Claims (5)
- Lagerungsmatte für die Lagerung eines für die Reinigung von Kraftfahrzeugabgasen eingesetzten Abgaskatalysators in einem metallischen Katalysatorgehäuse, in Form eines bindemittelfreien, viellagigen Flächengebildes (4) aus temperaturbeständigen Fäden, welches durch Steppnähte (7) mechanisch verfestigt ist, wobei die Fäden aus Filamenten bestehen sowie durch die Steppnähte (7) unter Zugspannung im Flächengebilde (4) fixiert sind und die Steppnähte (7) mit einem Nähfaden ausgeführt sind, dessen Temperaturbeständigkeit kleiner ist als die Betriebstemperatur der Lagerungsmatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden aus Kräuselgarn bestehen.
- Lagerungsmatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kräuselgarn aus SiO2-Filamenten und/oder Filamenten aus Textilglas und/oder AL2O3-haltigen anorganischen Filamenten besteht.
- Lagerungsmatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Schnittkanten der Lagerungsmatte Nähte (9) aus einem temperaturbeständigen Faden, zum Beispiel aus Textilglas, vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lagerungsmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassKräuselgarn aus temperaturbeständigen Filamenten in mehreren Strängen (4) von Rollen (2) abgezogen und unter Zugspannung auf einer quer zur Abzugsrichtung bewegten Transporteinrichtung (3) zu einem ebenen, viellagigen Flächengebilde abgelegt wird,das mit der Transporteinrichtung (3) weiterbewegte Flächengebilde (4) mit Steppnähten (7) mechanisch so verfestigt wird, dass die Fäden des Flächengebildes weiterhin unter Zugspannung stehen, wenn das Flächengebilde (4) von der Transporteinrichtung (3) gelöst wird, undfür die Steppnähte (7) ein Nähfaden verwendet wird, dessen Temperaturbeständigkeit kleiner ist als die Betriebstemperatur der Lagerungsmatte.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der fortlaufenden, mit Steppnähten (7) mechanisch verfestigten Bahn Matten (8) ausgestanzt werden und vor oder nach dem Stanzvorgang im Bereich der Schnittkanten Nähte (9) mit einem Faden aus temperaturfestem Material angebracht werden.
