Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Justierung einer Riegelstange (2) relativ zu einer Weichenzunge (23), wobei ein Riegelstangenkopf (1) vorgesehen ist, der Verbindungsmittel (10, 14) zur Verbindung der Weichenzunge (23) mit der Riegelstange (2) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in einer ersten Ausnehmung (20) des Riegelstangenkopfes (1) ein Klemmstück (10) führbar ist, wobei das Klemmstück (10) eine Oeffnung (12) zur Durchführung der Riegelstange (2) aufweist und die Oeffnung (12) einseitig mit der Riegelstange (2) mit einem Formschluss (A2) einrastbar und mit einem Feststellmittel (14) fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Klemmstück (10) vertikal führbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Riegelstange (2) im Bereich des Klemmstückes (10) als Gewindestange (5) ausgeführt ist und die Oeffnung (12) des Klemmstückes (10) mittels zweier versetzter Halbkreise ovalförmig ist, wobei ein Halbkreis ein zur Gewindestange (5) korrespondierendes Gewinde (11) für den Formschluss (A2) und der andere Halbkreis (13) eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gewindestange (5) eine Gewindesteigung aufweist, die im Bereich einer vorgegebenen Auflösung zur Justierung liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Riegelstange (2) im Bereich des Klemmstückes (10) Rippen aufweist und die Oeffnung (12) einseitig dazu korrespondierende Rippen für den Formschluss (A2) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Feststellmittel als Schraube (14) ausgebildet ist, welche durch ein erstes Durchgangsloch (16) des Riegelstangenkopfes (1) in das Klemmstück (10) einschraubbar ist und dadurch der Formschluss (A2) durch Anziehen der Schraube (14) fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Riegelstangenkopf (1) eine weitere Ausnehmung (9, le) zur Aufnahme eines zur Weichenzunge (23) zugehörigen Nockens aufweist, wobei quer zur Ausnehmung (9, le) in einer Achse (19) eine Bohrung angeordnet ist, in welche ein Exzenter-Bolzen (6) einschiebbar ist, der im Mittelteil einen exzentrisch angeordneten Zylinder (le, e1, e2) aufweist und der in eine zylindrische Oeffnung des Nockens eingreift und dass durch Drehen des Exzenter-Bolzens (6) eine Längsbewegung zwischen Weichenzunge und Riegelstangenkopf (1) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Riegelstangenkopf (1) im Bereich des Kopfteils des Exzenter-Bolzens (6) ein zweites Durchgangsloch (17) aufweist und dass der Kopfteil wenigstens eine zum Durchgangsloch (17) korrespondierende Bohrung (7, 8) aufweist, durch welche ein Sicherungselement zur Fixierung des Exzenter-Bolzens (6) einschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Sicherungselement als Vorsteckfeder ausgebildet ist.
