Claims (16)
- Nietsetzwerkzeug zum Setzen von Blindnietmuttern miteiner einen Ventilschieber und ein Schiebergehäuse umfassenden Drehumkehreinrichtung, die in eine vordere oder hintere Position bewegbar ist,einem mit einer Zugspindel verbundenen Drehmotor, dessen Drehrichtung über die Drehumkehreinrichtung steuerbar ist,einen für den Stauchvorgang betätigbaren Druckmittel-Koblenzylindertrieb, der über die Zugspindel einem Gewindebolzen eine axiale Bewegung erteilt, und miteiner Einrichtung zur Betätigung der Druckmittel-Koblenzylindereinrichtung und der Drehumkehreinrichtung,
daß die Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) eine Feststelleinrichtung (28) zum zumindest zeitweiligen Festhalten der Lage zwischen Ventilschieber (15) und Schiebergehäuse (16) aufweist, wobei die Feststelleinrichtung (28) in den Ventilschieber (15) eingreift. - Nietsetzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststelleinrichtung eine Rasteinrichtung (28) umfaßt.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebergehäuse (16) zur Aufnahme des Ventilschiebers (15) eine zentrale axiale Bohrung (17) aufweist, an die eine radial gerichtete Bohrung (29) zur Aufnahme der Rasteinrichtung (28) anschließt.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasteinrichtung (28) einen Rastbolzen und/oder eine Rastkugel (30) aufweist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasteinrichtung (28) wenigstens eine Feder zur Gegenlagerung der Rastkugel (30) und/oder des Rastbolzens umfaßt.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasteinrichtung (28) eine Einstellschraube zum Einstellen der Vorspannung der Feder auf den Rastbolzen und/oder die Rastkugel (30) aufweist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellschraube und die Rastkugel (30) und/oder der Rastbolzen Druckmittelöffnungen umfassen und/oder die Feststelleinrichtung (28) einen Ringraum zur Druckmittelzufuhr aufweist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) eine vordere und eine hintere Steuerkammer (13, 14) aufweist, wobei die Feststelleinrichtung (28) im wesentlichen im Bereich der hinteren Steuerkammer (14) angeordnet ist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststelleinrichtung (28) eine Eingreifstelle am Kopf (15'') des Ventilschiebers (15) umfaßt und in Form einer Vertiefung ausgebildet ist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingreifstellen wenigstens Steueröffnung (24) am Kopf des Ventilschiebers (15) ist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Kopf des Nietsetzwerkzeugs (1) die Druckmittel-Kolbenzylindereinrichtung in integraler Weise mit dem Drehmotor (11) und der Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) axial verschieblich miteinander verbunden sind.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nietsetzwerkzeug (1) eine Anlagevorrichtung (27) zum Widerlagern des Ventilschiebers (15) bei der Rücksetzbewegung in die hintere Position der Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) aufweist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Feststellposition zwischen Schiebergehäuse (16) und Ventilschieber (15) die vordere Steuerkammer (13) als Druckmitteldurchgang zum Linkslauf des Drehmotors (11) öffnet und die hintere Steuerkammer (14) als Druckmitteldurchgang zum Rechtslauf schließt.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nietsetzwerkzeug (1) wenigstens einen vorderen und einen hinteren Druckmittelzuführungskanal zum Zuführen von Druckmittel zur Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) aufweist, derart, daß unter Druckmittelbeaufschlagung des hinteren Druckmittelzuführungskanals (31) das Eingreifen der Feststelleinrichtung (28) des Schiebergehäuses (16) in den Ventilschieber (15) lösbar ist und der Ventilschieber (15) im wesentlichen in Anlage zum Widerlager (27) verschiebbar ist.
- Nietsetzwerkzeug nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebergehäuse (16) in der vorderen Position den Druckmitteldurchgang zum Linkslauf des Drehmotors (11) schließt und einen Druckmitteldurchgang zum Rechtslauf öffnet.
- Drehumkehreinrichtung, insbesondere zum Einsatz in ein Nietwerkzeug gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 15 umfassend:ein Schiebergehäuse (16) zur Aufnahme eines Ventilschiebers (15) in einer zentralen Bohrung (17), wobei der Ventilschieber in der Öffnung bewegbar angeordnet ist,wenigstens eine Ringdichtung zum Ausbildung wenigstens eines Steuerraums (13, 14),wenigstens eine Schraubenfeder (18, 22) zum Betätigen des Ventilschiebers (15),
daß die Drehumkehreinrichtung (12) eine Feststelleinrichtung (28) zum zumindest zeitweiligen Festhalten der Lage zwischen Ventilschieber (15) und Schiebergehäuse (16) aufweist, wobei die Feststelleinrichtung (28) in den Ventilschieber (15) eingreift.
