Claims (12)
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comportant un réservoir (10) contenant une ou plusieurs doses de produit, un orifice de distribution (20) et un organe de distribution, (30), ledit réservoir étant du type seringue (10), comportant un tube creux (11) pourvu d'une ouverture amont (12) et d'une ouverture aval (13), ladite ouverture amont (12) comportant un piston (40) formant bouchon étanche au repos, coopérant avec une tige d'actionnement (30) formant organe de distribution, et ladite ouverture aval (13) comportant un embout (50) incorporant d'une part un obturateur (51) pour former un bouchon étanche au repos, et adapté d'autre part à définir un profil de pulvérisation (55) lors de l'actionnement du dispositif, caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (50) comporte une partie de fixation (54) fixée de manière étanche sur ladite ouverture aval (13) de la seringue (10), de sorte que l'unité formée du réservoir (10), du piston (40) et de l'embout (50) peut être préremplie et obturée de manière étanche avant l'assemblage du dispositif, ladite seringue (10) et ledit embout (50) étant, lors de l'assemblage, insérés dans un corps externe (80) incorporant l'orifice de distribution (20) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit embout (50) comporte une partie d'obturation déformable (51) pour obturer au repos de manière étanche ladite ouverture aval (13) et se déformer lors de l'actionnement du dispositif pour ouvrir ladite ouverture aval (13), et une partie de pulvérisation (56) pour former un profil de pulvérisation (55) lors de la distribution du produit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite partie de pulvérisation (56) de l'embout coopére avec la paroi de fond (81) dudit corps externe (80) pour définir le profil de pulvérisation (55) lors de l'actionnement du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit embout (50) comporte un plot central cylindrique (52) formant d'un coté l'obturateur (51) de l'ouverture aval (13) de la seringue (10), et de l'autre côté, une surface plane (56), ledit plot (52) étant déplacé axialement lors de l'actionnement du dispositif pour d'une part ouvrir l'ouverturè aval (13) de la seringue (10) et d'autre part, plaquer ladite surface plane (56) contre la paroi de fond (81) du corps externe (80) incorporant des canaux de tourbillonnement (82) de telle sorte que ledit plot (52) définit le profil de pulvérisation (55) lors de l'actionnement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit embout (50) est réalisé d'une seule pièce en un matériau élastomère.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite tige d'actionnement (30), déplaçable axialement par l'utilisateur pour distribuer le produit, coopère avec un corps externe (80) pourvu de moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (85) pour créer une accumulation d'énergie dans les doigts de l'utilisateur garantissant la distribution de la totalité de la dose lors de chaque actionnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit corps (80) et ladite tige d'actionnement (30) coopèrent pour empêcher un actionnement accidentel du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite seringue (10) comporte deux doses de produit, et ledit corps externe (80) forme une butée dans la course axiale de la tige d'actionnement (30), pour séparer celle-ci en deux courses partielles correspondant à chacune des doses.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel, après l'expulsion de la première dose, ladite tige d'actionnement (30) doit être déplacée en rotation par rapport audit corps externe (80) pour pouvoir expulser la deuxième dose.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le corps externe (80) comporte des moyens anti-retour (86) coopérant avec ladite tige (30) pour ne permettre la rotation et/ou le déplacement axial de la tige (30) respectivement que dans une seule direction.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel ledit corps externe (80) incorpore une fenêtre (89) au niveau de la seringue pour visualiser la dose à expulser.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 6, dans lequel ledit corps externe (80) est réalisé en une seule pièce.
