Dabei ist lediglich ein letztes Druckwerk 1 mit einem Plattenzylinder 8, einem Gummituchzylinder 9 und einem Druckzylinder 11 als Bogenführungszylinder gezeigt. Dem Plattenzylinder 8 ist ein Farbwerk und gegebenenfalls ein Feuchtwerk zugeordnet, auf das hier nicht näher eingegangen werden soll. Dem Druckwerk 1 ist in Förderrichtung 23 ein erstes Lackwerk 2 nachgeordnet, welches durch einen Formzylinder 12 und ein Dosiersystem 13 mit einer Auftragwalze 14 und z. B. einem Kammerrakel 15 gebildet ist. Dem Formzylinder 12 ist der Druckzylinder 11 zugeordnet. Dem ersten Lackwerk 2 ist zumindest eine Trocknereinrichtung 4, zum Beispiel als ein IR-Trockner oder ein UV-Trockner, nachgeordnet, welche einem benachbarten Druckzylinder 11, alternativ einem benachbarten Transferzylinder 10 zugeordnet ist. In Fig. 1 sind zwei Trocknereinrichtungen 4 modular in Reihenbauweise angeordnet. Der (letzten) Trocknereinrichtung 4 folgt in Förderrichtung 23 ein zweites Lackwerk 3 mit Formzylinder 12, Auftragwalze 14 und Dosiersystem 13 mit z.B. Kammerrakel 15 und gerasterter Auftragwalze 14. Alternativ ist statt des Kammerrakels 15 auch eine Dosierwalze (mindestens ein Zweiwalzenwerk) nach dem Quetschwalzen- oder Schöpfwalzenprizip einsetzbar. Beim Einsatz eines Kammerrakels 15 ist die Auftragwalze 14 als Rasterwalze ausgebildet. Die Druckzylinder 11 der Druckwerke 1, der Lackwerke 2, 3 sowie die der Trocknereinrichtung 4 sind mittels Transferzylinder 10 für den Bogentransport untereinander verbunden.
Alternativ kann die Druckbeistellung auch über die Beistellung (Schwenkbewegung) der Tragplatten 21 selbst erfolgen.
Hierbei ist der Formzylinder 12 über das stirnseitig angeordnete Zahnrad mit dem Zahnrad der Auftragwalze 14 in Eingriff. Mittels Schwenkmechanismus 19-21 ist der Formzylinder 12 wiederum um die Auftragwalze 14 mittels Drehgelenk 19 schwenkbar. Hierbei wird die Antriebsverbindung des Zahnrades des Druckzylinders 11 und des Zahnrades des Formzylinders 12 getrennt, wobei jedoch das Zahnrad des Formzylinders 12 mit dem Zahnrad der Auftragwalze 14 in Funktionsverbindung bleibt. Der Formzylinder 12 sowie Auftragwalze 14 sind auch im abgeschwenkten Zustand vom separaten Antrieb antreibbar, so dass ein mögliches Antrocknen von Lack (oder Farbe) verhindert wird. Beim Zurückschwenken des Formzylinders 12 in Richtung Druckzylinder 11 ist der separate Antrieb elektrisch derart synchronisierbar, dass das Zahnrad des Formzylinders 12 mit dem Zahnrad des Druckzylinders 11 wieder in einer definierten Winkelposition in Eingriff bringbar ist.
Bevorzugt ist an der Tragplatte 21 ein Zahnsegment angeordnet, welches mit einem Stellmotor mit Ritzel als Betätigungseinrichtung in Eingriff ist. Alternativ ist statt des Stellmotors mit Ritzel auch ein Arbeitszylinder, z.B. mit Gewindespindel, an der Tragplatte 21 anlenkbar.

Claims (7)
- Bogenführungseinrichtung in einer Druckmaschine zur Führung von Bedruckstoffen im Bereich von Gummituch-/Formzylinder und einem Bogenführungszylinder bei einem nicht am Druck-/Lackierprozess beteiligten Gummituch-/Formzylinder, wobei dem Gummituch-/Formzylinder zumindest eine gelagerte Auftragwalze zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jeweils in einem Seitengestell (18) ein Drehgelenk (19) angeordnet ist, dass in dem Drehgelenk (19) ein mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung gekoppelter Schwenkmechanismus (19-21) mit einem drehbar angeordneten Formzylinder (12) gelagert ist, dass mittels Schwenkmechanismus (19-21) der Formzylinder (12) in antriebsseitigem Kontakt zur Auftragwalze (14) um diese schwenkbar und der Formzylinder (12) antriebsseitig vom Druckzylinder (11) trennbar ist, und dass der Formzylinder (12) mit der antreibbaren Auftragwalze (14) eine ständige Antriebsverbindung aufweist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Zahnrad des Druckzylinders (11), zumindest ein mit dem Druckzylinder (11) gekoppeltes Zwischenrad (16), ein mit dem Zwischenrad (16) gekoppeltes Zahnrad der Auftragwalze (14) und ein Zahnrad des Formzylinders (12) antriebsseitig gekoppelt sind. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das mit dem Zahnrad des Formzylinders (12) in Eingriff stehende Zahnrad der Auftragwalze (14) mit einem separaten Antrieb gekoppelt ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schwenkmechanismus (19-21) durch zwei endseitig an einem Drehgelenk (19) angeordnete Tragplatten (21) gebildet ist und jedes Seitengestell (18) einen dem Schwenkbereich angepaßten Durchbruch (24) aufweist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Betätigungseinrichtung mit der Tragplatte (21) in Funktionsverbindung ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1;
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Drehgelenk (19) zu einem an der Innenseite des Seitengestelles (18) fixierten Walzenlager (22) fluchtend angeordnet ist. - Bogenführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Relativlage des Drehgelenkes (19) zu einem an der Innenseite des Seitengestells (18) fixierten Walzenlager (22) seitenversetzt parallel ist.
