Claims (11)
- Manuell bewegbarer Gurthobel (1) zum Entfernen der Deckschicht (21) oder eines Teiles der Deckschicht (21) von einem Fördergurt (22), mit einem Grundkörper (2), der eine ebene Auflagefläche (6) aufweist und an dem ein Handgriff (3) befestigt ist sowie mit einem im Grundkörper (2) gelagerten, geneigt angeordneten Messer, das eine Öffnung (7) im Grundkörper (2) durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer als dünne Klinge (8) mit gebogener Schneidkante (9) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Klinge (8) einen zentralen Bereich, dessen Schneidkantenabschnitt (10) parallel zur Auflagefläche (6) des Grundkörpers (2) angeordnet und senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (X) des Gurthobels (1) orientiert ist sowie zwei seitliche Bereiche, deren Schneidkantenabschnitte (11, 12), ausgehend vom Schneidkantenabschnitt (10) des zentralen Bereiches, in die Öffnung (7) des Grundkörpers (2) hinein abgewinkelt sind, aufweist.
- Gurthobel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (8) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Gurthobel nach Abspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidkantenabschnitt (11, 12) des jeweiligen seitlichen Bereiches der Klinge (8) unter einem Winkel von 90° bis 120°, vorzugsweise 100° bis 110°, zum Schneidkantenabschnitt (10) des zentralen Bereiches der Klingen (8) angeordnet ist.
- Gurthobel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (8) im zentralen Bereich unter einem Winkel von 5° bis 15°, vorzugsweise 7,5° bis 12,5°, insbesondere 10° zur Auflagefläche (6) des Grundkörpers (2) angeordnet ist.
- Gurthobel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (8) im zentralen Bereich unter einem Winkel zur Auflagefläche (6) des Grundkörpers (2) angeordnet ist, der im wesentlichen dem Winkel entspricht, unter dem eine Druckkraft zum Betätigen des Gurt-hobels (1) in den Handgriff (3) eingeleitet wird.
- Gurthobel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Klinge (8), ausgehend von der Schneidkante (9), konisch erweitert.
- Gurthobel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem sich an die Schneidkante (9) anschließenden Schneidflanken (17, 18) 15° bis 25°, vorzugsweise 17,5° bis 22,5°, insbesondere 20° beträgt.
- Gurthobel nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Grundkörper (2) abgewandte Schneidflanke (18) der Klinge (8) parallel zur Auflagefläche (6) des Grundkörpers (2) orientiert ist.
- Gurthobel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Grundkörper (2) eine Führungseinrichtung (19) verbunden ist, zur seitlichen Anlage der Führungseinrichtung (19) an einer Stirnseite (23) des Fördergurtes (22).
- Gurthobel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (19) relativ zum Grundkörper (2) verstellbar ist.
- Gurthobel nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (19) als Leiste ausgebildet ist.
