Claims (8)
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil (1), bei dem Profilwandungen (2, 3, 4, 5) eine ausschäumbare Hohlkammer (6) begrenzen,wobei zusätzlich zu den Profilwandungen (2, 3, 4, 5) zumindest eine Ausgleichswandung (8) vorgesehen ist, welche Ausgleichswandung (8) innerhalb der von den Profilwandungen (2, 3, 4, 5) begrenzten Hohlkammer (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ausgleichswandung (8) zumindest eine Ausgleichskammer (9) von dem ausschäumbaren Teil der Hohlkammer (6) abtrennt,wobei das Volumen der Ausgleichskammer (9) im nicht ausgeschäumten Zustand des Hohlprofils (1) maximal 30 % des Gesamtvolumens der Hohlkammer (6) beträgtund wobei die Ausgleichswandung (8) mit der Maßgabe ausgelegt ist, dass beim Ausschäumen der Hohlkammer (6) das Volumen der Ausgleichskammer (9) unter Freigabe eines Ausgleichsvolumens für den Schaum (7) reduzierbar ist.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Volumen der Ausgleichskammer (9) im nicht ausgeschäumten Zustand des Hohlprofils (1) max. 25 % des Gesamtvolumens der Hohlkammer (6) beträgt. - Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die zumindest eine Ausgleichswandung (8) aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zumindest eine Ausgleichswandung (8) unter dem Druck des expandierenden Schaums verformbar ist und das Volumen der Ausgleichskammer (9) auf diese Weise reduzierbar ist.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Ausgleichskammer (9) von einem in der Hohlkammer angeordneten selbstständigen Ausgleichshohlprofil (10) gebildet ist.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zumindest eine Ausgleichskammer (9) unmittelbar an eine Profilwandung (2, 3, 4, 5) angrenzt und die Profilwandung (2, 3, 4, 5) eine weitere Wandung der Ausgleichskammer (9) bildet.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 6, wobei zumindest eine Ausgleichskammer (9) von einem in das Hohlprofil (1) einsetzbaren oder einschiebbaren Ausgleichsprofil (11) gebildet ist.
- Ausschäumbares Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 6, wobei zumindest eine Ausgleichswandung (8) an einer Profilwandung (2, 3, 4, 5) befestigt ist.
