Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpressen von Abfallstoffen, insbesondere von plastisch verformbaren Hohlkörpern, wie Kunststoffflaschen oder -dosen, mit einem Schneckenverdichter (1), der am Grund einer Aufgabemulde (2) eine an ihrer obenliegenden Umfangsseite offenliegende Förderschnecke (3) und an deren Ende einen Auslaß (4) hat,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Auslaß (4) des Schneckenverdichters (1) ein Kanal (7) anschließt, der zum Kanalauslaßende (9) hin auf einen Durchtrittsquerschnitt verengbar ist, der kleiner als der Durchtrittsquerschnitt des Auslassses (4) des Schneckenverdichters (1) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Kanal (7) ein dessen Durchtrittsquerschnitt verengender Gegendruckkörper (13) einfahrbar ist, dessen Eindringtiefe in den Kanal (7) steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gegendruckkörper (13) eine Gegendruckfläche (18) hat, die zumindest in Eindringlage relativ zu einer gegenüberliegenden Kanalwand (19) in Kanallängsrichtung geneigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gegendruckkörper (13) eine schwenkbare Klappe ist, deren Anlenkstelle (14) im Bereich einer der Kanalwände an ihrer zum Kanaleinlaßende (8) hinliegenden Seite angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klappe (13) zwischen zumindest in deren Schwenkbereich ebenen, miteinander parallelen Kanalwänden (12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klappe (13) aus einer ebenen, versteiften Platte besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klappe (13) entgegen der den Durchtrittsquerschnitt des Kanals (7) verengenden Schwenkrichtung bis in eine den Kanal (7) zumindest bereichsweise öffnende Offenstellung schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem von der Anlenkstelle (14) abliegenden Ende der Klappe (13) ein Schwenkantrieb (17) angelenkt ist. - Anordnung zur Aufnahme von zu verpressenden Abfallstoffen, insbesondere von plastisch verformbaren Hohlkörpern, wie Kunststoffflaschen oder -dosen, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Auslaßende (9) des Kanals (7) ein Preßbehälter (5) mit seiner Einfüllöffnung (6) angefügt ist.
