ledit support comporte du coté de la seconde face un moulage d'un dispositif de connexion électrique ayant des protubérances réalisées dans un matériau isolant du support et métallisées sur des surfaces de contact électrique.

- la figure 3 représente une vue générale d'un support pour bloc autonome d'éclairage de sécurité selon un mode réalisation de l'invention;
- la figure 4 représente une première vue partielle du bloc de la figure 3;
- la figure 5 représente une seconde vue partielle du bloc de la figure 3;
- la figure 6 représente une vue partielle d'un moulage du support selon un mode réalisation de l'invention pour le maintien d'un transformateur;
- la figure 7 représente une vue partielle d'un moulage du support selon un mode réalisation de l'invention pour le maintien d'une diode électroluminescente.
Claims (12)
- Support (8) pour bloc autonome d'éclairage de sécurité réalisé par moulage et comportant une première face (9) réfléchissante pour réfléchir la lumière, et une seconde face (10) ayant des parties métallisées et destinée à recevoir des composants (3, 6, 7), des conducteurs (33) de liaison d'un circuit électrique, et des moyens de connexion,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte du coté de la seconde face (9) un moulage d'un dispositif (22) de connexion électrique ayant des protubérances réalisées dans un matériau isolant du support (8) et métallisées sur des surfaces de contact électrique. - Support selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le moulage du support est en technologie trois dimensions.
- Support selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le moulage du support est réalisé avec un moule comportant deux parties sans tiroir.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moulage (13, 14, 15) de douille de lampe ayant :une partie circulaire (13) faisant une ouverture dans le support et comportant au moins une partie (29) métallisée,un montant (14) perpendiculaire au plan du support (8) comportant une épargne (27) de métallisation destinée à isoler des liaisons électriques métallisées (29) permettant une alimentation électrique d'une lampe, etune languette (15) disposée en bout du montant et dirigée vers l'intérieur de la partie circulaire, ladite languette comportant au moins une partie (28) métallisée.
- Support selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le moulage du support comporte au moins un filet (30) hélicoïdal disposé à l'intérieur de la partie (13) circulaire, ledit filet étant interrompu dans le passage du montant (14) perpendiculaire.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moulage d'un dispositif de maintien d'un composant volumineux ayant au moins un plot (19) métallisé destiné à être en contact électrique avec au moins une sortie (18) dudit composant.
- Support selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le au moins un plot est en forme de puits.
- Support selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que le moulage d'un dispositif de maintien d'un composant volumineux comporte au moins une languette (16) de maintien disposée sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan du support (8) et comportant vers une extrémité opposée à la seconde face du support un ergot (17) d'accrochage pour maintenir ledit composant.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le composant volumineux est un transformateur (3) et que le plot métallisé est destiné à être en contact électrique avec des sorties d'enroulements dudit transformateur.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moulage d'au moins une lame (20, 21) flexible comportant une partie métallisée pour réaliser un contact électrique.
- Support selon quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moulage d'un dispositif de maintien d'une diode électroluminescente (12) ayant une ouverture (32) entre la première et la seconde face (9, 10) du support, et une métallisation (33) de la seconde face permettant d'assurer un contact électrique par brasage des sorties de la diode électroluminescente par l'arrière dans une position où la partie éclairante (35) est visible du coté de la première face (9) réfléchissante.
- Bloc autonome d'éclairage de sécurité comportant un boítier (1, 2) ayant une face (2) translucide caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un support (8) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 disposé dans ledit boítier.
