Description
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Luftführung in einem Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a), bei dem in einem gegen einen Außenbereich (20; 20a) mit Ausnahme von im wesentlichen Schleusenbereichen (17, 18) geschlossenen Gehäuse (11; 11a) eine Luftströmung erzeugt wird, welche mittels eines Filters (32; 48) gereinigte Luft in den Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) innerhalb des Gehäuses (11; 11a) insbesondere über den Abfüll- und Verschließbereich von Verpackungsbehältern (1; 2) führt, um Kontaminationen des Füllguts und der Verpackungsbehälter (1; 2) zu vermeiden und mit einem Zwischenbereich (25), durch welchen Manipulationen im Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) möglich sind, wobei zwischen dem Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) und dem Zwischenbereich (25) eine erste Luftströmung (Strömungspfeil 40) und zwischen dem Zwischenbereich (25) und dem Filter (32; 48) eine zweite Luftströmung (Strömungspfeil 36) ausgebildet ist, und wobei im Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) ein höherer Luftdruck herrscht als im Zwischenbereich (25), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Zwischenbereich (25) und dem Außenbereich (20; 20a) Spalte (27) ausgebildet sind und daß im Außenbereich (20; 20a) ein höherer Druck herrscht als im Zwischenbereich (25), so daß über die Spalte (27) in den Zwischenraum (25) einströmende Luft abgesaugt und dem Filter (32; 48) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) für die Verpackungsbehälter (1; 2) erste Öffnungen (19; 19a) vom Außenbereich (20; 20a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) und zweite Öffnungen (21; 21a) vom Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) aufweisen, daß Luft aus den Schleusenbereichen (17, 18) zu dem Filter (32; 48) hin abgesaugt wird (Strömungspfeil 37; 49) und daß Luft aus dem Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) und dem Außenbereich (20; 20a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) einströmt (Strömungspfeile 39, 40; 50, 51).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) für die Verpackungsbehälter (2) erste Öffnungen (19a) vom Außenbereich (20a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) und zweite Öffnungen (21a) vom Bearbeitungsraum (12a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) aufweisen, daß Luft aus den Schleusenbereichen (17, 18) zu dem Filter (48) hin abgesaugt wird (Strömungspfeile 49), daß Luft aus dem Bearbeitungsraum (12a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) einströmt (Strömungspfeil 50) und daß Luft aus dem Außenbereich (20a) in die Schleusenbereiche (17, 18) einströmt (Strömungspfeil 51).
- Vorrichtung (10; 10a) zur Luftführung in einem Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) mit einem Gehäuse (11; 11a), durch das Verpackungsbehälter (1; 2) entlang einer Förderstrecke (13) durchschleusbar sind um befüllt und verschlossen zu werden, mit einer Einrichtung (28) zum Reinhalten des Bearbeitungsraums (12; 12a) innerhalb des Gehäuses (11; 11a), die zumindest ein Gebläse (31; 31a, 47) und einen Filter (32; 48) umfasst, mit einer beweglichen Abtrennung (22) zum Ermöglichen von Eingriffen aus einem Außenbereich (20; 20a) in den Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a), wobei die Abtrennung (22) einen Zwischenbereich (25) ausbildet, der über Spalte (26, 27) mit dem Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) und dem Außenbereich (20, 20a) verbunden ist, und wobei der Zwischenbereich (25) Mittel zum Absaugen der in den Zwischenbereich (25) einströmenden Luft zum Gebläse (31; 31a, 47) und zum Filter (32; 48) hin aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11; 11a) eine Eintrittsschleuse (15; 15a) und eine Austrittsschleuse (16) für die Verpackungsbehälter (1; 2) aufweist, die erste Öffnungen (19; 19a) zum Außenbereich (20; 20a) und zweite Öffnungen (21; 21a) zum Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) hat und daß Mittel zum Zuführen von Luft aus der Eintrittsschleuse (15; 15a) und der Austrittsschleuse (16) zum Gebläse (31; 31a, 47) vorgesehen sind, so daß in der Eintrittsschleuse (15; 15a) und der Austrittschleuse (16) ein Druck herrscht, der geringer ist als der Druck im Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) und im Außenbereich (20; 20a).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des Gebläses (31) im Bearbeitungsraum (12) eine Luftströmung (Strömungspfeile 38) erzeugbar ist, die im wesentlichen horizontal und quer zur Förderrichtung der Verpackungsbehälter (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebläse (31) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Zwischenbereichs (25) angeordnet ist, wobei die Förderstrecke (13) der Verpackungsbehälter (1) sich zwischen dem Gebläse (31) und dem Zwischenbereich (25) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des Gebläses (47) im Bearbeitungsraum (12a) eine Luftströmung erzeugbar ist, die im wesentlichen vertikal zur Förderrichtung der Verpackungsbehälter (2) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Schleusenbereichen (17, 18) mittels des Gebläses (31a) eine Luftströmung erzeugbar ist, die die Verpackungsbehälter (2) vertikal umströmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Luftströmung im Bearbeitungsraum (12; 12a) (Strömungspfeile 38; 53) als laminare Luftströmung ausgebildet ist.
