Description
DE-AS 1 017 468 beschrieben. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine sogenannte Schrägachsenbauweise mit einer die Kolben in Zylinderbohrungen verschiebbar aufnehmenden Zylindertrommel, die durch eine Verstellvorrichtung um eine im Bereich der Antriebsscheibe angeordneten Schwenkachse verschwenkbar und in der jeweiligen Schwenkstellung feststellbar ist. Durch ein mehr oder weniger weites Ausschwenken der Zylindertrommel läßt sich das Durchsatzvolumen der Axialkolbenmaschine einstellen, wie es an sich bekannt ist.

Claims (10)
- Axialkolbenmaschine (1) mit einer in einem Gehäuse (2) drehbar gelagerten Zylindertrommel (7), in der in Zylinderbohrungen (8) Kolben (9) verschiebbar sind, deren Kolbenenden an einer drehbar gelagerten Triebscheibe (6) schwenkbar abgestützt sind, wobei die Zylindertrommel (7) und eine an der der Triebscheibe (6) abgewandten Seite der Zylindertrommel (7) angeordnete Steuerscheibe (19) durch eine Verstellvorrichtung (21) in einer Scfiwenkebene (E) quer verschwenkbar sind, wobei die Steuerscheibe (18) an einer ihr zugewandten kreisbogenförmig gekrümmten Lägergleitfläche (21) in einer Führungsausnehmung (29) in einer Lagerwand (22) in der Schwenkebene (E) schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei an der Lagerwand (22) zwei sich parallel zur Schwenkebene (E) erstreckende Halteteile (32) auf beiden Seiten der Schwenkeberie (E) angeordnet sind, die jeweils mit einer Schulterfläche (33) wenigstens ein der Zylindertrommel (7) zugewandtes Stützelement (34) an der Steuerscheibe (19) hintergreifen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulterflächen (33) an den Halteteilen (32) parallel zur Lagergleitfläche (21) gekrümmt sind und sich wenigstens annähernd in dem Winkelbereich (e) erstrecken, den die Mittelachse (7a) der Steuerscheibe (19) in der aus- und eingeschwenkten Stellung einschließt,
und daß die Halteteile (32) separate leistenförmige Teile sind, die nebel der- Führungsausnehmung (29) an der Lagerwand (22) angeschraubt sind und den zugehörigen Seitenwand der Führungsausnehmung (29 ) mit der Schulterfläche (33) überragen (Maß c). - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulterfläche (33) sich über eine Länge (L) erstreckt, die wenigstens annähernd der sich an ihr ergebenden Abmessung des doppelten Winkelbereichs (e) entspricht. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulterfläche (33) symmetrisch zur Mittelachse (7a) der Steuerscheibe (19) in deren eingeschwenkter Stellung oder Null-Stellung angeordnet ist. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulterfläche (33) und eine das Stützelement (34) bildende Stützfläche (34a) sich - an der zur Mittel-achse (7a) der Steuerscheibe (19) und längs der Schwenkebene (E) gesehen - parallel erstrecken. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine das Stützelement (34) bildende Stützfläche (34a) eine ebene Fläche ist, die sich bezüglich der Lagergleitfläche (21) sekantial erstreckt. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (34a) parallel zur Schulterfläche (33) gekrümmt ist. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteteile (32) die Seitenränder der Steuerscheibe (19) hintergreifen. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteteile (32) die Steuerscheibe (19) in seitlichen Ausnehmungen (19c) hintergreifen. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteteile (32) in Ausnehmungen (38) der Lagerwand (22) teilweise oder vollständig versenkt angeordnet sind. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schülterflächen (33) sich jeweils über die gesamte zugehörige Seite des betroffenen Halteteils (32) erstrecken sowie dessen Bodenfläche bilden und die Ausnehmungen (38) jeweils durch eine entsprechend konkav gekrümmten Fläche gebildet sind.
