- each drive unit according to FIG. 1 comprises at least one braking device 8, each braking device directly on the motor 6 or on the gear housing 11 is arranged.
- Each braking device 8 acts on at least one wheel disk 10 of the associated wheel set 3, 12.
- This arrangement of the braking device 8 can this execute any movement of the associated gear set 3, 12, which makes a complicated as well as maintenance and cost-intensive attachment of a braking device to the bogie frame 2 omitted.
- the braking device via a holding device arranged between the motor 6 or the transmission housing 11 9 is arranged on the motor 6 or gear housing 11. This makes it possible to use the braking device 8 to wait in a short time.
- the braking device 8 is advantageously a Brake block device, because this for a three-axle bogie with the high number too braking wheel disks 10 represents an extremely inexpensive braking device 8.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of mechanics for rail vehicles. It goes out of an adjustable bogie with three wheelsets for a rail vehicle according to the Preamble of the independent claim.
Bogies for today's rail vehicles are often required to cope with high cornering speeds in mostly tight bends. For this purpose, an adjustable biaxial bogie is known, as described in CH 670 228 A5. In this biaxial bogie, the wheel sets are set automatically radially to the curve to be traversed when driving through curves, without any control or regulation effort, in particular without additional adjustment devices. The wheelsets are arranged on the bogie frame via the motor by means of semi-trailing arms in such a way that a rotary movement about a vertical axis (vertical axis) around the center of the wheelset is possible, even when tensile forces are exerted on the bogie.
Furthermore, a three-axle bogie is known from DE 41 40 126 A1, which has a radial control for the radial deflection of the wheelsets of the bogie. The wheel sets are mounted elastically on the bogie frame, whereby the radial deflection of the wheel sets is made possible by means of steering linkages, trailing arms, handlebars, coupling rods and angle levers with arms arranged thereon.
With this three-axle bogie, the radial setting of the wheel sets is possible, but due to the large wheelbase and the simultaneous enabling of the radial setting of the wheel sets, a large number of parts that are arranged or installed in a complex manner are necessary. This increases the manufacturing costs of such a bogie to an unsustainable extent. In addition, the maintenance of this large number of parts proves to be too cost-intensive.
Neither from CH 670 228 A5 nor from DE 41 40 126 A1 does a cost-effective and maintenance-intensive solution for a bogie result, in particular for the three-axis applications required today.
Common braking devices for three-axle bogies are firmly connected to the bogie frame. A problem of such a bogie frame-fixed and acting on the respective wheel discs braking device is in terms of their attachment to the bogie frame, since the transverse deflection and longitudinal deflection between the respective braking device and the associated wheel disc is too large to act appropriately on the wheel disc. A transverse elastic suspension of the braking device or a transverse guide of the braking device is conceivable, but complicates the bogie construction and increases the component and maintenance costs considerably, so that a bogie frame-fixed braking device for an inexpensive three-axle bogie fails.
EP 0 094 548 A2 describes a drive for Rail vehicles with three wheelsets, with over Coupling elements or guides of each wheel set with one Vehicle frame is connected. The outer wheelsets are each over an approximately the longitudinal axis of the vehicle assigned guide element as a transmitter with the Vehicle frame connected. The middle wheel set is on each side arranged in the vehicle longitudinal direction Guide element coupled to the vehicle frame.
The object of the invention is therefore an adjustable bogie with three wheelsets for Specify rail vehicle, which is a radial adjustment of the wheelsets, in particular even under the influence of tractive force and braking force on the bogie without any control or regulation effort, in particular without additional actuating devices to be operated, and in which the number of parts is reduced and thus an extremely simple structure of the bogie is possible. This object is solved by the features of the independent claim. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
In the case of the adjustable bogie according to the invention with three wheel sets for a rail vehicle, two end wheel sets of the bogie are in each case on their drive devices
two semi-trailing arms are connected to the bogie frame and a center wheel set with at least one longitudinal link guided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bogie frame is connected to the bogie frame. By coupling the middle wheel set to the bogie frame in this way, it can only perform a transverse movement, which advantageously saves common coupling rods. Furthermore, the traction and braking force can be transmitted via the center wheel set, in particular via the drive device of the center wheel set. The wheelsets of the bogie can thus be set radially in a particularly simple manner.
A further embodiment of the bogie according to the invention provides that the end wheel sets are connected to the drive unit of the center wheel set via at least one wishbone each and via a drive unit arm that is operatively connected to the wishbone in such a way that the end wheel sets are coupled when the center wheel set moves transversely and that during a turning movement the end wheel sets are coupled in opposite directions. This configuration of the bogie according to the invention further supports the radial adjustment of the wheel sets and can be carried out quickly.
In addition, the drive unit of each wheel set comprises at least one braking device, which is arranged directly on a motor or on the transmission housing and acts on at least one wheel disk of the associated wheel set. This eliminates extremely advantageously a complicated, costly and maintenance-intensive attachment of the braking device to the bogie frame and the braking device can be very easily attached directly to the drive device, which carries out every movement of the wheel sets.

The reference symbols used in the drawing and their meaning are in the list of reference symbols summarized listed. Basically, the same parts are in the figures provided with the same reference numerals.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a bogie according to the invention with three wheel sets for a rail vehicle. In it, the

It is conceivable, but not shown in the exemplary embodiment, that a

According to the invention, each drive unit according to FIG. 1 comprises at least one
