Abstract

Für den automatisierten Betrieb von Dampfkesseln und ähnlichen wärmetechnischen Anlagen sind Steuergeräte (1) mit zwei Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) für die Sicherheitsstromleitung (7) einzusetzen. Das erfindungsgemäße Steuergerät (1) weist zwei zu den Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) parallele Nebenschlussleitungen (11, 13, 14; 12, 13, 14) auf. Die Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) weisen Ruhekontakte (17) auf. Zur Prüfung der Schaltfähigkeit werden die Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) in ihre Ruhestellung umgeschaltet und die Spannungsänderung an ihren Ruhekontakten (17) überwacht. Bei fehlender Spannung ergeht ein Fehlersignal. Während der Prüfung wird die parallele Nebenschlussleitung (11, 13, 14; 12, 13, 14) geschlossen. Die Sicherheitsstromleitung (7) ist daher während der Prüfung nicht unterbrochen. Zur Steuerung der Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) sind Schaltverstärker (27, 28) mit einer Ansprech- und Aktionszeit vorgesehen, die einen Bruchteil der vorgegebenen Ansprechzeit der Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) beträgt. Zur Prüfung der elektrischen Ansteuerung werden die Antriebe (21) der Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) stromlos geschaltet und die Spannungsänderung an den Antrieben (21) überwacht. Bei unzureichender Spannungsänderung ergeht ein Fehlersignal. Die Sicherheitsrelais (9, 10) verharren während dieser Prüfung in ihrer Arbeitsstellung.

For the automated operation of steam boilers and similar heat engineering systems, control units (1) with two safety relays (9, 10) are to be used for the safety power line (7). The control unit (1) according to the invention has two bypass lines (11, 13, 14, 12, 13, 14) which are parallel to the safety relays (9, 10). The safety relays (9, 10) have normally closed contacts (17). To test the switching capability, the safety relays (9, 10) are switched to their rest position and monitored the voltage change at its normally closed contacts (17). If there is no voltage, an error signal is issued. During the test, the parallel shunt line (11, 13, 14, 12, 13, 14) is closed. The safety power line (7) is therefore not interrupted during the test. To control the safety relay (9, 10) switching amplifier (27, 28) are provided with a response and action time, which is a fraction of the predetermined response time of the safety relay (9, 10). To test the electrical control, the drives (21) of the safety relay (9, 10) are de-energized and monitored the voltage change to the drives (21). If there is insufficient voltage change, an error signal is issued. The safety relays (9, 10) remain in their working position during this test.
