Freilaufs 5 entsprechende Anzahl von Schaltfingern 17 aufweisender
Mitnehmerkäfig 18 zugeordnet, dessen Schaltfinger 17 über Schrägflächen
19 mit einer ihrerseits auf die Achsen 20 der Klemmrollen 15 des Freilaufs 5
wirkenden Ausrückscheibe 21 zusammenwirken, vgl. insbesondere Fig. 3
und 7.The
Die Klemmrollen 15 des Freilaufs 5 sind in Richtung auf ihre
Klemmstellung durch Federn 22 beaufschlagt, derart, daß der Freilauf 5 in
seine Sperrlage zurückkehrt, sobald die Ausrückkraft nachläßt bzw.
wegfällt. Dem Lösen der Sperrwirkung des Freilaufs 5 in
Türschließrichtung ist eine im Bereich des Außenringes 14 des Freilaufs 5
untergebrachte Kipphebelanordnung zugeordnet, welche um zur
Spindelachse parallele Achsen 23 schwenkbare Kipphebel 24 aufweist, die
ihrerseits mittels in Abhängigkeit von der Türschließbewegung
drehangetriebener Greifer 25 verstellbar sind, vgl. insbesondere Fig. 5. Die
Kipphebel 24 wirken dabei über ihren einen Hebelarm 26 mit dem Greifer
25 und über ihren anderen Hebelarm 27 mit den verlängerten Achsen 20 der
Klemmrollen 15 derart zusammen, daß die Klemmrollen 15 entgegen der
Wirkung der Federn 22 aus ihrer Klemmlage herausbewegt werden. Die
Greifer 25 sind mit einem ringförmigen Drehkörper 28 drehsicher
verbunden, welcher seinerseits vermittels einer als Rotationsdämpfer
wirkenden Visko-Kupplung 29 mit einer ihrerseits durch die Spindel 2
drehantreibbaren Steuermutter 30 gekoppelt ist.The
Das Haltergehäuse 3 ist vermittels eines Trägers 31 um eine senkrecht zur
Spindel 2 ausgerichtete Achse schwenkbar in zwei Lagerböcken 32
gelagert, wobei der Träger 31 über Lageraugen 33 zwischen die beiden
Lagerarme 34 der Lagerböcke 32 eingreift. Einerseits ist im übrigen die
Überlauflänge 35 der Spindel 2 mittels einer Hülse 36 abgeschirmt,
andererseits ist die Spindel 2 durch einen Faltenbalg 37 abgedeckt.The

Öffnen der Tür das über die Spindelmutter 4 und den Freilauf 5 starr mit der

Stirnwand 10 des Haltergehäuses 3 abgestützten Druckfedern 9 solange
relativ zum Haltergehäuse 3 verschoben wird, bis die Schrägflächen 19 der
Schaltfinger 17 die Ausrückscheibe 21 soweit verdreht haben, daß die
Klemmrollen 15 des Freilaufs 5 aus ihrer Klemmlage heraus in eine
Lösestellung verstellt sind. Sobald die an der Spindel 2 als Zugkraft in
Erscheinung tretende Öffnungskraft zum gewollten Bewegen der Tür in
Öffnungsrichtung nachläßt bzw. aufhört wird das Bremsgehäuse 6 durch die
Druckfedern 9 wieder in seine Mittellage zurückbewegt, was zur Folge hat,
daß die Schrägflächen 19 der Schaltfinger 17 mit der Ausrückscheibe 21
außer Eingriff kommen und dadurch die Klemmrollen 15 des Freilaufs 5
durch ihre Einrückfedern 22 wieder in ihre Klemmstellung zurückbewegt
werden, so daß die Tür in der jeweiligen Momentanstellung blockiert bzw.
festgestellt ist. Beim Bewegen der Tür in Schließrichtung wird die
Steuermutter 30 durch die Spindel 2 relativ schnell rotierend
drehangetrieben. Die Rotationsbewegung der Steuermutter 30 wird
vermittels der als Rotationsdämpfer wirkenden Visko-Kupplung 29 in der
Weise auf den die Greifer 25 tragenden, ringförmigen Drehkörper 28
übertragen, daß die Greifer 25 eine sanft einsetzende und begrenzte
Bewegung um die Spindelachse bzw. die Freilaufachse ausführen und dabei
im Zusammenwirken mit deren Hebelarmen 26 die Kipphebel 24
umschalten derart, daß die Kipphebel 24 mit ihrem anderen Hebelarm 27
die Achsen 20 der Klemmrollen 15 soweit verstellen, daß die Klemmrollen
15 entgegen der Wirkung der Einrückfedern 22 des Freilaufs 5 aus Ihrer
Klemmstellung heraus bewegt werden und die Tür damit solange freigängig
bewegbar ist, als eine entsprechende, in Öffnungsrichtung gerichtete Kraft
auf sie ausgeübt wird. Bei einem Nachlassen oder Aufhören der in
Öffnungsrichtung der Tür gerichteten Kraft hört der Rotationsantrieb der
Steuermutter 30 auf und somit bricht die auf die Greifer 25 wirkende
Stellkraft zusammen, so daß die diesen zugeordneten Federn 22 die
Klemmrollen wieder in ihre Klemmlage 15 können und die Tür damit
