Description
- Beaufschlagen eines zwischen der Gummiwalze und der angrenzenden Walze angeordneten hydraulischen Stellelements mit einem Druckfluid aus einer Druckfluidquelle, in der Weise, dass die Gummiwalze durch das hydraulische Stellelement an die angrenzende Walze angestellt wird,
- Unterbrechen der Fluidzufuhr nach Erreichen des vorgegebenen Anpressdrucks, und
- Aufheben der Unterbrechung der Fluidzufuhr von der Druckfluidquelle zum hydraulischen Stellelement nach einem vorgegebenen Zeitraum für kurze Zeit mittels eines in den das hydraulische Stellelement mit der Druckfluidquelle verbindenden Druckfluidkreislauf integrierten Sperrventils, um das hydraulische Stellelement erneut mit einem vorgegebenen Druck zu beaufschlagen.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen des Anpressdrucks zwischen einer Gummiwalze (B) und mindestens einer an diese angrenzenden Walze (A, C) in einer Druckmaschine, mit einem hydraulischen, die Gummiwalze (B) mit der Walze (A, C) verbindenden Stellelement (HA/B, HB/C), welches durch eine Druckfluidquelle (P) und einen Druckregler (5, 6) in der Weise mit Druckfluid beaufschlagbar ist, dass die Gummiwalze (B) mit einem vorgegebenen Anpressdruck an die Walze (A, C) anstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Druckfluidkreislauf, welcher das hydraulische Stellelement (HA/B, HB/C) mit der Druckfluidquelle (P) verbindet, zusätzlich ein Sperrventil (7, 8) integriert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das hydraulische Stellelement (HA/B, HB/C) als ein doppelt wirkender Zylinder ausgebildet ist, bei welchem die auf beiden Seiten des Kolbens angeordneten Arbeitskammern über getrennte Leitungen mit Druckfluid beaufschlagbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem hydraulischen Stellelement (HA/B, HB/C) und der Druckfluidquelle (P) ein Aktivierungsventil (3, 4) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aktivierungsventil (3, 4) als ein Vierwege-Ventil ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aktivierungsventil (3, 4) als ein elektrisch steuerbares Ventil ausgebildet ist, das über eine elektrische Signalleitung (E) mit einer Bedienoberfläche (9) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass mindestens eine angrenzende Walze (A, C) um eine gestellfeste, im Maschinenrahmen der Druckmaschine gelagerte Achse drehbar ist, und dass die Gummiwalze (B) um eine mittels des hydraulischen Stellelements bezüglich des Maschinenrahmens bewegbare Achse drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Gummiwalze (B) als eine Farbübertragungswalze in einem Farbwerk der Druckmaschine ausgebildet ist und die mindestens eine angrenzende Walze (A, C) als eine Reiberwalze ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zum Einstellen des Anpressdrucks zwischen einer Gummiwalze (B) und einer angrenzenden Walze (A, C) in einer Druckmaschine, mitBeaufschlagen eines zwischen der Gummiwalze (B) und der angrenzenden Walze (A, C) angeordneten hydraulischen Stellelements (HA/B, HB/C) mit einem Druckfluid aus einer Druckfluidquelle (P), in der Weise, dass die Gummiwalze (B) durch das hydraulische Stellelement (HA/B, HB/C) an die angrenzende Walze (A, C) angestellt wird,
die folgenden Schritte:Unterbrechen der Fluidzufuhr nach Erreichen des vorgegebenen Anpressdrucks, undAufheben der Unterbrechung der Fluidzufuhr von der Druckfluidquelle (P) zum hydraulischen Stellelement nach einem vorgegebenen Zeitraum für kurze Zeit mittels eines in den das hydraulische Stellelement mit der Druckfluidquelle verbindenden Druckfluidkreislauf integrierten Sperrventils, um das hydraulische Stellelement erneut mit einem vorgegebenen Druck zu beaufschlagen.
