Definitions
- the invention relates to a cooking and / or baking stove for operation with a pellet heat source for use in kitchen areas, as described in claims 1 and 24.
- So-called kitchen stoves are known from the trade, which primarily serve a cooking function
- the well-known kitchen stove may also be used for heating purposes, in particular in the kitchen, where here too the results due to the lack of controllability of the desired heating output are rather unsatisfactory.
- These kitchen stoves are made with conventional firewood, preferably in the form of hardwood, e.g. with beech failures, heated.
- the necessary Firewood is usually from a wooden storage room in the basement to the kitchen area to create, on the one hand inconvenient loads to be carried and mostly Contamination of the premises caused on the way to the kitchen stove to be able to supply the kitchen stove with fuel.
- the heat output is the stove not least because of the specified size of the firewood, especially the Firewood logs, difficult to regulate and is in particular a self-sufficient or unobserved The stove cannot be operated.
- the present invention has for its object a kitchen stove, especially one Cooking and / or baking stove, to create that meets today's requirements and above can be operated without interruption for a longer period of time.
- the required, for good baking and / or cooking results relevant temperature levels compared to the known, furnaces or stoves fired with pieces of wood can be reached much faster, without an adverse override of the setpoint, i.e. the temperature setpoint is exceeded occurs due to the rapid rise in temperature of the hotplate and / or the baking compartment.
- the temperature values desired by the user are mechanical and / or electrical controls, in particular by means of sliders, flaps, rotary switches, push buttons or the like, adjustable in a simple manner.
- a pellet heat source using electrical or electrotechnical components such as electric motors, Electromagnets, solenoid valves and the like is not only an optimal temperature regulation but also an unobserved, self-sufficient or unobserved for relatively long periods Long-term largely self-sufficient operation of the cooking and / or Oven possible.
- a major advantage is that the individual functions of the cooking and / or baking oven can be used largely selectively.
- the cooking and / or baking stove according to the invention on the one hand primarily as a heat source for cooking purposes adjustable and usable as well as usable as an oven if the appropriate settings, especially on the diverter for the flue gases and the desired temperature settings have also been made.
- the generated thermal energy is then primarily from the baking compartment used or recorded and can therefore also guarantee excellent baking results become.
- the storage container for storage of the fuel material is capable of long-term supply even with a relatively small volume ensure the cooking and / or baking stove with the pellets, so that a significant handling advantage and a considerable gain in comfort is achieved.
- a refill of the storage container with the fuel is comparatively easy and also physically weak or frail persons can be carried out in a simple manner.
- a furnace body 1 to 4 is a furnace body 1, in particular a cooking and / or baking oven 2 for the Preparation of food to be warmed shown.
- the cooking and / or baking oven 2 shown is therefore for use in kitchens, preferably in the household area, but also for commercial use Designed for use in snack stations, bakeries or restaurants and the like.
- the heat energy to be supplied to the dishes or baked goods is in this cooking and / or Oven 2 from the combustion of biomass, especially in the form of mechanical compressed fuel 3 in the manner of so-called pellets 4, won.
- This known per se Fuel 3 in the form of free-flowing pellets 4 is in a storage container 5 inside of the furnace body 1 stored in the long term, a controlled combustion process, which takes place in a combustion chamber 6 delimited from the storage container 5, metered accordingly to be able to be fed.
- the storage container 5 for the pellets 4 is by a largely independent part body, which together with the stove part represents the one-story furnace body 1.
- the cuboid furnace body 1 is of at least one front wall part 7, at least two side wall parts 8, 9, at least one rear wall part 10 and at least one cover plate 11.

- the hotplate 12 for storing cookware and for heating the food to be prepared takes up a large part of the area within the outer outline shape when looking at the stove top.
- the hotplate 12 is the front wall part 7 assigned closer than the rear wall part 10, so that starting from the usual an operating side 13 of the stove part 1 front wall part 7 good accessibility is given to the hotplate 12 of the cooking and / or baking oven 2.
- the storage container 5 for the pellets 4 is arranged and swiveled over a Slidable reservoir lid 14 accessible to refill pellets 4 and the reservoir 5 can then be closed again.
- the front wall part 7 there is at least one combustion chamber door 15, through which the combustion chamber 6 is accessible or lockable, and at least one ash room door 16 for locking or opening an ash room 17 provided below the combustion chamber 6.

- the combustion chamber 6 and the baking compartment 19 are side by side in the front view of the oven body 1 arranged and their total extent corresponds when viewed from the front - according to FIG. 1 - in approximately the length of the storage container arranged behind the combustion chamber 6 and behind the baking compartment 19 5 for the fuel 3.
- the cooking and / or baking stove 2 comprises a fuel supply device 20, with which the fuel materials 3, in particular the pellets 4, starting from the storage container 5 metered to a fireplace 21 in the combustion chamber 6 can be supplied.
- the fuel delivery device 20 comprises, as is known per se, a screw conveyor which can be driven by an electric motor 22 23, which the pellets 4 from a lower area of the storage container 5 after Conveys at the top and transfers the highly conveyed pellets 4 to a sloping pellet chute 24.
- This pellet chute 24 By means of this pellet chute 24, they slide into the upper end region of the screw conveyor 23 transported pellets 4 to gravity under the influence of gravity Fire pit 21 in the combustion chamber 6.
- An outlet opening 25 of the pellet chute 24 is in one sufficient distance above the fireplace 21.
- the slope of the pellet chute 24, starting from the upper end region of the screw conveyor 23 to the fireplace 21 is present chosen such that pellets 4 conveyed into the pellet chute 24 completely slide off and none at all Pellets 4 can remain in the pellet chute 24.
- the fireplace 21 preferably consists of a receiving shell 26 for receiving the Combustion provided pellets 4.
- the lower section of the receiving shell 26 is preferred inserted in a recess of a combustion chamber floor plate 27.

If necessary, a largely horizontally oriented one Partition plate between the combustion chamber 6 and the hot plate 12 may be provided to a to prevent direct flaming of the underside of the hotplate 12. However, one is preferred direct heating of the hotplate 12 by the fireplace 21 or by the pellet heat source 33 is provided in order to achieve rapid heating of the hotplate 12.
- Combustion or flue gases 34 arising during the combustion of the fuel 3 increase up in the combustion chamber 6 to the underside of the hotplate 12. These are deleted below starting from an area of the hotplate 12 closer to the first side wall part 8 whose underside along to a region closer to the second side wall part 9 Hot plate 12.
- An upper boundary plate 35 of the baking compartment 19 is at a distance 36 below the Hotplate 12 arranged so that a flue gas duct between the hotplate 12 and the baking compartment 19 37 is formed, which extends at least over a width 38 of the baking compartment 19.
- the hot flue gas 34 flowing out of the combustion chamber 6 thus heats up by sweeping it along on the underside of the hotplate 12 and by flowing past the top Boundary plate 35 of the baking compartment 19 for the most part, the hotplate 12 to a comparatively lower proportion of the baking compartment 19.
- the flue gas duct 37 also extends over the majority, namely approximately over 60% to 90% of a length 39 of the hotplate 12.
