Claims (7)
- Machine d'emballage de charge, pour enrouler une laize (6), avec un bord latéral haut (7) et un bord latéral bas (8), d'un film d'emballage en bobine (2) autour de la charge, comportant un porte-bobine (1), des moyens (3) d'enroulement de la laize (6) autour de la charge, un dispositif (4) de coupe et de soudage de la laize et un dispositif (5) de plissage de la laize de film (6) comportant une barre d'écartement (11) montée articulée sur son pied (16), destiné à rapprocher mutuellement les deux bords latéraux (7, 8) de la laize (6), machine caractérisée par le fait que la barre (11) est une barre d'écartement (11) pivotable vers une position dans laquelle la tête de la barre s'écarte de la verticale du pied contre la laize (6), la laize de film défilant le long de la barre d'écartement du côté où elle pivote et le rapprochement mutuel des deux bords latéraux (7, 8) de la laize (6) étant provoqué par le seul glissement vers le bas du bord latéral haut (7).
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle des moyens d'entraínement en pivotement de la barre d'écartement (11) comprennent un vérin monté articulé à l'extrémité inférieure de son carter (21), l'extrémité libre de son piston (23) étant articulée sur une barrette (25) de la barre d'écartement (11).
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle les articulations (16, 19, 20; 19, 22, 24) de la barre d'écartement (11) et du carter du vérin (21) sont écartées l'une de l'autre et la barre (11) et le vérin (21) forment un polygone articulé.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle la barre d'écartement (11, 12, 13, 14) est montée libre en rotation sur elle-même.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la barre d'écartement comporte une pluralité de tronçons (12-14) indépendants en rotation pour empêcher que la partie haute de la laize (6) ne se roule sur elle-même et forme un toron.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la barre d'écartement (11) comporte, vers sa tête (17) , des moyens de frottement (27) destinés à exercer sur la laize de film (6) une retenue relative.
- Machine d'emballage selon les revendications 5 et 6, dans laquelle les tronçons de tête (14) de la barre d'écartement (11) est un rouleau pourvu de stries circonférentielles (27).
