Abstract

L'invention porte sur un nouveau polypeptide p15 BID ayant une activité agoniste de la mort cellulaire. Ce polypeptide p15 BID est produit par clivage de BID par médiation des caspases dans les cellules destinées à mourir, la mort étant induite par les récepteurs de TNT ou FAS.
