Claims (20)
- Entlüftungsvorrichtung mit Ölabscheider für ein Kurbelgehäuse einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei der Ölabscheider im wesentlichen in die Zylinderkopfhaube integriert ist und aus einem Gehäuse besteht, das ein innen liegendes Strömungslabyrinth, eine mit dem Kurbelgehäuse in Wirkverbindung stehende Eintrittsöffnung, einen mit dem Ansaugsystem der Brennkraftmaschine verbundenen Ansaugstutzen und einen in Einbaulage am geodätischen Tiefpunkt des Gehäuses angeordneten Ölaustritt aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ölabscheider in Strömungsrichtung hintereinander liegend einen Vorabscheider (5), einen Agglomerator (6) und einen Feinabscheider (7) aufweist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorabscheider (5) als Labyrinth mit mehreren vertikalen Stegen (51) ausgestaltet ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stege (51) des Vorabscheiders (5), die an der in Einbaulage unteren Gehäusewand abgestützt sind, im Übergangsbereich von Steg (51) und unterer Gehäusewand mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (52) aufweisen. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Agglomerator (6) aus einem Netzgestrick, vorzugsweise einem Metall-Netzgestrick besteht. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Agglomerator (6) aus Kunststoff-Netzgestrick besteht. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netzgestrick des Agglomerators (6) in Vorsprüngen (61) des Gehäuses (1) lösbar abgestützt ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorsprünge (61) des Agglomerators (6), die an der in Einbaulage unteren Gehäusewand abgestützt sind, im Übergangsbereich von Vorsprung (61) und unterer Gehäusewand mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (62) aufweisen. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Feinabscheider (7) aus Metall-Netzgestrick besteht. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Feinabscheider (7) aus Kunststoff-Netzgestrick besteht. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netzgestrick des Feinabscheiders (7) in Vorsprüngen (71) des Gehäuses (1) lösbar abgestützt ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorsprünge (71) des Feinabscheiders (7), die an der in Einbaulage unteren Gehäusewand abgestützt sind, im Übergangsbereich von Vorsprung (71) und unterer Gehäusewand mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (72) aufweisen. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Agglomerator (6) und dem Feinabscheider (7) ein Zwischenraum (8) vorhanden ist, in dem zumindest ein vertikaler Steg (81) ausgestaltet ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stege (81) im Zwischenraum (8), die an der in Einbaulage unteren Gehäusewand abgestützt sind, im Übergangsbereich von Steg (81) und unterer Gehäusewand mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung aufweisen. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Strömungsrichtung hinter dem Feinabscheider (7) ein Restabscheider (9) angeordnet ist, der als Labyrinth mit mehreren vertikalen Stegen (91) ausgestaltet ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stege (91) des Restabscheiders (9), die an der in Einbaulage unteren Gehäusewand abgestützt sind, im Übergangsbereich von Steg (91) und unterer Gehäusewand mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (92) aufweisen. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ölaustritt (4) über ein Ventil mit einem, im Kurbelgehäuse angeordnetem Ölsammelbehälter verbunden ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Fassungsvermögen des Ölsammelbehälters mindestens einem Tankzyklus des Fahrzeuges entspricht. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ölaustritt (4) über einen Kanal (11) mit einer, im Zylinderkopf ausgestalteten Öltasche (12) verbunden ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die dem Ölaustritt (4) entgegengesetzte stirnseitige Öffnung des Kanals (11) unterhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels in die Öltasche (12) des Zylinderkopfes mündet. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sämtliche Bauteile des Ölabscheiders in einer gemeinsamen Baugruppe (1) angeordnet sind, die in die Innenseite der Kurbelgehäuseabdeckung einsetzbar ist.
