  11. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, dans laquelle le dérivé de l'acide dicarbonique ou polycarbonique est un anhydride ou un ester partiel.
  12. Structure plane selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le composant alcool de l'ester partiel est un polyol.
  13. Structure plane selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle le polyol est du dipropylène glycol, du propanediol, du butanediol, de l'hexanediol, de la glycérine ou du pentaérythrite ou un mélange contenant au moins deux de ces polyols.
  14. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 8 à 13, dans laquelle le mélange d'au moins un acide dicarbonique ou polycarbonique ou de leurs dérivés est un mélange d'un ester partiel d'anhydride d'acide maléique et de dipropylène glycol avec de l'acide citrique.
  15. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, dans laquelle le produit d'époxydation d'un ester d'acide carbonique contient plus d'un groupe époxy par molécule.
  16. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 8 à 15, dans laquelle le produit d'époxydation d'un ester d'acide carbonique est une huile de lin époxydée, une huile de soja époxydée, une huile de ricin époxydée, une huile de colza époxydée ou une huile de vernonia ou un mélange contenant au moins deux de ces produits d'époxydation.
  17. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 8 à 16, dans laquelle la couche de couverture contient en outre une ou plusieurs matières de remplissage.
  18. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, dans laquelle la couche de couverture (II) est transparente.
  19. Structure plane selon la revendication 18, dans laquelle la masse étalée pour la couche de couverture ne contient pas plus de 2% en poids de matière de remplissage.
  20. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, dans laquelle un ou plusieurs non-tissés de forme plane sont en outre disposés sous la couche de couverture.
  21. Structure plane selon la revendication 20, dans laquelle le non-tissé disposé sous la couche de couverture est un non-tissé de verre.
  22. Structure plane selon l'une des revendications précédentes comportant au moins une couche de support (I) et au moins une couche de couverture (II) précédemment définie, éventuellement un enduit dorsal (III) disposé sous la couche de support (I) sous la forme d'une couche de mousse chimiquement ou mécaniquement moussée, éventuellement un enduit de base ou compact (IV) disposé entre la couche de support (I) et la couche de couverture (III) et/ou entre la couche de support (I) et l'enduit dorsal (III), dans laquelle les masses étalées pour les couches (III) et (IV) est à base de matériau selon l'une des revendications 6 à 17.
  23. Structure plane selon la revendication 22, dans laquelle la couche de couverture (VI) sous la forme de systèmes de peinture durcissants non saturés est disposée sur la couche de couverture (II), dans laquelle les polymères ou les copolymères pour les systèmes de peinture sont choisis dans le groupe comprenant des polyacrylates, des polyméthacrylates, des polyuréthannes et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
  24. Procédé de fabrication d'une structure plane multicouche flexible selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, comprenant l'application du matériau constituant la couche de couverture sur un ou plusieurs non-tissés de forme plane, éventuellement imprimés, de telle manière que le non-tissé en est entièrement imbibé et qu'une couche fermée est constituée autour de la matière de remplissage, et ensuite la solidification de ce matériau pour obtenir une couche de couverture, ainsi que l'application de ladite couche de couverture sur un support.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, dans lequel un ou plusieurs non-tissés de forme plane sont en outre disposés sous la couche de couverture avant la solidification de la couche de couverture.
