Claims (54)
- Schi, insbesondere Alpinschi, mit mehreren zwischen einem Laufflächenbelag und einer Deckschicht angeordneten Lagen, die mit einem zwischen den Lagen angeordneten Kern zumindest ein Sandwichelement bilden und der Schi mehrere in Längsrichtung zueinander distanzierte Verankerungselemente aufweist, welche im wesentlichen quer zur Längsrichtung und im wesentlichen parallel zur Lauffläche des Schis verlaufen und ausgehend von den Seitenwangen des Schis zur Halterung der Endbereiche einer Schibindung vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (54, 55) im Bereich einer neutralen Schicht - Ebene (58) - des Schis (2), in welcher sich die entgegengesetzt gerichteten Zug- und Druckkräfte bei senkrecht zur Lauffläche (27) ausgerichteten Biegebeanspruchungen aufheben, bewegungsstarr im Schikörper festgelegt sind.
- Schi nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Verankerungselement (54, 55) zumindest über einen Teilbereich einer Breite des Schis (2) erstreckt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Verankerungselement (54, 55) zumindest über einen Teilbereich der Länge des Schis (2) erstreckt.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (54, 55) durch eine Verankerangslage (166) verbunden sind, die sich im wesentlichen in der oder parallel zur neutralen Schicht - Ebene (58) - des Schis (2) erstreckt.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) und/oder die Verankerungslage (166) in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - und/oder in Höhenrichtung verteilt mehrere Aufnahmestellen zur Befestigung der Schibindung (6) aufweist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein im Verhältnis zum Schi (2) relativ formstabiles, die Schibindung (6) lagerndes Tragelement (3) in einem Endbereich (14) über eine Gelenksverbindung (44) mit einem Verankerungselement (54) im Schi (2) rotatorisch und im weiteren Endbereich (15) über eine Gelenks- und Führungsvorrichtung (49) mit dem weiteren Verankerungselement (55) rotatorisch und translatorisch verbunden ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (3) in jedem seiner Endbereiche (14, 15) an den im Schikörper integrierten und in der neutralen Zone - Ebene (58) - desselben angeordneten Verankerungselementen (54, 55) abgestützt ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenksverbindung (44) und die Gelenks- und Führungsvorrichtutig (49) zwei quer zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - und im wesentlichen parallel zur Lauffläche (27) des Schis (2) verlaufende Schwenkachsen (56, 57) zur Verschwenkung des Schis (2) relativ zum Tragelement (3) sowie eine in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) weisende Führungsbahn zur Ermöglichung einer Relativverschiebung zwischen einem Ende des Tragelementes (3) und dem Schi (2) ausbilden.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) und/oder die Verankerungslage (166) durch einen mehrlagigen Bauteil, insbesondere durch einen Sandwichbauteil gebildet ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Verankerungselement (54, 55) und/oder die Verankerungslage (166) zumindest über die Gesamtlänge der Schibindung (6) erstreckt.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) durch ein quer zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) verlaufendes, im Schi (2) verankertes, bolzenförmiges Element (65, 66) oder durch eine dementsprechende Lagerbuchse (105, 106) gebildet ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bolzenförmige Element (65, 66) bzw. die Lagerbuchse (105, 106) mit über deren Mantelfläche in radialer Richtung vorragenden Vorsprüngen (63, 64) versehen ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bolzenförmige Element (65, 66) bzw. die Lagerbuchse (105, 106) Seitenwangen (83, 84) des Schis (2) nach außen überragt.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schenkel (17 bis 20) eines Tragelementes (3) für die Schibindung (6) im Bereich der der Schimitte zugeordneten und in den Seitenwangen (83, 84) vertieft angeordneten Ausnehmungen (79 bis 82) angeordnet sind.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) zwischen zwei senkrecht zur Lauffläche (27) übereinander angeordneten Kernteilen des Kerns (8) eingebettet ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) innerhalb des senkrecht zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) verlaufenden Querschnitts des Kerns (8) angeordnet und mit die Seitenwangen (83, 84) des Schis (2) durchdringenden Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) versehen ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (163), insbesondere die Befestigungsschrauben (164, 165), die Flankenbereiche bzw. Seitenflächen (89, 90) des Schis (2) durchsetzen.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (163) die im wesentlichen parallel zu den Seitenwangen (83, 84) des Schis (2) ausgerichteten Schenkel (17 bis 20) des Tragelementes (3) durchsetzen.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Schenkel (17 bis 20) eine Abstützfläche (21) für die Schibindung (6) bzw. für den Fuß des Benutzers auf einem Plattenteil (32) des Tragelementes (3) in einem Abstand (29) oberhalb einer Oberseite (30) der Deckschicht des Schis (2) gehaltert ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Unterseite (31) des zentralen Plattenteils (32) des Tragelementes (3) in einer Distanz (33) oberhalb der Oberseite (30) des Schis (2) angeordnet ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (3) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist und über eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (12) zum einstückigen Tragelement (3) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (12) durch ein die Tragelementteile (11, 13) lösbar verbindendes Befestigungselement (40) gebildet ist.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (12) die Tragelementteile (11, 13) formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig über Schrauben (41) verbindet.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Trenn- und/oder Fügebereich (35) des Tragelementes (3) bzw. der Tragelementteile (11, 13) in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) oder des Tragelementes (3) verläuft.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (3) in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) geteilt ausgebildet ist und in einem Überlappungsbereich Führungsvorrichtungen für die beiden Tragelementteile (11, 13) des Tragelements (3) angeordnet sind.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit je zwei Schenkeln (17, 19, 18, 20) verbundenen Schenkelplatten (36, 37) der Tragelementteile (11, 13) sich über einen Teilbereich der Breite des Schis (2) erstrekken und einander überlappen.
- Schi nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trennund/oder Fügebereich (35) zwischen den Tragelementteilen (11, 13) quer zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) verläuft.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (12) eine Führungsanordnung (155) umfaßt, die die Tragelementteile (11, 13) in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - relativbeweglich zueinander führt.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (3) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und die teleskopartige Führungsanordnung (155) zwischen dem in vertikaler Richtung sich erstreckenden Schenkelpaar aus den Schenkeln (17, 18) im vorderen Endbereich (14) und dem ebenfalls in vertikaler Richtung sich erstreckenden Schenkelpaar (19, 20) im hinteren Endbereich (15) des Tragelemeates (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Tragelementteil (11, 13) jeweils ein Kupplungsteil (4, 5) der Schibindung (6) gelagert ist, wobei eines der Kupplungsteile (4, 5) unbeweglich mit dem entsprechenden Tragelementteil (11, 13) verbunden ist und der weitere Kupplungsteil (4, 5) in einer am zugeordneten Tragelementleil (11, 13) angeordneten Längsführungsvorrichtung (158 oder 159) in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) gleitbeweglich gelagert und über ein dehnungsfestes Verbindungsorgan (160) mit dem ersten Kupplungsteil (4 bzw. 5) verbunden ist.
- Schi nach Ansprch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schibindung (6) auf nur einem der beiden Tragelementteile (11, 13) des Tragelementes (3) angeordnet bzw. mit diesem bewegungsfest verbunden ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Tragelement (3) und dem Verankerungselement (54, 55) eine lösbare Verbindungsvorrichtung (128) angeordnet ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (128) werkzeuglos durch bloße manuelle Betätigung aktivierbar und/oder deaktivierbar ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 32 oder 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (128) durch einen bevorzugt verriegelbaren Schnappverschluß gebildet ist.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) die lösbare Verbindungsvorrichtung (128) ausbildet, welche zumindest einen in einer hohlzylindrischen Gleitbuchse (114) quer zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) verschiebbar geführten Kolben (111, 112) umfaßt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitbuchse (114) zwei axial zueinander verstellbare Kolben (111, 112) lagert und zwischen den einander zugewandten Endbereichen eine federelastische Vorspannvorrichtung (124) wirkt, die die beiden Kolben (111, 112) in die größtmögliche Distanz zueinander drängt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 35 oder 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die voneinander abgewandten Endbereiche der Kolben (111, 112) die Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) für das Tragelement (3) bilden.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) der im Schi (2) integrierten Verankerungselemente (54, 55) kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen (45, 46, 50, 51) in den Schenkeln (17, 18, 19, 20) des Tragelementes (3) eingreifen.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Endbereich (14) des Tragelementes (3) ausgehend von einem Stirnende (134) in den Schenkeln (17, 18) des Tragelementes (3) im wesentlichen parallel zur Abstützfläche (21) und in Richtung zum weiteren Endbereich (15) einseitig offene, schlitzförmige Ausnehmung (50, 51) verlaufen und im weiteren Endbereich (15) im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zu den ersten Ausnehmungen (50, 51) verlaufende, einseitig offene, schlitzförmige Ausnehmungen (45, 46) in den Schenkeln (18, 19) angeordnet sind.
- Schi nach Anspruch 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer Öffnung (143) der in Vertikalrichtung weisenden, schlitzförmigen Ausnehmung (45, 46) ein diese Öffnung (143) wahlweise versperrendes und freigebendes Sperrorgan (142) zugeordnet ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrorgan (142) einen im wesentlichen quer zu einer Längsmittelachse (141) der Ausnehmung (45, 46) verstellbaren Sperriegel (144) umfaßt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrorgan (142) eine um eine parallel zur Schwenkachse (56, 57) der Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) verlaufende Achse (152) verschwenkbare Sperrklinke (151) umfaßt, die in der Aktivstellung mit einer Rastnase (153) den Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) am Verankerungselement (54, 55) hintergreift.
- Schi nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aktivstellung des Sperrorgans (142) die Sperrklinke (151) mit einer Sperrkante (154) an dem der Öffnung (143) zugewandten Oberflächen bereich des Lagerzapfens (47, 48, 52, 53) anliegt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aktivstellung des Sperrorgans (142) die Sperrkante (154) an der Rastnase (153) im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zur Längsmittelachse (141) der Ausnehmung (45, 46) verläuft.
- Schi nach Anspruch 43 oder 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrkante (154) mit der weiteren Begrenzungskante der Rastnase (153) einen spitzen Winkel einschließt.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 42 bis 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (56, 57) und die Achse (152) auf der Längsmittelachse (141) der Ausnehmung (45,46) liegen bzw. diese kreuzen.
- Schi nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 46, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperriegel (144) oder die Sperrklinke (151) des Sperrorgans (142) über eine federelastische Vorspannvorrichtung (147) in die Aktivstellung gedrängt ist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verankerungslage (166) nur über einen Teil der Breite des Schis (2) in der diese aufnehmenden neutralen Schicht des Schis (2) - Ebene (58) - erstreckt.
- Schi nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere in Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) in einem Abstand der Befestigungspunkte der Schibindung (6) voneinander distanzierte Verankerungslagen (166) und/oder Verankerungselemente (54, 55) angeordnet sind.
- Schi nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (54, 55) zur Aufnahme und Lagerung des Tragelementes (3) im Schi (2) unlösbar integriert und mit der Verankerungslage (166) verbunden sind.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) durch ein bolzenförmiges Element (65, 66) mit zumindest in den Endbereichen kreisförmigem Querschnitt gebildet ist.
- Schi nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schenkel (17 bis 20) der Tragplatte (3) bzw. der Schibindung (6) an in Seitenwangen (83, 84) vorgesehenen, nutförmigen Ausnehmungen (79 bis 82) erstrecken und auf den in diese hineinragenden Lagerzapfen (47, 48, 52, 53) abgestützt sind.
- Schi nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verankerungselement (54, 55) innerhalb der Außenumgrenzung des Schis (2) im Bereich der Seitenwangen (83, 84) in Richtung zur Oberseite (30) der Deckschicht und diese überragend sich erstreckende, vertikale Haltearme zur Befestigung des Tragelementes (3) und/oder von Kupplungsteilen (4, 5) der Schibindung (6) bzw. einer Längsführungsvorrichtung (158, 159) für die Kupplungsteile (4, 5) aufweist.
- Schi nach Anspruch 53, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Haltearme mit den Verankerungselementen (54, 55) und/oder mit dem Tragelement (3) bzw. mit dem oder den Kupplungsteil(en) (4, 5) über ein Gelenk mit zumindest einer annähernd parallel zur Lauffläche (27) und quer zur Längsrichtung - Pfeil (26) - des Schis (2) verlaufenden Schwenkachse (56, 57) verbunden sind.
