- la figure 1 représente une vue schématique d'un dispositif de formation de sachets d'emballage conforme à la présente invention,
- les figures 2 et 3 représentent des vues à échelle agrandie d'un capteur conforme à la présente invention, respectivement dans le cas d'une détection de positionnement correcte d'une bande et dans le cas d'une détection de position incorrecte de celle-ci,
- la figure 4 représente une vue latérale partielle du dispositif illustrant la localisation du capteur, et

- la présence de la bande 60 à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture,
- l'acheminement correct dans le sens transversal, de la bande 60, c'est-à-dire la vérification de la couverture du film par la bande 60 (en cas de défaut, la bande 60 ne couvrant pas la totalité de l'embouchure du sachet, on peut s'attendre à un défaut de fermeture ultérieur, voire même un défaut d'étanchéité), et
- le positionnement correct de la bande 60 dans le sens longitudinal par rapport à la direction de défilement du film (un défaut de positionnement dans ce sens conduirait à un défaut de positionnement de la bande à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture par rapport à l'embouchure du sachet).
Claims (20)
- Dispositif de formation de sachets à l'aide d'un film à défilement continu équipé d'au moins une bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture disposée sur le film (12), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins un capteur (100) apte à détecter si la bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture est présente ou non sur le film, le capteur (100) étant placé dans une position relative predéterminée par rapport aux moyens (30) de traitement cyclique du film pour la formation du sachet, notamment par rapport aux moyens (30) de soudure transversale du film composant le sachet, prévus sur le dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur est formé d'un palpeur mécanique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (100) est disposé après un ensemble de mâchoires de soudure transverses (30) par rapport à la direction de déplacement du film (12).
- Dispositif selon rune des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (100) est solidaire d'un équipage portant les mâchoires de soudure transverses (30) afin de déplacer cycliquement le capteur (100) en rapprochement et en éloignement du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (100) est formé d'un palpeur mécanique comprenant un poussoir (102) associé à un contacteur électrique (104).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens (16) à conformer le film à l'état tubulaire, des moyens (18) aptes à remplir l'ébauche tubulaire ainsi formée et des moyens (30) aptes à fermer le sachet sur le produit emballé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens (14) aptes à fixer la bande (60) sur le film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens aptes à fournir une bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture choisie dans le groupe comprenant des profilés de fermeture complémentaires, par exemple mâle/femelle ou à crochets complémentaires, les bandes d'arrachage/découpe, les bandes adhésives, pelables ou non et les bandes métalliques de fermeture par pliage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (100) est localisé le long d'un bord longitudinal du sachet opposé à celui par lequel est acheminé la bande (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (100) est adapté pour détecter la présence d'une bande (60), l'acheminement correct de la bande (60) dans la direction transversale au défilement du film, et le positionnement correct de la bande dans le sens longitudinal du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens aptes à disposer la bande (60) transversalement à la direction de déplacement du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens aptes à disposer la bande (60) parallèlement à la direction de déplacement du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens aptes à disposer la bande (60) en oblique par rapport à la direction de déplacement du film (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend deux capteurs (100) disposés respectivement à proximité de chaque bord du sachet, selon une génératrice oblique par rapport à la direction de déplacement du film, correspondant à la position oblique attendue de la bande.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens aptes à fournir un film (12) prémuni de la bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens assurant un défilement vertical du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens assurant un défilement horizontal du film (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que chaque capteur comprend un double palpeur (100a, 100b) juxtaposés selon la direction longitudinale de défilement du film (12).
- Procédé de formation de sachets d'emballage à raide d'un film à défilement continu équipé d'au moins une bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture disposée sur le film, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend l'étape consistant à détecter si la bande (60) à fonction d'ouverture/fermeture est présente on non sur le film, à l'aide d'au moins un capteur (100) placé dans une position relative prédéterminée par rapport aux moyens de traitement cycliques (30) du film pour la formation du sachet, notamment par rapport à des moyens (30) de soudure transversale du film composant le sachet, prévus sur le dispositif de formation des sachets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (60) est acheminée transversalement sur le film et le capteur (100) est formé d'un palpeur mécanique disposé sur le bord longitudinal du film opposé à celui par lequel est acheminée la bande (60).
