop plate 4.
- the holding portions 8 may be formed by suitable portions of the peripheral reinforcing ribs 14.
- the mop plate 4 is preferably made of plastic and formed in one piece.
- the holding portions 8 are therefore preferably integrally formed on the holding plate 4.
- the connecting the stem 2 with the mop plate 4 joint 3 is designed as a gimbal joint and has the example of a hinge element 15, on the one hand to a in Fig. 4 indicated longitudinal axis 16 is pivotally mounted on the mop plate 4, so that the joint element 15 together with the adjoining stem 2 according to double arrow 17 in Fig. 3 is pivotable until the hinge member 15 abuts against the wiper plate 4 in the region of the V-shaped recess 18 here.
- the hinge part 15 via a preferably sleeve-like connecting element 19, such as in Fig. 3 indicated, connected to the stem 2, wherein the connecting element 19 and the joint member 15 relative to each other to the in Fig. 1 indicated pivot axis 20 - which extends at least substantially parallel to the transverse axis 13 - relative to each other according to double arrow 21 are pivotable.
- This is merely a preferred embodiment of the joint 3.
- other constructive solutions are possible here.
- the wiper textile 5 is formed substantially flat with a matched to the surface shape of the wiper plate 4, here substantially rectangular shape.
- the wiping textile 5 has two insertion pockets 22, which are formed in particular by sewing or sewing corresponding material sections and open toward the center, in the region of its transverse sides.
- end portions 23 of the mop plate 4 can be inserted, wherein the mop fabric 5 due to the rigid design of the mop plate 4 here has sufficient elasticity.
- the wiper fabric 5 can also be connected by means of other fastening means, such as hook-and-loop fasteners, or fixedly to the wiper plate 4.
- the wiping textile 5 has underside wiping portions 24, which are formed for example in the form of fringes, loops, shaggy or lamellae and made for example of plastic, especially polyester, microfibers, cotton or a mixture of these substances.
- the wiping portions 24 are held by a subsequent carrier fabric 25, the surface extension of which corresponds to the surface extension of the wiper textile 5.
- a suction material 26 is preferably arranged in a pocket 27 formed by the wiper textile 5.
- the absorbent material 26 is highly absorbent, that is, it can absorb a multiple of its own weight of liquid, in particular an aqueous liquid, such as a cleaning liquor o. The like., Absorb.
- the absorbent material 26 is multi-piece, for example in the form of Schnipseln, sections o. The like., Is formed.
- the absorbent material 26 can also form a continuous layer o. The like., So be formed in one piece.
- the pocket 27 is closed on the side facing away from the carrier fabric 25 by a cover layer 28, along its edge with the Carrier fabric 25 is sewn.
- the cover layer 28 is made of the same material as the carrier fabric 25.
- the carrier fabric 25 and the wiping portions 24 need not have or have optimal suction properties. Rather, the materials used for this purpose can be optimally adapted to desired cleaning properties, sliding properties, desired stiffness, flexibility and durability. It is important that the carrier fabric 25 is liquid-permeable, in particular - for example, by capillary action or corresponding openings, meshes, o. The like. - Ensures a good fluid exchange with the absorbent material 26.
- the absorbent material 26 is optimized in terms of its pumping speed. In particular, materials with a high proportion of viscose are suitable here. In particular, the absorbent material 26 is selected such that it releases relatively easily absorbed or sucked up liquid under pressure again.
- Fig. 5 shows a proposed Auspreßvorraum 29 in side view.
- the squeezing device 29 has a perforations 30 provided by a corresponding plate piece, molding o. The like. Formed support surface 31 on which the wiper fabric 5 can be pressed by pressing the mop plate 4, which will be discussed later in more detail.
- the squeezing device 29 also has an abutment device 32, which is formed here by two abutment elements 33.

- the stem 2 or a part of the joint 3 comes to the wiper plate 4 - here, for example, in the region of the V-shaped recess 18 - to the system, so that a further pressing on the stem 2 in the direction of arrow 38, a depression of the mop plate. 4 with its bottom 6 to the support surface 32 out to result, whereby the wiper fabric 5 is squeezed out.
- the counter-bearing device 32 or its securing sections 35 in this case interact with the inserted holding sections 8 of the mop plate 4 in particular in a hinge-like manner, wherein the counter bearing device 32 forms the pivot point for a one-armed lever formed from the mop plate 4 and the adjoining stick 2.
- a simple squeezing of the wiper fabric 5 is made possible on the articulated wiper device 1.
- the wiper plate 4 occupies as small a distance as possible from the support surface 31 in the region of the abutment device 32 during extrusion.
- the underside 6 of the mop plate 4 in the final state of pressing an at least substantially uniform distance - in this case an at least substantially parallel alignment to the flat bearing surface 31 - has, if the wiper fabric 5 has an at least substantially uniform thickness ,

The basic idea of the present invention is to secure a wiper plate of an articulated wiper device during extrusion of a wiping element or textile held by the wiper plate in a squeezing device against unintentional moving out of the squeezing device in a form-fitting manner. To this end, the invention provides to provide the mop plate and in particular its holding portion with an insertion inclined in the insertion, so that the mop plate with a wiper element or mop cloth between the support surface and a spaced abutment surface with simple handling and low force for subsequent extrusion of the Wiper element or textile on the bearing surface - possibly by clamping - can be inserted. The
In the illustrated example, the holding
The

The wiping
The
Instead of two or
In order to enable the most uniform possible wringing of the
In order to achieve a uniform as possible pressing, accordingly, the
In addition, a uniform squeezing of the wiper fabric 5 a relatively free or relatively high mobility or deformability of the
It is essential that the squeezing 29 is connected to the

The
The

The
The
The

The
In particular, in this case the edge-
In the second and third embodiments, the
