Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a two-component cartridge according to the preamble of Claim 1.
In the case of two-component cartridges, the components contained in the cartridge are in a mixing cannula placed on the cartridge is mixed together. Usually are Cartridge and mixing cannula connected to each other via a detachable bayonet lock.
When using these cartridges and mixing tips, the problem arises that Prolonged work breaks not only cure the mass that is in the mixing tip but the curing is a few millimeters into the neck of the cartridge continues so that blockages occur when the new mixing tip is attached or the The neck area of the cartridge must be cleaned of hardened material.
In order to solve this problem, it is known to design the cartridge outlet openings in the form of to form two protruding tubes. Dip into these tubes in the mixing tip a seated insert, so that the hardening in the mixing tip and the Mixing cannula use takes place. When removing the mixing tip, the insert is used away. A disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the use the outlet cross section is reduced and thus more significant for emptying the cartridge Pressure must be exerted on the cartridge piston.
Another disadvantage is that the mixer and cartridge are not of the conventional design correspond and are therefore not compatible with them. The conventional embodiment has a tube with a partition, making two crescent-shaped Outlet openings are formed.
In a second embodiment, the cartridge outlet openings are formed by two holes spaced apart. The stake in this case consists of a soft plastic and seals against the edge of the holes. At this Embodiment must be taken to ensure that those running through the insert Channels are aligned with the aforementioned holes in the cartridge.
It is the task of designing a two-component cartridge in such a way that with conventional Construction of the cartridge, a mixing cannula of conventional design can be used which is a premixing of the material components of the cartridge at the entrance to the Mixing tip takes place.
This problem is solved with the features of claim 1. Advantageous Refinements can be found in the subclaims.

The two-component cartridge 1 has a tube 2 through which a partition 3 runs, which divides the cartridge into two chambers 4 and 5. Through the partition 3 two crescent-shaped outlet openings 7, 8 are formed in the tube 2.
