Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for hanging articles or for holding a shelf.
- the items to be hung or placed on the shelf may e.g. are goods for sale, objects of work in business or privacy, exhibits or decorative elements.
- the arrangement consists of a plug-in receptacle carried by a supporting structure and a plug-in carrier.
- the arrangement can be used individually as a fitting; with several such arrangements, e.g. populate a presentation wall in a retail facility.
- the supporting structure comes e.g. a wall, a panel or a shelf component.
- a support rod construction is known for example from US 4,316,547.
- On a rear wall run two vertical and spaced rails with a hole pattern, where a short rail piece can be inserted into each rail, into two holes of the same height.
- the two rail sections protrude vertically into the room from the rear wall, and a crossbar is placed over the rail sections.
- this support rod construction is adjustable in height, it is otherwise not very variable due to the necessary perforated grid rails and is also relatively complex.
- Devices for hanging goods with horizontally arranged profile rails are also known, for example, from WO 91 14388 and DE 38 03 829 A1.
- Carrier rods with their attached end pieces can be inserted laterally into the profile rails or can be latched in by tilting. This construction is very expensive and limits the freedom of design enormously by the profile rails to be placed on the load-bearing rear wall, the outside are visible.
- the profile rails are not intended to create individual support rod arrangements.
- additional lateral locking means would be necessary to prevent the horizontal shifting of the latched support bars along the profile rails and thus to maintain an orderly appearance of the sales area even with a lively audience.
- US Pat. No. 5,109,992 discloses a support rod arrangement which partially reduces the disadvantages of long profiled rails by fixing short rail pieces cut as plug-in receptacles onto a rear wall, into each of which a support rod with the plug-in plate arranged foremost can be inserted laterally. This arrangement would also require lateral locking means to prevent the unintentionally sliding out of the only inserted support rod.
- the plug-in receptacles can only be placed on rear walls, therefore visible as a coarse sheet metal part and thus e.g. not very suitable for aesthetic shop designs.
- EP 0 519 349 B1 discloses a further support rod arrangement, consisting of a plug-in receptacle that can be inserted into a panel and a support rod. Each socket can be equipped with a single support rod.
- the plug-in receptacle can be inserted into a recess in the panel, the outer edge of the plug-in receptacle touching the edge of the recess.
- the plug-in receptacle is held by an upper nose protruding into the panel and a screw connection to the rear wall behind the panel.
- the plug-in receptacle has a slot which is delimited at the bottom by a profile shoulder and at the top by an inwardly curved bump edge, the bounce edge leaving a gap open.
- the support rod consists of a rod section and a closing plate fixedly attached to the rear end of the rod, which has a double bevel at the top, to the horizontal section of which a downwardly extending, flat plate segment adjoins.
- the horizontal section of the bend is supported on the profile shoulder, while the upstanding vertical section of the bend protrudes through the gap behind the bounce edge and the plate segment rests on the front of the plug-in receptacle. Should the Carrier rod are released, you have to tilt the carrier rod to pull the vertical section of the end plate out of the gap; the latching is analogous.
- This support rod arrangement does meet the aesthetic requirements, does not require any rail material and enables the assembly of a field of plug-in receptacles to be changed quickly, but there are still a number of disadvantages.
- the plug-in receptacle can only be inserted into a recess in the panel, but cannot be placed on the panel and cannot be arranged on the rear side thereof.
- the most serious thing is that the support rods can be released very easily by lifting them upwards, which can be caused by simply bumping into them.
- both the plug receptacles due to the inner contour and the end plates due to the double bevel are relatively complex to manufacture.
- the subject of EP 0 716 825 B1 is a support rod arrangement with a housing-shaped plug-in receptacle with internal undercuts.
- the window-like insertion opening, which serves to receive the plug-in plate of a support rod, is surrounded by a mounting flange.
- Variants for the assembly of the plug-in receptacle are: a) placing on the supporting structure from the front; or b) placing on the support structure from behind; or c) provided in the support structure.
- the plug-in receptacle sits with its frame-shaped, circumferential cover as a cuboid housing on the front of the supporting structure.
- this variant of the arrangement of the plug-in receptacle is certainly only suitable for certain applications, since the plug-in receptacles appear clearly, have a pronounced effect and disrupt the evenness, for example of a frequently populated presentation wall.
- the plug-in receptacle is inserted into the support structure, the frame-shaped attachment flange resting on the front of the support structure and thus also appearing to be dominant over a relatively large area.
- the variant b) requires more work, because when the plug-in receptacle is put on the back, the opening through the support structure must be cut very cleanly because it can be seen from the front. In addition, the cut edges are visible in the opening.
- the invention is based on the object of making the optical appearance of the arrangement in the installed state even more subtle through further development.
- the variability and freedom of design should be expanded in order to be able to build simple but also individual, complex structures.
- the plug-in receptacle must be installed in a supporting structure with as little work as possible, e.g. insert and fix a rear wall, a panel or a shelf component.
- Variously configured carriers should be able to be inserted into a plug-in receptacle with one hand; moving within the plug-in receptacle or changing to another plug-in receptacle should be just as easy.
- the individual plugged-in bracket must be securely locked in the receptacle without additional security measures, even if the bracket leans downward into the room and places a higher load.
- Plug-in receptacles used in a support structure but not covered with a carrier must not adversely affect the aesthetic impression.
- the arrangement is used for hanging articles or for holding a shelf.
- the arrangement consists of a plug-in receptacle that can be inserted into a support structure and a carrier that can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle.
- the plug receptacle has a passage that extends between a front entry and a rear boundary.
- the passage has a bevel at the top, which rises towards the entrance and rises upwards, thereby forming an upper margin.
- the passage has an incline that slopes downwards towards the boundary, thereby forming a lower margin.
- the passage has an undercut at the top, which is in front of the boundary in the direction of the entrance.
- a horizontally attached profile rail or a housing form alternative embodiments of the plug receptacle.
- the carrier has at least one tongue which can be inserted into the passage of the profile rail or of the housing and which has an upwardly directed hook which is intended to engage in the undercut. Or the carrier is tray-shaped, the rear edge of which can be inserted into the passage of the profile rail.
- a longitudinal groove is provided, in which a preferably elastic extruded profile sits to prevent slipping.
- the rear edge of the inserted tray-shaped carrier or the tongue of the carrier lie on the extruded profile with their underside.
- the passage of the profile rail is enclosed by an upper ceiling strut, a lower floor strut and a base plate as a rear boundary.
- the ceiling strut has the undercut, a support upstream of it in the direction of the entrance and, above all, the ascending bevel with the upper clearance below.
- the floor strut has the inclination with the lower clearance lying above it and a support with the longitudinal groove upstream in the direction of the entrance.
- the ceiling and floor struts open into the base plate.
- the ceiling and floor struts extend approximately to the front of a support structure attached to the profile rail. From the ceiling and floor struts a spring bar go vertically, which are intended to be received in tongue grooves, which are present in the edges of attached panels. The panels form the supporting structure. From the ceiling and Floor strut opens into the base plate by an upper and a lower support strut. A cavity is enclosed between the ceiling strut and the associated upper support strut and between the floor strut and the associated lower support strut. The ceiling and floor struts extend conically towards the vertical base plate. There are extensions on both sides of the base plate, which extend beyond the opening ceiling and floor struts.
- the tray-shaped carrier is a plate, for example made of wood, plastic, metal or glass, wherein the plate is preferably flat and can have additional structures.
- the passage of the plug-in receptacle in the form of a housing is enclosed by an upper ceiling strut, a lower floor strut, side flanks extending between the struts and a base plate as a rear boundary.
- the ceiling strut has the undercut, a support upstream of it in the direction of the entrance and, above all, the ascending bevel with the upper clearance below.
- the floor strut has an incline with the lower clearance above it and a support in front in the direction of the entrance.
- the top and bottom struts form with the side flanks a sleeve piece which, when inserted into a through opening of a support structure, extends approximately to the front of the support structure.
- the housing has a mounting flange located behind the inlet, which is intended to rest against the back of the support structure.
- the mounting flange has screw holes for attachment to the back of the support structure and has ribs on the back that serve to reinforce and possibly accommodate a support.
- the mounting flange or the base plate have a fastening element on the rear for fastening on the rear.
- a frame-shaped Cover provided at the front edge of the sleeve piece openings and inside the front edge in the passage.
- the cover initially consists of a rectangular frame that runs around a window-like passage, which is congruent to the entrance. On its front, the frame is flat, which, when placed on the front of the support structure, is intended to cover the front edge of the sleeve piece.
- On the back of the frame there is an extension that surrounds the passage, which comes to rest in the groove. Two spikes extend from the back of the frame to snap into the openings.
- the tongue of the carrier which can be inserted into the passage has the hook pointing upwards at its free end, and a tongue shaft extends from the hook to the carrier. At the bottom of the tongue shaft there is a taper that slants upward on the hook.
- the tongue is preferably made of flat material with a rectangular cross section.
- the carrier represents a support arm and the tongue shaft merges into a base end of a rod part facing the tongue, which is an integral part of the support arm.
- the supporting structure is formed by a rear wall, a panel or a shelf component.
- a large number of plug-in receptacles can be arranged systematically on the support structure.
- the rod parts of the support arms can be aligned straight or inclined and are used for hanging articles directly or for holding a shelf, such as a tray, a basket or an open or closed box.
- Several supports, which are arranged at the same or different height levels, can be bridged among themselves.
- Plug-in receptacles of the same or different types can also be arranged in successive levels. Plug receptacles in a first support structure thus form the background for a second support structure in which plug receptacles are also used.
- the plug-in receptacle in the form of the profile rail is preferably an extruded profile and a cast part in the form of the housing.
- the cover is preferably a plastic molded part of any color.
- An elastic plastic is primarily considered as the strand profile for the anti-slip device.
- the arrangement according to the invention allows a carrier to be inserted in a few simple steps - designed as a support arm or in the form of a tray - into the provided plug receptacle or can be removed therefrom.
- Both the profile rail and the housing inserted from the rear of the support structure as an alternative plug-in receptacle, which is clad with a frame-like cover from the front, enable a very discreet installation.
- the arrangement is suitable as a fitting for a single suspension up to the construction of a complex shop equipment on several levels one above the other and one behind the other and allows an individual concept and variable use.
- the non-rotatable, play-free seat of an individual support arm inserted into the plug-in receptacle is also particularly advantageous.
- the plug-in receptacle has the shape of a profile rail 1 , which here is inserted horizontally into a support structure 3 - consisting of an upper panel 30 and a lower panel 31 .
- the two panels 30 , 31 attached to the profile rail 1 from above and from below with their edges 300, 310 form a vertical wall surface with a front side 32 and a rear side 33 .
- the profile rail 1 has a passage 10 , which extends as a slot along the profile rail 1 , with the inlet 11 , which is open to the front side 32 .
- a base plate 12 is located as a boundary opposite the inlet 11 .
- the passage 10 is enclosed by a ceiling strut 13 and a floor strut 14 .
- Carriers can be inserted into the slot-shaped passage 10 - here in a first embodiment as support arms 2 - at any position along the entire profile rail 1 .
- the support arms 2 consist of the rod part 20 projecting into the space and of a tongue arranged at the base end 200 of the rod part 20 , which is inserted in the passage 10 and is therefore not visible.
- the inserted support arm 2 Towards the tip end 201 of the rod part 20 , the inserted support arm 2 has a slight upward tendency with respect to the horizontal, which is optically advantageous and compensates for any bending under high loads.
- the floor strut 14 falls obliquely towards the base plate 12 with an inclination 140 , as a result of which a space S u which widens downwards is created in the rear region of the passage 10 .
- the slope 140 changes into a basically flat support 141 .
- a longitudinal groove 142 runs in the support 141 and contains an extruded profile 15 which protrudes from the longitudinal groove 142 as a slip protection.
- an undercut 16 is provided, which is followed in the direction of the inlet 11 by a basically flat support 131 .
- This support 131 merges in the direction of the entrance 11 into an ascending bevel 130 , as a result of which an upward margin S o is created.
- Passage 10 opens at the entrance 11 quasi beak-like upwards and extends downwards in depth.
- the ceiling and floor struts 13, 14 are approximately flush with the front side 32 of the support structure 3 .
- a minimal projection of the ceiling and floor strut 13, 14 over the front side 32 is optically advantageous; this serves as edge protection.
- a spring bar 133, 143 extends from the ceiling strut 13 upwards and from the floor strut 14 downwards, which engage in corresponding spring grooves 301 , 311 in the edges 300 , 310 of the panel parts 30 , 31 .
- a sloping support strut 17 , 18 runs above the ceiling strut 13 or below the floor strut 14 , surrounding cavities, to the base plate 12 .
- the base plate 12 extends with extensions 120 vertically beyond the opening support struts 17, 18 .
- These extensions 120 have a score line 121 on both sides, which serves as a marking, for example for making screw holes, if the profiled rail 1 is to be fastened together with the attached support structure 3 to a rear wall.
- the tongue 21 seated at the base end 200 of the support arm 2 has, as a connection to the rod part 20, a shaft 22 which is preferably rectangular in cross section and a hook 23 pointing upwards at the front.
- the shaft 22 On the underside, the shaft 22 has a taper 220 toward the hook 23 .
- the tip end 201 is lowered, so that the hook 23 moves into the undercut 16 .
- the upper side of the shaft 22 supports the support 131 on the ceiling strut 13 and is supported with its lower side on the support 141 of the base strut 14 .
- the underside of the shaft 22 exerts pressure the extruded profile 15 .
- the suspension arm 2 is unhooked in reverse order and begins with its lifting at the tip end 201 , as a result of which the hook 23 moves out of the undercut 16 . Inserting and unhooking the support arm 2 is possible at any point along the entire profile rail 1 . With a slight lifting at the tip end 201 , the support arm 2 can also be moved into a changed position with the tongue 21 sliding transversely in the passage 10 without having to completely unhook the support arm 2 .
- tray-shaped supports 2 ' with their rear edge 21' - for example a glass plate - can also be inserted into the passage 10 .
- the rear edge 210 'of the carrier 2' should then be pushed in as far as possible against the base plate 12 , the undercut 16 remaining unoccupied.
- the tray-shaped support 2 ' on its front edge 201' is also to be raised, so that the edge 21 'of the support 2' first swings into the upper clearance S o and dips into the lower clearance S u in order to pass through the extruded profile 15 .
- the edge 21' rests with its upper side on the support 131 of the ceiling strut 13 and at the same time is supported with its underside on the support 141 of the floor strut 14 and on the extruded profile 15 .
- the extruded profile 15 causes increased static friction, so that the carrier 2 'is additionally secured against sliding out independently.
- an elastic plastic is suitable for the extruded profile 15 .
- the plate-shaped carrier 2 ' should be raised slightly at the front edge 201' so that the extruded profile 15 comes out of contact with the carrier surface, but at least the contact pressure is reduced.
- the plug-in receptacle has the shape of a housing 1 ' , into which the passage 10' extends from the front, from the inlet 11 ' .
- the passage 10 ' is in turn delimited by a ceiling strut 13' , a floor strut 14 ' and a rear base plate 12' .
- the base plate 12 ' extends with its plate extension 120' to below the floor strut 14 ' .
- two side flanks 19 ' span between the struts 13', 14 ' , so that the passage 10' - in contrast to the profile rail 1 - is also closed on the side.
- On the ceiling strut 13 ' are again the undercut 16 ' lying adjacent to the base plate 12 ' and pointing upwards, the adjoining support 131' and the ascending bevel 130 ' running towards the inlet 11' .
- the upper margin S o is formed by the latter.
- the slope 140 ' falling to the base plate 12 ' with the lower clearance S u and the adjoining support 141' running towards the entrance 11 ' . You can do without the longitudinal groove and the inserted extruded profile here.
- the housing 1 ' has a flat mounting flange 15' which is intended for mounting on the back 33 of the support structure 3 .
- Upstream of the vertical mounting flange 15 ' in the direction of the inlet 11' is a substantial portion of the passage 10 ' which is enclosed by the struts 13', 14 ' and the side flanks 19' , which results in a sleeve piece 100 ' with the front edge 101' .
- two blind holes 102 ' extend into the side flanks 19 ' .
- a groove 103 ' runs around inside the sleeve piece 100' , facing the inlet 11 ' and adjoining the front edge 101' .
- the mounting flange 15 ' Provided on the rear side of the mounting flange 15 ' are two vertical guide ribs 150' which are spaced apart and parallel to one another and which could be used to stiffen the housing 1 ' and possibly to accommodate a vertical support.
- the mounting flange 15 ' there are a plurality of screw holes 151' which are used for fastening to the rear 33 of the support structure 3 .
- a cover 4 which consists of a rectangular frame 40 which runs around a window-like passage 41 .
- the frame 40 is flat; on its rear side 43 an extension 44 surrounds the passage 41 .
- two mandrels 45 extend from the rear 43 of the frame 40 , which are complementary to the Openings 102 ' in the sleeve piece 100' are designed.
- the cover 4 will primarily consist of plastic and can be a colored injection molded part.
- a through opening 34 is provided in the support structure 3 , in which the sleeve piece 100' can be accommodated.
- the front edge 101 'of the sleeve piece 100' advantageously closes approximately flat with the front side 32 of the support structure 3 .
- the mounting flange 15 ' rests on the back 33 and is fastened to it, for example screwed on.
- the cover 4 is attached from the front 32 to the front edge 101 ' .
- the frame 40 covers the front edge 101 ' , the shoulder 44 of the cover 4 protrudes into the groove 103' and the mandrels 45 snap into the openings 102 ' in the sleeve piece 100' .
- the cover 4 is thus fixed and its passage 41 is congruent with the entry 11 ' into the passage 10' .
- the housing used in the supporting structure 3 1 'with the optional cover 4 is in its passage 10' suitable for receiving a previously in Figures 2A to 2C described carrier 2 with a complementary shaped tongue 21 and the hook 23rd
- the insertion of the carrier 2 is here, however, tied to the installation location of the placed housing 1 ' .
- the sequence of movements of inserting and removing the carrier 2 is unchanged.
- the hook 23 again engages in the undercut 16 ' .
- the positive engagement of the tongue 21 in the passage 10 ' also results in a rotationally stable positioning of the inserted carrier 2 . Any placement or transverse displaceability of the inserted carrier 2 ' is logically excluded due to the only selective plug-in position.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for hanging articles or for holding a shelf. The items to be hung or placed on the shelf may e.g. are goods for sale, objects of work in business or privacy, exhibits or decorative elements. The arrangement consists of a plug-in receptacle carried by a supporting structure and a plug-in carrier. The arrangement can be used individually as a fitting; with several such arrangements, e.g. populate a presentation wall in a retail facility. The supporting structure comes e.g. a wall, a panel or a shelf component.
A support rod construction is known for example from US 4,316,547. On a rear wall run two vertical and spaced rails with a hole pattern, where a short rail piece can be inserted into each rail, into two holes of the same height. The two rail sections protrude vertically into the room from the rear wall, and a crossbar is placed over the rail sections. For example, directly on the crossbar Hang clothes hangers and support rods protruding further into the room, which in turn are hung. Although this support rod construction is adjustable in height, it is otherwise not very variable due to the necessary perforated grid rails and is also relatively complex.
Devices for hanging goods with horizontally arranged profile rails are also known, for example, from WO 91 14388 and DE 38 03 829 A1. Carrier rods with their attached end pieces can be inserted laterally into the profile rails or can be latched in by tilting. This construction is very expensive and limits the freedom of design enormously by the profile rails to be placed on the load-bearing rear wall, the outside are visible. The profile rails are not intended to create individual support rod arrangements. In addition, additional lateral locking means would be necessary to prevent the horizontal shifting of the latched support bars along the profile rails and thus to maintain an orderly appearance of the sales area even with a lively audience.
In addition, the plug-in receptacles can only be placed on rear walls, therefore visible as a coarse sheet metal part and thus e.g. not very suitable for aesthetic shop designs.
Ferner sind sowohl die Steckaufnahmen durch die innere Kontur als auch die Schlussplatten durch die doppelte Abkantung relativ aufwendig in der Herstellung.EP 0 519 349 B1 discloses a further support rod arrangement, consisting of a plug-in receptacle that can be inserted into a panel and a support rod. Each socket can be equipped with a single support rod. The plug-in receptacle can be inserted into a recess in the panel, the outer edge of the plug-in receptacle touching the edge of the recess. The plug-in receptacle is held by an upper nose protruding into the panel and a screw connection to the rear wall behind the panel. The plug-in receptacle has a slot which is delimited at the bottom by a profile shoulder and at the top by an inwardly curved bump edge, the bounce edge leaving a gap open. The support rod consists of a rod section and a closing plate fixedly attached to the rear end of the rod, which has a double bevel at the top, to the horizontal section of which a downwardly extending, flat plate segment adjoins. In the latched state, the horizontal section of the bend is supported on the profile shoulder, while the upstanding vertical section of the bend protrudes through the gap behind the bounce edge and the plate segment rests on the front of the plug-in receptacle. Should the Carrier rod are released, you have to tilt the carrier rod to pull the vertical section of the end plate out of the gap; the latching is analogous. This support rod arrangement does meet the aesthetic requirements, does not require any rail material and enables the assembly of a field of plug-in receptacles to be changed quickly, but there are still a number of disadvantages. First of all, the plug-in receptacle can only be inserted into a recess in the panel, but cannot be placed on the panel and cannot be arranged on the rear side thereof. The most serious thing is that the support rods can be released very easily by lifting them upwards, which can be caused by simply bumping into them. Furthermore, both the plug receptacles due to the inner contour and the end plates due to the double bevel are relatively complex to manufacture.
The subject of EP 0 716 825 B1 is a support rod arrangement with a housing-shaped plug-in receptacle with internal undercuts. The window-like insertion opening, which serves to receive the plug-in plate of a support rod, is surrounded by a mounting flange. Variants for the assembly of the plug-in receptacle are: a) placing on the supporting structure from the front; or b) placing on the support structure from behind; or c) provided in the support structure. In variant a), the plug-in receptacle sits with its frame-shaped, circumferential cover as a cuboid housing on the front of the supporting structure. For design reasons, this variant of the arrangement of the plug-in receptacle is certainly only suitable for certain applications, since the plug-in receptacles appear clearly, have a pronounced effect and disrupt the evenness, for example of a frequently populated presentation wall. In variant c), the plug-in receptacle is inserted into the support structure, the frame-shaped attachment flange resting on the front of the support structure and thus also appearing to be dominant over a relatively large area. The variant b) requires more work, because when the plug-in receptacle is put on the back, the opening through the support structure must be cut very cleanly because it can be seen from the front. In addition, the cut edges are visible in the opening.
Finally, the constructions from DE 299 03 019 U1 and WO 99/20094 are known, these only providing for the hanging or insertion of support arms in a profile rail or a plug-in sleeve.
To sum up, it can be said that the previously known arrangements increasingly meet the practical requirements better. However, the invention is based on the object of making the optical appearance of the arrangement in the installed state even more subtle through further development. In addition, the variability and freedom of design should be expanded in order to be able to build simple but also individual, complex structures. The plug-in receptacle must be installed in a supporting structure with as little work as possible, e.g. insert and fix a rear wall, a panel or a shelf component.
Variously configured carriers should be able to be inserted into a plug-in receptacle with one hand; moving within the plug-in receptacle or changing to another plug-in receptacle should be just as easy. For more complex structures, it should be possible to systematically position a large number of plug-in receptacles in several horizontal, vertical and spatially one behind the other. Shelfs, such as trays or open boxes, should also be able to be installed on several supports. The individual plugged-in bracket must be securely locked in the receptacle without additional security measures, even if the bracket leans downward into the room and places a higher load. Plug-in receptacles used in a support structure but not covered with a carrier must not adversely affect the aesthetic impression.
The arrangement is used for hanging articles or for holding a shelf. The arrangement consists of a plug-in receptacle that can be inserted into a support structure and a carrier that can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle.
The plug receptacle has a passage that extends between a front entry and a rear boundary. The passage has a bevel at the top, which rises towards the entrance and rises upwards, thereby forming an upper margin. At the bottom, the passage has an incline that slopes downwards towards the boundary, thereby forming a lower margin. Furthermore, the passage has an undercut at the top, which is in front of the boundary in the direction of the entrance. A horizontally attached profile rail or a housing form alternative embodiments of the plug receptacle. The carrier has at least one tongue which can be inserted into the passage of the profile rail or of the housing and which has an upwardly directed hook which is intended to engage in the undercut. Or the carrier is tray-shaped, the rear edge of which can be inserted into the passage of the profile rail.
Special embodiments of the arrangement are described below: At the bottom of the passage of the profile rail, a longitudinal groove is provided, in which a preferably elastic extruded profile sits to prevent slipping. The rear edge of the inserted tray-shaped carrier or the tongue of the carrier lie on the extruded profile with their underside. The passage of the profile rail is enclosed by an upper ceiling strut, a lower floor strut and a base plate as a rear boundary. The ceiling strut has the undercut, a support upstream of it in the direction of the entrance and, above all, the ascending bevel with the upper clearance below. The floor strut has the inclination with the lower clearance lying above it and a support with the longitudinal groove upstream in the direction of the entrance. The ceiling and floor struts open into the base plate.
The ceiling and floor struts extend approximately to the front of a support structure attached to the profile rail. These extensions each have a notch line that serves as an orientation for optional screw holes that can be used to directly or indirectly attach the structure from the support structure with one or more inserted profile rails to a part of the building. The tray-shaped carrier is a plate, for example made of wood, plastic, metal or glass, wherein the plate is preferably flat and can have additional structures.
The passage of the plug-in receptacle in the form of a housing is enclosed by an upper ceiling strut, a lower floor strut, side flanks extending between the struts and a base plate as a rear boundary. The ceiling strut has the undercut, a support upstream of it in the direction of the entrance and, above all, the ascending bevel with the upper clearance below. The floor strut has an incline with the lower clearance above it and a support in front in the direction of the entrance. The top and bottom struts form with the side flanks a sleeve piece which, when inserted into a through opening of a support structure, extends approximately to the front of the support structure. The housing has a mounting flange located behind the inlet, which is intended to rest against the back of the support structure.
The mounting flange has screw holes for attachment to the back of the support structure and has ribs on the back that serve to reinforce and possibly accommodate a support. The mounting flange or the base plate have a fastening element on the rear for fastening on the rear. At the front edge of the sleeve piece openings and inside the front edge in the passage are a groove for snapping a frame-shaped Cover provided. The cover initially consists of a rectangular frame that runs around a window-like passage, which is congruent to the entrance. On its front, the frame is flat, which, when placed on the front of the support structure, is intended to cover the front edge of the sleeve piece. On the back of the frame there is an extension that surrounds the passage, which comes to rest in the groove. Two spikes extend from the back of the frame to snap into the openings.
The tongue of the carrier which can be inserted into the passage has the hook pointing upwards at its free end, and a tongue shaft extends from the hook to the carrier. At the bottom of the tongue shaft there is a taper that slants upward on the hook. The tongue is preferably made of flat material with a rectangular cross section. The carrier represents a support arm and the tongue shaft merges into a base end of a rod part facing the tongue, which is an integral part of the support arm.
The supporting structure is formed by a rear wall, a panel or a shelf component. A large number of plug-in receptacles can be arranged systematically on the support structure. The rod parts of the support arms can be aligned straight or inclined and are used for hanging articles directly or for holding a shelf, such as a tray, a basket or an open or closed box. Several supports, which are arranged at the same or different height levels, can be bridged among themselves. Plug-in receptacles of the same or different types can also be arranged in successive levels. Plug receptacles in a first support structure thus form the background for a second support structure in which plug receptacles are also used. The plug-in receptacle in the form of the profile rail is preferably an extruded profile and a cast part in the form of the housing. The cover is preferably a plastic molded part of any color. An elastic plastic is primarily considered as the strand profile for the anti-slip device.
The arrangement according to the invention allows a carrier to be inserted in a few simple steps - designed as a support arm or in the form of a tray - into the provided plug receptacle or can be removed therefrom. Both the profile rail and the housing inserted from the rear of the support structure as an alternative plug-in receptacle, which is clad with a frame-like cover from the front, enable a very discreet installation. The arrangement is suitable as a fitting for a single suspension up to the construction of a complex shop equipment on several levels one above the other and one behind the other and allows an individual concept and variable use. The non-rotatable, play-free seat of an individual support arm inserted into the plug-in receptacle is also particularly advantageous.

The detailed description of exemplary embodiments of the arrangement according to the invention is given below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Possible modifications worth mentioning are listed in the appendix to the description.
The following definition applies to the entire further description. If reference numerals are included in a figure for the sake of clarity in the drawing, but are not explained in the directly associated description text, reference is made to their mention in the preceding or following description of the figures. In the interest of clarity, the repeated designation of components in other figures is mostly dispensed with, provided that it can be clearly seen in the drawing that the components are "recurring".
In the first embodiment , the plug-in receptacle has the shape of a profile rail 1 , which here is inserted horizontally into a support structure 3 - consisting of an upper panel 30 and a lower panel 31 . The two panels 30 , 31 attached to the profile rail 1 from above and from below with their edges 300, 310 form a vertical wall surface with a front side 32 and a rear side 33 . Viewed in cross section, the profile rail 1 has a passage 10 , which extends as a slot along the profile rail 1 , with the inlet 11 , which is open to the front side 32 . A base plate 12 is located as a boundary opposite the inlet 11 . The passage 10 is enclosed by a ceiling strut 13 and a floor strut 14 . Carriers can be inserted into the slot-shaped passage 10 - here in a first embodiment as support arms 2 - at any position along the entire profile rail 1 . The support arms 2 consist of the rod part 20 projecting into the space and of a tongue arranged at the base end 200 of the rod part 20 , which is inserted in the passage 10 and is therefore not visible. Towards the tip end 201 of the rod part 20 , the inserted support arm 2 has a slight upward tendency with respect to the horizontal, which is optically advantageous and compensates for any bending under high loads.
The floor strut 14 falls obliquely towards the base plate 12 with an inclination 140 , as a result of which a space S u which widens downwards is created in the rear region of the passage 10 . Towards the entrance 11 , the slope 140 changes into a basically flat support 141 . A longitudinal groove 142 runs in the support 141 and contains an extruded profile 15 which protrudes from the longitudinal groove 142 as a slip protection. At the transition between the base plate 12 and the ceiling strut 13 , an undercut 16 is provided, which is followed in the direction of the inlet 11 by a basically flat support 131 . This support 131 merges in the direction of the entrance 11 into an ascending bevel 130 , as a result of which an upward margin S o is created. Passage 10 opens at the entrance 11 quasi beak-like upwards and extends downwards in depth. In the assembled state, the ceiling and floor struts 13, 14 are approximately flush with the front side 32 of the support structure 3 . A minimal projection of the ceiling and floor strut 13, 14 over the front side 32 is optically advantageous; this serves as edge protection.
A spring bar 133, 143 extends from the ceiling strut 13 upwards and from the floor strut 14 downwards, which engage in corresponding spring grooves 301 , 311 in the edges 300 , 310 of the panel parts 30 , 31 . From the attachment of the spring grooves 301 , 311 to the struts 13 , 14 , a sloping support strut 17 , 18 runs above the ceiling strut 13 or below the floor strut 14 , surrounding cavities, to the base plate 12 . The base plate 12 extends with extensions 120 vertically beyond the opening support struts 17, 18 . These extensions 120 have a score line 121 on both sides, which serves as a marking, for example for making screw holes, if the profiled rail 1 is to be fastened together with the attached support structure 3 to a rear wall.
The tongue 21 seated at the base end 200 of the support arm 2 has, as a connection to the rod part 20, a shaft 22 which is preferably rectangular in cross section and a hook 23 pointing upwards at the front. On the underside, the shaft 22 has a taper 220 toward the hook 23 . When the tongue 21 is inserted into the passage 10 , it must first be inclined forward, which is done by lifting the support arm 2 at the tip end 201 of the rod part 20 . In this way, the tongue 21 can be fully inserted into the passage 10 with the hook 23 . This allows the margin S o widened at the entrance 11 and the margin S u below the undercut 16 . If the hook 23 is below the undercut 16 , the tip end 201 is lowered, so that the hook 23 moves into the undercut 16 . At the same time, the upper side of the shaft 22 supports the support 131 on the ceiling strut 13 and is supported with its lower side on the support 141 of the base strut 14 . Here, the underside of the shaft 22 exerts pressure the extruded profile 15 . The suspension arm 2 is unhooked in reverse order and begins with its lifting at the tip end 201 , as a result of which the hook 23 moves out of the undercut 16 .
As an alternative to support arms 2 , tray-shaped supports 2 ' with their rear edge 21' - for example a glass plate - can also be inserted into the passage 10 . The rear edge 210 'of the carrier 2' should then be pushed in as far as possible against the base plate 12 , the undercut 16 remaining unoccupied. When inserting, the tray-shaped support 2 ' on its front edge 201' is also to be raised, so that the edge 21 'of the support 2' first swings into the upper clearance S o and dips into the lower clearance S u in order to pass through the extruded profile 15 . After the support 2 'has been pivoted away, the edge 21' rests with its upper side on the support 131 of the ceiling strut 13 and at the same time is supported with its underside on the support 141 of the floor strut 14 and on the extruded profile 15 . The extruded profile 15 causes increased static friction, so that the carrier 2 'is additionally secured against sliding out independently. For example, an elastic plastic is suitable for the extruded profile 15 . To unhook, the plate-shaped carrier 2 ' should be raised slightly at the front edge 201' so that the extruded profile 15 comes out of contact with the carrier surface, but at least the contact pressure is reduced.
Die Basisplatte 12' reicht mit ihrem Plattenfortsatz 120' bis unterhalb der Bodenstrebe 14'.In the second embodiment , the plug-in receptacle has the shape of a housing 1 ' , into which the passage 10' extends from the front, from the inlet 11 ' . The passage 10 ' is in turn delimited by a ceiling strut 13' , a floor strut 14 ' and a rear base plate 12' . The base plate 12 ' extends with its plate extension 120' to below the floor strut 14 ' .
In addition , two side flanks 19 ' span between the struts 13', 14 ' , so that the passage 10' - in contrast to the profile rail 1 - is also closed on the side. On the ceiling strut 13 ' are again the undercut 16 ' lying adjacent to the base plate 12 ' and pointing upwards, the adjoining support 131' and the ascending bevel 130 ' running towards the inlet 11' . The upper margin S o is formed by the latter. In the floor strut 14 ' there is the slope 140 ' falling to the base plate 12 ' with the lower clearance S u and the adjoining support 141' running towards the entrance 11 ' . You can do without the longitudinal groove and the inserted extruded profile here.
In addition, the housing 1 'has a flat mounting flange 15' which is intended for mounting on the back 33 of the support structure 3 . Upstream of the vertical mounting flange 15 ' in the direction of the inlet 11' is a substantial portion of the passage 10 ' which is enclosed by the struts 13', 14 ' and the side flanks 19' , which results in a sleeve piece 100 ' with the front edge 101' . From the front edge 101 ' , two blind holes 102 ' extend into the side flanks 19 ' . A groove 103 'runs around inside the sleeve piece 100' , facing the inlet 11 ' and adjoining the front edge 101' . Provided on the rear side of the mounting flange 15 ' are two vertical guide ribs 150' which are spaced apart and parallel to one another and which could be used to stiffen the housing 1 ' and possibly to accommodate a vertical support. In the mounting flange 15 'there are a plurality of screw holes 151' which are used for fastening to the rear 33 of the support structure 3 .
In order to cover the front edge 101 'of the sleeve piece 100' of the housing 1 ' built into a support structure 3 , a cover 4 is provided which consists of a rectangular frame 40 which runs around a window-like passage 41 . On the front 42 , the frame 40 is flat; on its rear side 43 an extension 44 surrounds the passage 41 . Furthermore, two mandrels 45 extend from the rear 43 of the frame 40 , which are complementary to the Openings 102 ' in the sleeve piece 100' are designed. The cover 4 will primarily consist of plastic and can be a colored injection molded part.
To insert the housing 1 ' , a through opening 34 is provided in the support structure 3 , in which the sleeve piece 100' can be accommodated. The front edge 101 'of the sleeve piece 100' advantageously closes approximately flat with the front side 32 of the support structure 3 . The mounting flange 15 ' rests on the back 33 and is fastened to it, for example screwed on. For optical purposes, the cover 4 is attached from the front 32 to the front edge 101 ' . The frame 40 covers the front edge 101 ' , the shoulder 44 of the cover 4 protrudes into the groove 103' and the mandrels 45 snap into the openings 102 ' in the sleeve piece 100' . The cover 4 is thus fixed and its passage 41 is congruent with the entry 11 ' into the passage 10' .
The housing used in the supporting structure 3 1 'with the optional cover 4 is in its passage 10' suitable for receiving a previously in Figures 2A to 2C described carrier 2 with a complementary shaped tongue 21 and the hook 23rd The insertion of the carrier 2 is here, however, tied to the installation location of the placed housing 1 ' . The sequence of movements of inserting and removing the carrier 2 is unchanged. In the inserted state, the hook 23 again engages in the undercut 16 ' . The positive engagement of the tongue 21 in the passage 10 'also results in a rotationally stable positioning of the inserted carrier 2 . Any placement or transverse displaceability of the inserted carrier 2 ' is logically excluded due to the only selective plug-in position.
- A fastening contour can be provided on the back of the housing 1 ′ , preferably between the guide ribs 150 ′ or on the base plate 12 ′ , in order to fix the housing 1 ′ to the support structure 3 a structure on the back - for example a building wall - is easy to design. Such a fastening contour is, for example, a hook, an eyelet or a tab with a screw hole. It would be advantageous to arrange the fastening contour on the plate extension 120 ' which is freely accessible towards the mounting flange 15' .
- In the case of the profiled rails 1, there is also the possibility, instead of the spring strips 133, 143 and the panels 30, 31 provided with complementary spring grooves 301 , 311 , only to provide stops to which the panels are applied and fastened, for example screwed, from the front.
- If, for example, the construction of a complex presentation wall is intended, several profiled rails 1 spaced apart from one another can be arranged horizontally within a supporting structure 3 . A plurality of mutually independent support arms 2 can be suspended in a profile rail 1 . It is also possible to couple two and more support arms 2 by means of cross connectors and to mount this as an arm construction. In the case of vertical connectors between support arms 2, such an arm construction engages over a plurality of profile rails 1 arranged one above the other and is suspended therein.
- In order to achieve a variable assembly, a plurality of housings 1 'can be systematically arranged on a support structure 3 , possibly in addition to existing profile rails.
- The tray-shaped carrier 2 ' can be flat or with various additives - such as a border, holder or support rod. In addition to plates, grids or combinations thereof can also be considered as such supports 2 ' . The decisive factor is that they have a solid rear edge 21 ' , which can be continuous or interrupted and can be pushed into the passage 10 , holding the carrier 2' securely in position. The arbitrary positioning and displaceability along a profiled rail 1 is also given with tray-shaped carriers 2 ' .
- In a combined use of the design options that open up, it is possible, for example, to use a plurality of profile rails 1 on a first, rearmost support structure 3 used as plug-in receptacles. These rails 1 can be equipped with support arms 2 and tray-shaped carriers 2 ' . A second, upstream support structure 3 could be slidably supported via support frame 2 , which in turn serves to accommodate further plug-in receptacles in the form of profile rails 1 or housings 1 ' . Such a second, support structure 3 would also be conceivable in shop fitting as a display panel, again, as an empty mirror surface or as a shield.
