Description
Stromaufwärts vor dem Zwillingsventil kann zweckmäßig in jeder der beiden Zuleitungen jeweils ein Schmutzfangsieb und/oder Rückflussverhinderer angeordnet werden.
Schließlich ist am Griff 1 im Bereich des Griffarms 10 ein Sensor 100 an der Oberfläche ausgebildet, mit dem eine Berührung, insbesondere durch die Hand des Benutzers, feststellbar ist.
Der Sensor 100 ist mit einer Leitung 50 und die Detektionseinrichtung 6 mit einer Leitung 51 mit einer unterhalb des Waschtisches 7 angeordneten Steuerelektronik 5 verbunden.
In der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Position des Handgriffs 1 befindet sich das erste Ventil 3 in seiner Schließstellung. Da auch der Sensor 100 vom Benutzer nicht berührt wird, wird von der Steuerelektronik 5 über das Pilotventil 40 das zweite Ventil 4 (Zwillingsventil) in Absperrstellung gehalten.
Berührt ein Benutzer den Sensor 100 am Handgriff 1, so wird von der Steuerelektronik 5 über das Pilotventil 40 veranlasst, dass das Ventil 4 (Zwillingsventil) in Offenstellung gebracht wird und so lange in Offenstellung verharrt, wie vom Benutzer der Sensor 100 berührt wird. In dieser Steuerstellung kann von dem Benutzer die Wasserauslaufeinrichtung als von Hand stellbares Eingriffmischventil benutzt werden. Durch ein Verschwenken des Handgriffs 1 in Pfeilrichtung 11 wird das Ventil 3 aus seiner Absperrposition zunehmend in die voll geöffnete Position bewegt, so dass über das Wasserauslassmundstück 23 zunehmend mehr Wasser als Freistrahl austritt. Durch ein Drehen des Handgriffs 1 in Richtung des Pfeils 12 kann das Mischungsverhältnis des zufließenden Kalt- und Warmwassers bzw. die Temperatur des über das Wasserauslassmundstück 23 abgegebene Mischwasser eingestellt werden.
Wird vom Benutzer die Berührung des Sensors 100 in einer Offenstellung des Ventils 3 unterbrochen, so wird danach von der Detektionseinrichtung 6 über die Steuereinrichtung 5 der Wasserausfluss gesteuert. Befindet sich hierbei im Erfassungsbereich der Detektionseinrichtung 6 ein Gegenstand, so veranlasst die Steuerelektronik 5 über das Pilotventil 40, dass das Ventil 4 (Zwillingsventil) in Offenstellung verharrt. Wird dagegen kein Gegenstand detektiert, so veranlasst die Steuerelektronik 5 über das Pilotventil 40, dass das Ventil 4 (Zwillingsventil) in die Absperrstellung gebracht wird. Wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut ein Gegenstand in den Erfassungsbereich der Detektionseinrichtung 6 gebracht, so veranlasst die Steuerelektronik 5 über das Pilotventil 40 eine erneute Öffnung des Ventils 4 (Zwillingsventil) für die Zeitdauer in der von der Detektionseinrichtung 6 ein Gegenstand in dem Erfassungsbereich detektiert wird. Die Wasserauslaufeinrichtung arbeitet somit als berührungslose Wasserauslaufsteuerung.
Bei dem vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel ist das zweite Ventil 4 als Zwillingsventil stromaufwärts vor dem ersten, von Hand gesteuerten Ventil 3 angeordnet. Hierbei kann auch das Zwillingsventil mit zwei Pilotventilen 40 versehen sein, so dass zwei räumlich getrennte Ventile 4 bestehen, die jeweils an einem Eckventil 8 für Kalt- oder Warmwasser anschließbar sind.
Selbstverständlich kann aber auch das von der Steuerelektronik stellbare zweite Ventil auch stromabwärts hinter dem von Hand stellbaren ersten Ventil angeordnet werden.
Auch kann die Steuerelektronik anstatt unterhalb des Waschtisches unmittelbar in dem Armaturenkörper der Wasserauslaufeinrichtung zusammen mit der Detektionseinrichtung integriert werden. Als Detektionseinrichtung kann beispielsweise ein Infrarotlicht aussendender und empfangender Annäherungsschalter vorgesehen werden. Schließlich kann die erfindungsgemäße Wasserauslaufeinrichtung auch bei einer Wasserzapfeinrichtung mit einem von Hand stellbaren Absperr- und Mengendosierventil eingesetzt werden.
Claims (7)
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung, insbesondere für den Sanitärbereich, mit einem ersten, mit einem Handgriff (1) stellbaren Ventil (3) sowie wenigstens einem zweiten, von einer Steuerelektronik (5) stellbaren Ventil (4), wobei die Ventile (3, 4) in Reihe angeordnet sind und die Steuerelektronik (5) mit einer, wenigstens einen Sensor aufweisenden Detektionseinrichtung (6) zur berührungslosen Steuerung und einem Sensor (100) am Handgriff (1) zur Steuerung durch Berührung verbunden ist, wobei
der Sensor (100) am Handgriff (1) vorrangig in der Steuerelektronik (5) geschaltet ist, so dass bei einer Berührung des Sensors (100) durch einen Benutzer das zweite Ventil (4) von der Steuerelektronik (5) von der Absperrstellung in die Offenstellung gestellt und während der gesamten Berührungsdauer in Offenstellung gehalten ist,
die Detektionseinrichtung (6) nachrangig in der Steuerelektronik (5) geschaltet ist, so dass das zweite Ventil (4) von der Detektionseinrichtung (6) nur gesteuert ist, wenn der Handgriff (1) des ersten Ventils (3) vom Benutzer nicht berührt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerelektronik (5) und die Detektionseinrichtung (6) während der Betriebsdauer der Wasserauslaufeinrichtung permanent eingeschaltet sind. - Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste über den Handgriff (1) gesteuerte Ventil (3) ein Eingriffmisch- und Absperrventil ist.
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite über die Steuerelektronik (5) stellbare Ventil (4) ein elektromagnetisch gesteuertes Pilotventil (40) aufweist.
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von der Steuerelektronik (5) stellbare Ventil (4) stromaufwärts vor dem mit dem Handgriff (1) stellbaren Ventil (3) angeordnet ist.
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von der Steuerelektronik (5) stellbare Ventil (4) paarweise ausgebildet ist, derart, dass synchron der Öffnungs- oder Schließvorgang für das separat zuströmende Kalt- und Warmwasser erfolgt.
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von der Steuerelektronik (5) stellbare Ventil (4) als Zwillingsventil in der Zulaufleitung (21,22) für Kalt- und Warmwasser angeordnet und von einem Pilotventil (40) gesteuert ist.
- Wasserauslaufeinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stromaufwärts vor dem von der Steuerelektronik (5) stellbaren Ventil (4) jeweils ein Rückflussverhinderer (24) und/oder ein Schmutzfangsieb (25) in der Zuflussleitung (21,22) für Kalt- und Warmwasser angeordnet ist.
