Description
Die Spannrolle 70 ist schwenkbar angeordnet und dazu bestimmt, die beim Abwickeln der Papierbahn auftretenden Spannungsunterschiede auszugleichen. Zusammen mit dem in Form einer Schlaufe über die Führungsrollen 67,68 erfolgenden Verlauf der Papierbahn werden die Effekte beim Anlaufen und Stoppen der Vorratsrolle gedämpft und dadurch eine gleichmässige Spannung in der Papierbahn aufrechterhalten.

Claims (13)
- Anordnung zum Zuführen einer Papierbahn für eine Maschine zur Herstellung von polsterartigen Verpackungsmaterial, welche Anordnung eine Achse(11) zur Aufnahme einer Vorratsrolle (12) mit einer aus mehreren Papierlagen bestehenden Papierbahn (8), eine Umlenkrolle (13) für die Papierbahn, wobei die Umlenkrolle (13) bezüglich der Laufbahn der Papierbahn beweglich angeordnet ist, um die von der Vorratsrolle (12) abgezogene Papierbahn zu spannen, und eine Trenneinrichtung (14) mit mindestens einer ersten Führungsrolle (17) und einer zweiten Führungsrolle (18) aufweist, um die Papierlagen zu trennen, wobei die zweite Führungsrolle (18) bezüglich der Laufbahn einer Papierlage beweglich angeordnet ist, um diese Papierlage zu spannen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch die erste Führungsrolle (17) beweglich angeordnet ist und dass die Umlenkrolle (13) und die Führungsrollen(17,18) in Langlöchern(16;33,34) gelagert sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenneinrichtung (14) eine dritte Führungsrolle (19) aufweist, welche ortsfest angeordnet ist und die zweite Führungsrolle (18) stützt, um ein Einrollen der Ränder der Papierlagen beim Durchlauf der Papierbahn zwischen der zweite Führungsrolle (18) und der dritten Führungsrolle (19) zu verhindern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (13), die erste Führungsrolle (17) und die zweite Führungsrolle (18) im Wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung beweglich angeordnet sind, um die Papierbahn (8) mittels Schwerkraft zu spannen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (13) im Wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung beweglich angeordnet ist und dass die erste Führungsrolle (17) und die zweite Führungsrolle (18) in einer geneigten Richtung beweglich angeordnet sind, um die Papierbahn (8) mittels Schwerkraft zu spannen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrollen (17,18,19) aus Kunststoff bestehen und dass die Führungsrollen mit Lagerzapfen versehen sind, die aus Metall bestehen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff elektrostatisch aufladbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mittel (20,21) vorgesehen ist, um ein ungewolltes Abrollen der Papierbahn (8) von der Vorratsrolle (12) zu verhindern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine zweite Achse (41) zur Aufnahme einer zweiten Vorratsrolle (45) mit einer beschichteten oder imprägnierten Papierbahn.
- Maschine zur Herstellung von polsterartigem Verpackungsmaterial aus einem mindestens Papierlagen bestehenden Vorratsmaterial, mit einem Gestell (1), mit einer Einrichtung (2) zum Verbinden der Papierlagen, mit einem konvergierenden Schacht (22) zum Einführen der Papierlagen in die Einrichtung (2), mit einer Vorratsrolle (12) und mit einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung unterhalb des Tisch (6) angeordnet ist, dass der Schacht (22) an der Auslasseite einen konvergierenden Abschnitt (23) mit gekrümmten Abschnitten (24) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine ein Standmodell oder ein Tischmodell ist, wobei das Gestell (1) für die Modelle identisch ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, gekennzeichnet durch Lagerschilde (5), die freistehend und im Abstand zueinander am Gestell (1) befestigt und dazu bestimmt sind, das Einlegen der Vorratsrolle (12) zu erleichtern und mit dem Mittel (20,21) in Kontakt zu bringen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch zweite Lagerschilde (42), die den Lagerschilden (5) so zugeordnet sind, dass die beschichtete oder imprägnierte Papierbahn zusätzlich zu einer Papierlage in die Anordnung einführbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerschilde (42) mit den Lagerschilden (5) verbunden sind.
