Claims (14)

  1. Articulated coupling for vehicle units of rail vehicles, consisting of a coupling fork (1) fastened to one vehicle unit and a coupling link (2) fastened to the other vehicle unit, a spherical bearing in the coupling link, a fixed half shell (4) for the spherical joint pin (3) in the two fork side flanges (1a) of the coupling fork (1) and a spherical joint pin (3) which can be inserted in the direction of the aligned bores of the coupling fork and coupling link, characterised in that the spherical joint pin (3) is mounted in undivided bearings, in that the fork side flanges (1a) of the coupling fork (1) exhibit a half shell (4) for pre-centring of the spherical joint pin (3) and aligned outer bores (5) and in that the spherical joint pin (3) is held and fastened in a centred position in the coupling fork (1) by means of pivot pins (7) which are inserted through the bores (5) of the fork side flanges (1a) and engage with a conical part (8) in corresponding conical bores (6) in the spherical joint pin (3).
