Claims (9)
- Linearwegschieber (100) mit einem Schieber (10), der in einem Gehäuse (11) mit einer Gleitführung (12) verschiebebeweglich und verdrehsicher gelagert ist,und mit einem Hydraulikantrieb, welcher die Verschiebebewegung des Schiebers (10) bewirkt und welcher einen in einem Zylinder unter Bildung eines hydraulischen Arbeitsraumes (13) verschiebebeweglich gelagerten Kolben (24) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Zylinder und der Arbeitsraum (13) im Schieber (10) angeordnet sind und daß der Kolben (24) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (11) feststeht. - Linearwegschieber nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß er einen prismatischen Schieber (10) enthält. - Linearwegschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Gleitführung (12) im Gießverfahren hergestellt worden ist. - Linearwegschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Kolben (24) den Zylinder in zwei separate Arbeitsräume (13, 29) unterteilt, deren Volumenvergrößerung jeweils zu einer entgegengesetzten Bewegung des Schiebers (10) führt. - Linearwegschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Zuleitungen für die Hydraulikflüssigkeit zu den Arbeitsräumen (13, 29) durch den Kolben (24) und eine mit dem Kolben verbundene Kolbenstange (31) geführt sind. - Linearwegschieber nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zuleitungen für die zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsräume (13, 29) in der Kolbenstange (31) parallel oder konzentrisch angeordnet sind. - Linearwegschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schieber einen hinteren und/oder einen vorderen Endanschlag-Sensor (19) aufweist. - Linearwegschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Kolben (24) lösbar mit dem Gehäuse (11) verbunden ist, vorzugsweise über eine Schraubverbindung oder eine Bajonettverbindung. - Linearschieber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Zylinder von einer Zylinderhülse (38) gebildet wird, welche in einer Öffnung des Schiebers angeordnet ist.
