Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wolf with a screw conveyor and a cutting set, which consists of a screw conveyor downstream of the first pre-cutter, a further the first pre-cutter second pre-cutter, the second pre-cutter at a fixed distance downstream perforated disk and a driven knife, which between the second Pre-cutter and the perforated disc is arranged, wherein the cutting set is firmly clamped by means of a lock nut in the screw housing.
- Such wolves for the cutting of meat are known from the prior art (DE 298 09 485 U1).
- it is particularly important that the play between the knife and the perforated disc on one side and between the knife and the second precutter on the other side is as small as possible, so that an optimum cutting result is achieved.
- these distances have been constantly increased by the wear of the knife during the cutting process, so that the cutting result with time became worse and worse.
- the cutting sets must be changed depending on whether fresh meat or frozen meat is to be processed.
- the object is achieved by a wolf according to claim 1.
- the knife is pressed by a pressure element resiliently against the perforated disc. Furthermore, the second pre-cutter is pressed by a further pressure element resiliently against the knife.
- the pressure elements are coil springs and the contact pressure exerted on the respective component is preferably different in each case.
- the contact pressure with which the knife is pressed against the perforated disc greater than the contact pressure with which the second pre-cutter is pressed against the knife.
- subject of the present invention is a wolf according to claim 3.
- the pressure element is a helical spring.
- the wolf invention ensures that even with progressive wear, the distance between the perforated disc and knife and between the knife and the second pre-cutter remains constant. Furthermore, it is possible to process both fresh and frozen meat without retooling with the same cutting set, because the cutting tools are exactly guided by the constant, preset cutting pressure.
- the cutting pressure is due to the Characteristic of the printing elements and the properties of the product to be processed. Furthermore, eliminates increased wear of the cutting set by excessive tensioning of the cutting set by the lock nut.
- the wolf invention is particularly suitable for crushing fresh and / or frozen meat.
- FIG. 1 shows an assembly drawing of the wolf according to the invention.
- the wolf has a partially shown screw conveyor 9, with the Uncultivated meat is transported to the cutting set of the wolf.
- the cutting set consists of a first pre-cutter 3, a second pre-cutter 4, a knife 6 and a perforated disc 7.
- the first pre-cutter 3 is directly downstream of the screw conveyor 9.
- the first pre-cutter 3, the perforated plate 7 is arranged at a fixed distance downstream.
- the fixed distance between the first pre-cutter 3 and the perforated disk 7 is realized by the spacer 5 in the present example.
- the second pre-cutter 4 and the knife 6 are arranged.
- the second pre-cutter 4 is slidably mounted in the housing.
- the spacer 5 simultaneously represents the guide for the second pre-cutter 4.
- the knife 6 is arranged downstream of the second pre-cutter 4.
- the distance between the first precut 3 and the perforated disc 7 is greater than or equal to the axial extent of the knife 6 and the second precut 4.
- the knife 6 is slidably mounted on the drive shaft 11, but rotatably mounted on this.
- the cutting set is clamped by the locking nut 10 via the support cross 8 in the worm housing of the wolf.
- the distance between the perforated disc 7 and the first precut 3 is independent of the degree to which the closure nut 10 is tightened.
- the inner diameter of the second pre-cutter 4 is greater than the diameter of the drive shaft 11, so that a first annular gap 12 between the pre-cutter 4 and the drive shaft 11 results.
- the inner diameter of the first pre-cutter 3 is partially larger than the inner diameter of the pre-cutter 4, so that a second annular gap 13 between the first pre-cutter 3 and the drive shaft 11 is formed.
- the coil springs 1 and 2 are arranged, wherein coil spring 1 between the knife 6 and screw conveyor 9 and the coil spring 2 between the first precut 3 and the second precut 4 acts. This arrangement has the advantage that the coil springs are not in the immediate product flow.
- the wolf has two springs, the contact pressure with which the knife 6 is pressed against the perforated disc 7 and the contact pressure with which the pre-cutter 4 is pressed against the blade 6, each set differently.
- the knife 6 and the precutter 4 are always readjusted automatically, so that the cutting result remains constant over a long period of time.
- FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the spacer 5 which, however, is not installed in the wolf according to FIG.
- the spacer 5 is arranged between the first precut 3 and the perforated disc 7.
- the spacer 5 consists of a ring 15 and six webs 16.
- the ring 15 is mounted in a recess of the first pre-cutter 3, while the perforated disc 7 is supported on the webs 16.
- the webs 16 also serve as a guide for the axial displacement of the second pre-cutter. 4
- FIG. 3 shows the pre-cutter 4.
- the bore 17 receives the drive shaft 11. Through the six holes 18, the meat is pressed while precut.
- At the periphery of the pre-cutter 4 has six notches 19 which receive the webs 16 of the spacer 5.
- Figure 4 shows the first pre-cutter 3.
- the holes 20 have the same diameter as the holes 18 and are arranged in alignment therewith.
- the pre-cutter 3 has a recess 21 which receives the spacer 5.
- the circular ring 22 serves as an abutment for the coil spring. 2
- FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of the wolf according to the invention, which differs from the embodiment of the wolf according to FIG. 1 in that it has only one helical spring 2 as a pressure element.
- This coil spring 2 presses the pre-cutter 4 against the knife 6.
- This knife 6 in turn is pressed by the pressure of the coil spring against the perforated disc 7.
- This embodiment ensures that even when the Scheidsatzes wear the distance between the blade and the perforated disc on the one hand and between the knife and the precutter 4 on the other hand remains constant.
- This embodiment of the wolf according to the invention is particularly easy to manufacture, assemble and maintain.
- FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of the first pre-cutter 3.
- this pre-cutter 3 has bores 24. These holes 24 receive bolts 25 (see Figure 8), which are attached to the second precut 4. The holes 24 serve the bolt 25 as an axial guide.
- FIG. 7 shows a further embodiment of the rough cutter 4, which has bores 23. These holes have a thread in the middle, in which the bolts 25 can be screwed. The skilled artisan will appreciate that the bolts 25 can be screwed from two sides into the thread of the bore 23.
- FIG. 8 shows an assembly drawing of the wolf according to the invention, which essentially corresponds to the wolf according to FIG .
- bolts 25 are screwed into the holes 23 of the second precut 4. These bolts 25 are received by bores 24 in the first precut 3.
- the holes 24 are dimensioned in diameter so that the bolts 25 have only a small clearance in the holes 24 and the holes 24 thus serve as an axial bearing for the bolts 25 and thus for the second precut 4.
- FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment of the spacer 5.
- This spacer corresponds to the spacers in FIGS. 1, 5, 8.
- the spacer 5 has an opening through which cartilage and the like can be separated from the meat mass.
- the spacer can be made of plastic or steel.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wolf with a screw conveyor and a cutting set, which consists of a screw conveyor downstream of the first pre-cutter, a further the first pre-cutter second pre-cutter, the second pre-cutter at a fixed distance downstream perforated disk and a driven knife, which between the second Pre-cutter and the perforated disc is arranged, wherein the cutting set is firmly clamped by means of a lock nut in the screw housing.
Such wolves for the cutting of meat are known from the prior art (DE 298 09 485 U1). In these wolves, it is particularly important that the play between the knife and the perforated disc on one side and between the knife and the second precutter on the other side is as small as possible, so that an optimum cutting result is achieved. In the past, these distances have been constantly increased by the wear of the knife during the cutting process, so that the cutting result with time became worse and worse. In addition, in prior art wolves, the cutting sets must be changed depending on whether fresh meat or frozen meat is to be processed.
It is therefore the object to provide a wolf available in which these disadvantages of the prior art do not occur.
The object is achieved by a wolf according to
According to the invention the knife is pressed by a pressure element resiliently against the perforated disc. Furthermore, the second pre-cutter is pressed by a further pressure element resiliently against the knife.
Preferably, the pressure elements are coil springs and the contact pressure exerted on the respective component is preferably different in each case. Preferably, the contact pressure with which the knife is pressed against the perforated disc, greater than the contact pressure with which the second pre-cutter is pressed against the knife.
Ebenfalls Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Wolf gemäß Anspruch 3.Likewise subject of the present invention is a wolf according to
Vorzugsweise ist das Druckelement eine Schraubenfeder.Preferably, the pressure element is a helical spring.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention Wolf are described in the subclaims.
The wolf invention ensures that even with progressive wear, the distance between the perforated disc and knife and between the knife and the second pre-cutter remains constant. Furthermore, it is possible to process both fresh and frozen meat without retooling with the same cutting set, because the cutting tools are exactly guided by the constant, preset cutting pressure. The cutting pressure is due to the Characteristic of the printing elements and the properties of the product to be processed. Furthermore, eliminates increased wear of the cutting set by excessive tensioning of the cutting set by the lock nut.
The wolf invention is particularly suitable for crushing fresh and / or frozen meat.

FIG. 1 shows an assembly drawing of the wolf according to the invention. The wolf has a partially shown
The inner diameter of the second pre-cutter 4 is greater than the diameter of the
FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the
FIG. 3 shows the
Figure 4 shows the
FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of the wolf according to the invention, which differs from the embodiment of the wolf according to FIG. 1 in that it has only one
FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of the
FIG. 7 shows a further embodiment of the
FIG. 8 shows an assembly drawing of the wolf according to the invention, which essentially corresponds to the wolf according to FIG . In the wolf according to Figure 4
FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment of the
