Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Biegen von Blechen (12), wobei das Blech (12) zwischen einer beweglichen Oberwange (2) und einem festen Maschinentisch (3) eingespannt und ein aus der Einspannung herausragender Schenkel (30) umgebogen wird, mit einem unterhalb des Maschinentisches (3) im Bereich des einen Endes einer Biegewange (8) an einem bewegbaren Werkzeugtisch (5) drehbar gelagerten, von diesem bewegbaren Werkzeugtisch (5) betätigten, ausgenommenen Biegewerkzeug (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegewerkzeug (7) auf der, der Drehlagerung abgewandten Seite der Biegewange (8) in einer an dem Maschinentisch (3) ausgebildeten Führung (15) ober- und unterseitig abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegewerkzeug (7) einen zur Bewegung in der Führung (15) ausgebildeten Walzenkörper (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine feste Drehachse (x) des Biegewerkzeuges (7) in dem Werkzeugtisch (5) in einer unbetätigten Ausgangsstellung des Werkzeugtisches (5) außerhalb einer Biegewange (8) des Biegewerkzeuges (7), auf der dem Maschinentisch (3) abgewandten Seite des Biegewerkzeuges (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Versetztmaß (a) der festen Drehachse (x) des Biegewerkzeugs (7) zu einer Biegekante (17) des Biegewerkzeugs (7) mindestens einem Fünftel eines Abstandsmaßes (b) zwischen der festen Drehachse (x) und einer beweglichen Drehachse (y) des Biegewerkzeugs (7) in der Führung (15) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (15) horizontal verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (15) in einem Querschnitt mit dem Maschinentisch (3) einen spitzen Winkel einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (15) nach oben gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (15) nach unten gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (15) im Querschnitt gekrümmt verläuft.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Werkzeugtisch (5) mittels Schwingen (6) an dem Maschinentisch (3) angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schwinge (6) eine einstellbare Länge aufweist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingen (6) der Schwingenreihen unterschiedlich lang sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position der Schwingenanlenkpunkte (6') verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingen (6) der Schwingenreihen in der unbetätigten Ausgangsstellung unterschiedliche Anstellwinkel einnehmen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei weiter die Oberwange (2) und der Werkzeugtisch (5) über einen Hydraulikzylinder (23) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikzylinder (23) auf die Oberwange (2) mittels einer Exzenterkurbel-Schwinge (22) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (21) maschinentischfest gelagert ist und die Exzenterkurbel-Schwinge (22) einerseits an dem Exzenter (21) und andererseits an der Oberwange (2) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (21) als Dreieckskörper ausgebildet ist, dessen Eckbereiche mit dem Hydraulikzylinder (23), der Exzenterkurbel-Schwinge (22) und dem Maschinentisch (3) jeweils drehbar verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (21) unterhalb des Hydraulikzylinders (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwange (2) unabhängig von dem Werkzeugtisch (5) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwange (2) in einer maschinentischfesten Oberwangen-Führung (26) vertikal bewegbar ist.
