- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un moyen de verrouillage d'un radiateur à une console murale ;

- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective éclatée de l'ensemble des éléments permettant de verrouiller un radiateur à un mur ; et
- les figures 4 à 6 représentent les différentes étapes de fixation du radiateur au mur.
Claims (18)
- Dispositif de fixation murale d'un radiateur de chauffage, comprenant au moins une console (5) de support du radiateur (1) fixée sensiblement verticalement au mur (M) et constituée de deux bras inférieur (6) et supérieur (7) sensiblement horizontaux agencés de façon à respectivement supporter le radiateur à sa partie inférieure et verrouiller la paroi arrière du radiateur (1) au mur (M) par des moyens de verrouillage (10, 11, 16), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage comprennent une lumière (10) réalisée dans le bras supérieur (7) transversalement au mur et débouchant à l'extrémité libre de ce bras, un plot de verrouillage (11) monté à la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) en faisant saillie de celle-ci et un axe de verrouillage (16) solidaire du plot (11) sensiblement parallèlement à la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) et pouvant s'engager dans la lumière (10) du bras supérieur (7) et y être bloqué.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une deuxième console (5) de support du radiateur (1), identique à la première console précitée (5) et fixée sensiblement verticalement au mur (M) de façon que les deux consoles (5) supportent le radiateur au voisinage de ses extrémités.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (10, 11, 16) de verrouillage de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) au bras supérieur (7) de la deuxième console (5) et comprenant une lumière (10) réalisée dans le bras supérieur (7) transversalement au mur (M) et débouchant à l'extrémité libre de ce bras, un plot de verrouillage (11) monté à la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) en faisant saillie de celle-ci et un axe de verrouillage (16) solidaire du plot (11) sensiblement parallèlement à la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) et pouvant s'engager dans la lumière (10) du bras supérieur de la deuxième console (5) et y être bloqué.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque plot de verrouillage (11) est rapporté et monté coulissant dans une rainure (R) de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (M) pour le positionner à un emplacement relatif permettant l'engagement de l'axe de verrouillage (16) dans la lumière (10) du bras supérieur (7) de la console correspondante (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque plot de verrouillage (11) comprend une partie formant tête (12) à laquelle est fixé l'axe de verrouillage (16) et un pied (14) de guidage et de retenue du plot (11) dans la rainure (R) de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, où le radiateur (1) est du type à circulation d'eau et dont les parois avant (2) et arrière (3) sont constituées chacune par des tubes aplatis parallèles (4) séparés les uns des autres d'une distance définissant une rainure (R), caractérisé en ce que le pied (14) de chaque plot de verrouillage (11) présente la forme d'un (T) dont la partie transversale (14a) est en appui sur les faces internes correspondantes respectivement de deux tubes aplatis adjacents (4) de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) et la jambe (14b), raccordée à la partie formant tête (12) du plot (11), traverse la rainure correspondante (R) de séparation des deux tubes aplatis adjacents (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la face plane (12a) de la partie formant tête (12) du plot (11), à laquelle est raccordée la jambe (14b) du pied (14) et située en regard des deux faces externes des deux tubes aplatis adjacents précités (4) de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1), comporte deux saillies bombées (15) situées de part et d'autre de la jambe (14b) et venant en appui respectivement sur les deux faces externes des tubes (4) pour maintenir le plot de verrouillage (11) à une position relative choisie le long de la rainure (R).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (R) de la paroi arrière (3) est verticale en position montée du radiateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de verrouillage est constitué par une vis (16) fixée dans la partie formant tête (12) du plot de verrouillage (11) et dont la tête de vis (18) est serrée en appui sur le bras supérieur (7) de la console correspondante (5) après engagement de la partie correspondante de tige filetée (17) de la vis (16) dans la lumière (10) du bras supérieur correspondant (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bras inférieur (6) de chaque console (5) comprend une extrémité concave (6a) formant berceau de réception de la partie inférieure du radiateur (1) et de basculement de ce dernier vers le mur (M) à une position sensiblement verticale de verrouillage au bras supérieur (7) de la console (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bras supérieur (7) et inférieur (6) de chaque console (5) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un montant (8) fixé au mur (M), par exemple par des vis de fixation (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque console (5) est réalisée en une seule pièce à partir d'une bande métallique rigide, telle qu'une tôle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la distance séparant l'extrémité de chaque saillie bombée (15) de la partie transversale (14a) du pied en (T) (14) de chaque plot (11) est sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de chaque tube aplati (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la partie transversale (14a) du pied (14) du plot (11) est une plaque circulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque plot de verrouillage (11) est réalisé en une matière plastique rigide moulée présentant la forme d'un tronçon de cylindre comportant un méplat (13) dans lequel est réalisé un perçage de réception de l'axe de verrouillage (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le perçage précité est un trou taraudé lorsque l'axe de verrouillage est constitué par une vis (16) de blocage du plot de verrouillage (11) au bras supérieur (7) de la console correspondante (15).
- Procédé de fixation murale d'un radiateur de chauffage utilisant le dispositif de fixation tel que décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à fixer au mur (M) deux consoles verticales (5), par exemple par des vis de fixation (9), à monter deux plots de verrouillage (11) munis de leurs axes de verrouillage (16) respectivement dans deux rainures parallèles espacées (R) de la paroi arrière (3) du radiateur (1) à une position relative déterminée au voisinage de la partie supérieure de ce radiateur, à disposer la partie inférieure du radiateur (1) sur les deux bras inférieurs de support (6) des deux consoles (5), à basculer le radiateur (1) vers le mur (M) sur les deux bras inférieurs (6) jusqu'à introduire les deux axes de verrouillage (16) dans les lumières respectives (10) des deux bras supérieurs (7) des consoles (5) pour y verrouiller le radiateur (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, lorsque chaque axe de verrouillage est une vis (16), à serrer celle-ci de façon que la tête de vis (18) vienne en appui sur le bras supérieur correspondant (7) et bloque le plot de verrouillage (11) à ce bras.
