Abstract

A case for rod-shaped objects has at least one receptacle, a closure part, and a first hinge, wherein the first hinge articulates the receptacle and the closure part relative to one another. The closure part can be folded relative to the receptacle about the first hinge into an open position in which the rod-shaped objects are accessible and forms a positioning support for the case to hold the case in an erect position when the case is placed onto a supporting surface. The closure part has a bottom closure part, a top closure part, and a second hinge, wherein the second hinge articulates the bottom closure part and the top closure part relative to one another so that the top closure part and the bottom closure part are foldable and pivotable relative to one another.

Description

The invention relates to a case for rod-shaped objects, in particular for writing, drawing, painting, marking or cosmetic pencils or devices, which consists of at least a quiver and a closure part, wherein both parts are hinged together.

From [1] U.S. Patent 1,939,824 is a set up known. In this cardboard case, the upper part of the cap is supported on a projection on the bottom part.
It is disadvantageous in such a case that a kind of "mousetrap" is set up, which automatically closes as soon as a pin is pulled out, since at the slightest movement, the upper part of the closure cap comes off the projection of the bottom part.
Further, it is to be regarded as disadvantageous that when lifting the closed, lying on a pad case, the unsecured upper part of the cap can open and the stored therein devices fall out.

Next is such a case from [2] DE-PS 3921781 (OT: 10.01.1991) known. The "hard plastic - case" shown here has a hinged lid which is rotatably mounted such that a guide pin slides when turning the lid in a guide groove, thereby enabling a supportive positioning of the lid is made possible. The removal position or the oblique position of the case results here by the design of the guide groove and the movement of the cover bearing herein. Overall, this is thus a relatively expensive case design with very limited positioning possibility.

From [3] JP-GM / AS 53-6516 (BT: 18.02.1978), it is also known, in a so-called "soft plastic case", to install a stiffening in the region of a closure part or a cap, thereby to obtain a downwardly folded closure part a support that an inclination of the case in a preferred Removal position allows. A lanyard should contribute in addition to the fixation of the removal position. Here, too, with a case that is in principle cheap, there is a relatively expensive solution, which is also unstable and does not give any secure fixation in the removal position.
With both cases it is also not clear if and how they can be filled automatically or automatically.

[4] US 1,939,824 describes a cardboard folding case, consisting of a quiver and hinged fasteners attached thereto.
A disadvantage of such a case is that the stop for the closure parts is a glued-on strip with a protruding cam, so that the edge of one closure part can be supported. Such a protruding cam strip, when the case is closed, causes the bottom of the closure to abut the strip and thus the cam, thereby preventing the bottom of the quiver and the bottom of the closure from forming an aligned straight line, as a result in that the closed case is under tension and tends to pop up and the objects can fall out.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide an inexpensive, stable and yet machine-fillable case for rod-shaped objects, which receives the items easy to fill and easily removable and yet holds securely and also an effective tool for easy removal positioning or for setting up the cases , eg at the workplace, has or represents.

This object is achieved with the invention encompassed in claim 1 and outlined with the characterizing features.

Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the proposed solution are included in the additional claims.

The in the Figures 1 and 2 Cases E1 and E2 shown each have a quiver 1, which is formed from a bottom shell 11 and a cover shell 12, which are connected to each other along a - parallel to the wall axis x extending - locking axis z. The closure part 2 consists of a lower closure shell 21 and an upper closure shell 22, which are firmly connected to each other and supported by the hinged joint 23 and the other with the bottom shell 11 by the hinged joint 14 but against each other. The support edges 221 and the shaft tips 222 form the front contours of the upper closure shell 22. The quiver joint 13 is arranged here parallel to the axis of the case x along a longitudinal side of the bottom shell 11 and the cover shell 12. Alternatively, but can also be advantageous to the bottom profile 15, the hinge-like connection between the bottom shell 11 and the cover 12 are arranged.
This results in a uniform stretched arrangement of all items 11, 12, 21, 22, which are connected by means of film hinges 13, 14, 23, with each other.

FIG. 3 shows another case E3 open, or in Befüllposition B, in which case the Köchergelenk 13 is arranged on the other side of the case axis x.
Alternatively, this quiver joint but also advantageous on the profile bottom 15 of the two cup shells 11 and 12 than Be arranged film hinge.
The bottom shell 11 of the quiver 1 is bounded axially by the hinged joint 14, to which the lower closure shell 21, the quiver 2, with fixings 111, for the directed recording rod-shaped objects, connects. Along the transversely directed closure axis z, there is also the hinge-like closure joint 23, which is adjoined by the upper closure shell 22, which in turn is delimited by shaft tips 222. In the filling position B, both closure shells 21, 22 are opened in an extended manner or else additionally folded downwards in order to be able to introduce the rod-shaped objects slightly parallel to the sheath axis x. In the likewise unfolded cover shell 12 of the holder 1 recesses 121 for fixing example of writing instruments often present clips or other protruding parts and centering 31 can be seen in the outer recesses latching elements 41 can engage for secure locking of the closed case.

According to FIG. 4 a partially opened case is shown in fragmentary form, whose consisting of a bottom shell 11 and a cover 12 existing quiver 1 in the closure region centering 31, engage in the locking elements 41 when the case is completely closed. In the illustrated, partially open position is also seen that the film hinge-like folding joint 14, the lower closure shell 21 is formed and that adjoins the closure joint 23, the upper closure shell 22 of the closure part 2, which ends with the support edges 221.

Out FIG. 5 is a partial view of a case with content recognizable, wherein in a cutout 121 of a cover 12 of the clip 92 of an inserted writing instrument is fixedly inserted.

To FIG. 6 is a case E in Aufstellposition A visible, in which from a bottom shell 11 and a Cover shell 12 formed quiver 1 rod-shaped objects 9, or writing instruments 91 are used, at the periphery 90 of the closure part 2 rests with the shaft tips 222. At each inserted object 9 in this case is a wave point punctiform and supports the case E thus in the set-up position A, which can be taken by the mutual pivoting of the holder 1 against the closure part 2 on the kink of the folding joint 14. The case obtained a slope of the installation angle depends on the length ratios of the bottom shell 11 to the lower closure shell 21 and the other by the ratio of the lengths of the lower closure shell 21 to the upper closure shell 22, which connected to the closure joint 23 and also in the use position A shown positive or non-positive, releasably connected to each other.
If the use position A is canceled by the case E is taken and the closure part 2 is further angled, then the closure part 2 can be opened and placed in the open state on the contents 9, 91 and then closed again. In the locked state, the latching elements 41 arranged on the upper closure shell 22 then engage in the centering openings 31 present in the cover shell 12 and thus bring about additional stabilization of the closed case, as this prevents any axial movement along the axis of the envelope x.

FIG. 7 finally shows an open case E in filling position B, for example, in manual filling or in removal position, which may also be the installation position A at the same time. The quiver 1 in this case a writing instrument 91 is supplied or possibly removed, wherein the support edge 221 of the upper closure shell 22 of the closure part 2 rests on the circumference 90 of the writing instrument. The two closure shells 21, 22 connected to the closure joint 23 are also fixed against each other here at any time by means of positive connection releasably joined together.

The proposed case for rod-shaped objects, in particular for writing, drawing, painting, marking or cosmetic pencils or devices, which consists of at least one quiver (1) and a closure part (2) and wherein both parts (1, 2 ) are hinged together, should be designed so that the quiver (1) pivotally mounted closure member (2) has a lower closure shell (21) and an upper closure shell (22) and is divided and hinged formed and that the closure part (2) is additionally designed as an installation aid or as a stand for the case, whereby the case can be brought into a defined installation position (A) or in a conventional position of use and held in this.

In addition, an inventive case for rod-shaped objects, in particular for writing, drawing or painting equipment consisting of several articulated interconnected and mutually movable parts (1, 2) made of rigid material, wherein at least one quiver (1) and a closure part (2) are mutually pivotally connected to each other and wherein, with the case open, the quiver (1) can be positioned or held by the closure part (2) in a defined inclined position, according to claim 1, be designed such
the closure part (2) consists of a lower closure shell (21) and an upper closure shell (22)
that both closure shells (21, 22) are hinged together by a closure joint (23) and are arranged pivotably relative to one another
and that the closure part (2) with the quiver (1) by a hinged joint (14) are hinged together and hinged together.

Such a case can be further developed, inter alia, by the fact that the joints (13, 14, 23) or the connections the two parts (1, 2) are formed as film hinges and that both parts (1, 2) are thus articulated against each other but otherwise firmly connected to each other.
Preferably, in this case, the folding joint (14) and the closure joint (23) transversely or perpendicular to the case axis (x), parallel to the transverse axis (y) extending, be arranged and the quiver (1) and the closure part (2) of rigid but nevertheless consist permanently elastic plastic, in particular from - possibly transparent - polypropylene.

The quiver (1) advantageously consists of a bottom shell (11) and a cover shell (12) and the bottom shell (11) and the cover shell (12) are preferably connected to one another by a quiver joint (13).
Both the bottom shell (11) and the cover shell (12)
as well as the two closure shells (21, 22) are preferably fixed by form, friction or cohesive connection means but if necessary detachable and designed to be closed against each other. For this purpose, tongue and groove connections, locking knobs or other Verkrallungen be provided

A further advantage is provided if at least one quiver (1) and / or in a closure part (2) fixings (111) are provided for the correct positioning of the rod-shaped objects (9, 91) to be accommodated in the case and if the quiver (1 ) and the closure part (2) by means of positive locking elements (41) and corresponding centerings (31) in the closed position (V) against each other can be held fixed.

The positive locking elements (41) and the complementary centerings (31) used for this purpose should be designed and arranged so that the quiver (1) and the closure part (2) in the closed position (V) are stabilized to each other and also against longitudinal and transverse to the axis of the case (x) directed movements and displacements are fixed.

Moreover, it is advantageous if the lower closure shell (21) and the upper closure shell (22) are also provided with positive and / or non-positive connection means and can be easily detachable against each other. Both shells (21, 22) should also have different lengths, wherein from the closure joint (23) starting the upper closure shell (22) is shorter than the lower closure shell (21). The different lengths of the two closure half-shells (21, 22) should be dimensioned such that the case in the set-up position (A) has an inclination (a) which is between 10 and 50, preferably between 20 and 30 degrees.

For easy removal of the rod-shaped objects, it is particularly advantageous if the support edge (221) of the upper closure shell (22) is designed such that it in the set-up position (A) of the case only a punctiform contact with the inserted rod-shaped objects (9, 91) forms. This can in particular also be achieved in that the support edge (221) of the upper closure shell (22) is designed wave-shaped such that in the installation position (A) of the case, in each case a shaft tip (222) directly on the circumference (90) of an inserted rod-shaped object is applied.
