Claims (11)
- Ferrure d'articulation pour porte (1), fenêtre ou similaire de type oscillo-battante définie par un châssis ouvrant (4) pourvu d'un rebord de recouvrement périphérique (5) apte à venir en applique sur le côté interne (6) d'un cadre dormant (2) au moment de refermer ladite porte (1) ou fenêtre, cette ferrure d'articulation (3) comportant une partie fixe (11) rendue solidaire, par des moyens de fixation (16), dudit cadre dormant (2) et pourvue d'une lame (13) prévue pour coopérer, au travers d'un moyen d'articulation (15), avec au moins une lame (14, 14') correspondant à une partie mobile (12), prenant position dans l'épaisseur (32) dudit rebord de recouvrement (5) du châssis ouvrant (4) et rendue solidaire de ce dernier (4) par des moyens appropriés (35, 40), caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation (16) de la partie fixe (11) sont définis par au moins une platine de fixation (17) prévue apte à être rapportée sur le côté interne (6) d'un montant et/ou d'une traverse du cadre dormant (2), à l'arrière du rebord de recouvrement (5) correspondant au châssis ouvrant (4) en position de fermeture de ce dernier, sur cette platine de fixation (17) étant montée une platine support (22), réglable, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de réglage appropriés (23), dans au moins une direction du plan (P) de la porte (1) ou fenêtre.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la lame (13) de la partie fixe (11) comporte une douille (29) définie par un enroulement de l'extrémité libre (30) de ladite lame (13).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la douille (29) de la lame (13) de la partie fixe (11) présente un axe confondu avec l'axe de pivotement (X) du châssis ouvrant (4) sur le cadre dormant (2) et que cette lame (13) comporte un décrochement (31) apte à déporter l'axe de pivotement (X) de ce châssis ouvrant (4) à hauteur du rebord de recouvrement (5) de ce dernier.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que, selon le cas, l'enroulement et/ou le décrochement (31) sont définis dans un prolongement de la platine support (22).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de réglage (23) sont définis, d'une part, par des moyens de montage en coulissement (24) et, d'autre part, par des moyens de commande et d'immobilisation (25) de la platine support (22) par rapport à la platine de fixation (17).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de réglage (23) sont complétés par des moyens de guidage latéral (26) de la platine support (22) par rapport à la platine de fixation (17).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et dans laquelle la lame (14) de la partie mobile (12) est configurée en forme de douille (34) au niveau de laquelle cette partie mobile (12) coopère avec la lame (13) de la partie fixe (11) au travers du moyen d'articulation (15), caractérisée par le fait que la douille (34) de la partie mobile (12) comporte au moins une ouverture pour le passage de moyens de fixation (35) tels qu'une vis prévus aptes à venir se loger dans l'épaisseur (32) du rebord de recouvrement (5) suivant une direction comportant une composante parallèle au plan (P') du châssis ouvrant (4).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que la lame (14) de la partie mobile (12) est complétée par un sabot (39) s'étendant, d'une part, perpendiculairement à l'axe de la douille (34) de cette lame (14) et, d'autre part, en feuillure (37) de la traverse inférieure du châssis ouvrant (4), ce dernier venant reposer sur ledit sabot (39).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie mobile (12) comporte au moins une lame (14, 14') configurée en forme de douille (34, 41) définie par un enroulement de l'extrémité libre (42) de ladite lame (14, 14').
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que la ou les lames (14, 14') comportent un décrochement (43) apte à déporter l'axe de pivotement (X) du châssis ouvrant (4) à hauteur du rebord de recouvrement (5) de ce dernier.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la ou les lames (14, 14') de la partie mobile (12) ainsi que la lame (13) de la partie fixe (11) sont aptes à venir se loger dans l'épaisseur (32) du rebord de recouvrement (5) du châssis ouvrant (4), au niveau d'un logement (33), notamment déf ini par une forme évidée, que présente ce rebord de recouvrement (5), ceci en position d' ouverture à la française de la porte (1) ou autre ou de fermeture de cette dernière.
