A roof of the generic type has become known from EP 0 494 612 A1. The roof consists of individual self-supporting roof panels, which in turn each consisting of a concrete slab and one connected to the concrete slab Reinforcement exists The reinforcement is formed in the direction of the roof slope extending lattice girders, the lattice girders one inside the plate continuous lower chord and an upper chord running outside the plate exhibit. Upper and lower chords are connected to each other by rods. Adjacent roof panels can be connected to one another using connecting elements are, in particular by screwing or welding, whereby a statically homogeneous disc is formed.
A special feature of the known roof panels is that the roof panels have a metallic stop surface in the area of their support, which corresponds to a support mounted on the house wall or ceiling. Such a support structure is relatively expensive because it absorbs all the forces of the roof. The roof panels are only in the ridge area supported against each other, preferably in an entangled manner.
From FR-A-2 478 706 a roof is known in which individual concrete slabs that are provided with an internal reinforcement, at the upper ends with each other are connected and are supported on a ridge purlin. Between the ends they rest on reinforced concrete beams, the bearing surfaces of Concrete beams and concrete slabs run parallel to each other. By appropriate The concrete slabs are firmly connected to the concrete beams by wire connected.
Das Fertigdach wird hierbei auf das Gebäude aufgesetzt.DE-A-3 409 729 A1 describes a transportable prefabricated roof with a molded one Support that is a continuation or extension of the outer walls of the building serve. The prefabricated roof is placed on the building.
The invention has for its object a saddle or hipped roof from individual self-supporting roof panels to create a simplified support enables and can be built with particularly simple means.
This object is achieved by a saddle or hip roof according to
In the invention, a ridge purlin is provided, which is naturally at the ends to be supported on the gable. The self-supporting panels are made with the help of suitable ones Fasteners attached to the ridge purlin, with the Eaves should only be provided with support surfaces arranged parallel to the pane. A connection of the roof panels in the ridge area is advisable anyway. in the According to the invention, the connection is made with the ridge purlin, this corresponding Has arrangements so that the panels can be attached. In corresponding elements can be embedded in the plates of the plates, which take the load of the panels.
An inventive roof is particularly easy to create and does not require any special construction to form the support points.
Provide for a screw connection of panels in a common plane different solutions. A preferred form is one the invention in that the connecting element is a U- or C-shaped Has profile piece, preferably by means of reinforcement in a plate is embedded that the inside of the profile piece accessible from the inside of the plate is. With the web of the profile piece is a nut thread Threaded part connected, preferably by welding, and one in the The connector inserted inside the profile piece is fastened by means of screw bolts connected to the profile piece. The connector extends with a section in the adjacent profile piece and is in the same way with screwed this so that the adjacent wall panels are screwed together are. The threaded part can be on the outside of the web welded cap nut be formed. The connector preferably has at least one slot so that an adjustment can be made can be.
In the known construction described at the outset there are fastening elements connected to the top chord at intervals in the downward direction running bars or strips are attached, which in turn are then horizontal Wear trims for the roof covering. The fasteners must be retrofitted to the top chord. This is proportionate consuming. Therefore, an embodiment of the invention provides a roof in which the upper flange is formed by two round steels welded together is. Such lattice girders are manufactured industrially, the lattice material is unwound from rolls. This can also be the case with the two round rods formed upper chord be the case. Become a lattice girder in this way trained, the arrangement of special fasteners is unnecessary. Rather, a bar or bar can go directly with the two Round rods are connected by a self-drilling screw or the like between the neighboring rods are screwed in.
